Went in to give my rescue dog her first wash and was very unsure how it all worked and how she would react. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They checked in to make sure I was able to find everything and they had everything I needed. It was $15 and provided generic shampoo, remoisturizer, towels, scrubbers, brushes, apron, 2 leads that can hook to the wall (so your collar doesn't have to get wet), a step stool for dogs who can't jump, treats, and a dryer made for dogs. There are 3 wash stations. We will definitely be back! Only thing I might do differently is bring my own shampoo that meets my dog's specific needs.

My pup gets his puppy training here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and his trainer is great! They have all the brands and items as any Petco, so it wasn’t a huge change. They’re definitely smaller, but it hasn’t been an issue so far. It’s easy to get to, it can be tough to find parking during the weekends, but it’s not impossible.

This Petco/Unleashed is conveniently located, and has adequate parking. They staff is always pleasant and helpful. They know the merchandise and are able to help me figure out what I need each time I go there. They carry out the heavy bags of dog food pleasantly and with a smile. The dog wash area is always clean and well stocked, and even though my grrls hate to be bathed, this setup makes the process bearable.

Unleashed is great for picking up a few quick things you might need for your pets. We get litter here fairly often. The staff are friendly and the prices are not too bad. If you need more unique items, go to the full size store. However, Unleashed's convenient location makes up for its smaller selection.

Staff is usually great but with a couple of exceptions. Second time I had to deal with this rude lady cashier... Second time I ask the same question and I get a whatever response. She has no manners to deal with customers' question and ON TOP of that she acts aggressive. She didn't ask me if I was going to make a donation and just pressed 'no', why? I ALWAYS donate! She treated me like I was stupid or something.So sad... Used to be a great store.

Usually i have an awesome experience there. The clerks are great to myself and my pup. However the last time i was there to wash my dog the clerk was very rude like she was mad that I washed him late at night and she was going no one else would come in after they'd cleaned up.

Customer service was adequate, bath stations were stocked, although only 1 dryer exist for 3 wash stations. We got stuck having to wait a VERY long time for a lady who washed two small dogs to finish blow drying her dogs completely dry and then continue to dry so the hair was straight. Also the deal is “You wash, We clean up”, even though we got a dirty look because our extra large dog was a tad bit messy with his long hair and water splashing because he shakes and his head can peak over the tub. We always clean up after our dog the best we can regardless because we are just those type of people, but we clean up after, not during. So needless to say the look was very unwelcoming and unnecessary. This is the second time we’ve used Unleashed for a bath and these tubs were a bit smaller then the first one we went to in Maryland. We might just stick to the one in MD, bigger stations that each come with a dryer.I will add on that one of the employees did give us a $3 coupon for having to wait such a long time which we really do appreciate, he personally made us give this place better stars since he was understanding about the inconvience.Update:I went to the one in Hyattsville, MD (the one we always went to) and they informed us that those coupons were not being used for 2 years now. She was nice enough to still give me the $3 off but seriously?!? So I explained to her why I got one and where I got it from, she said she would notify her manager so they don’t hand more out because some places will not accept them at all.

Store is not huge, but has everything you need. We had our American Bull (pitbull) trained through this location and it was great. They trained my wife and I just as much as our dog. He saw great gains from this experience and gained a lot of composure.

For a pet store, this place is impressively clean. I went in today after seeing a sign for kitten adoption, but after walking the entire store, I didn't find a single kitten. So that made me sad. But I was amazed that it didn't smell funky like a pet store, so that's worth a lot.

The self pet washing station is awesome, I'm never washing my dog at home again. For $10 you get shampoo, conditioner, all the towels you need, and a blow dryer which is terrifying if you ask my pup. But he's never smelled or looked more awesome for less than what the groomer charges.

Contrary to Google Maps' description, it is very easy to park. Either right next to the store at metered parking (30 mins free) or a little further away in metered parking lot with a mix of free 30 mins and free 60 mins meters (add money for longer parking times).Nice employees. Excellent selection of food, toys, collars, leashes, etc....Although much smaller than a traditional Petco, I never find the selection limited.

Friendly and helpful staff. The cashier was carrying bags of dogfood out to the customers cars for them and seemed genuinely happy to do so.

Much better than the standard Petco. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Since everything is not in a giant building, it's much easier to find what I need.

There are cheaper places in Arlington that have a greater selection of pet supplies, but the people who work at this store are literally so friendly that I very rarely choose to go anywhere else

I found blue buffalo cat food cans on sale. It was buy a certain number of cans and get one free. It worked out to be a better discount then petsmart's 10 cents off.
