I’ve been bringing my pup to Muddy Mutt for a couple years now and have always been very satisfied with their services. My dog always comes out looking and smelling great. My favorite part is that they only keep your dog as long as it’s needed for their service and it’s a quick text when they’re ready. I also appreciate the feedback given by the staff on dog behavior (the good and bad) and services recommended in the future. Give them a try!

Super friendly and helpful when I forgot my pup’s vaccination records! Suggested a call to our vet and they were able to confirm her shots records on the spot. My fur baby never looked better. Parking was a little tight but the staff was super helpful and accommodating with that as well. Highly recommend!

I went in for a face, paw, butt trim and they completed the work in about 15min. I’m rating it 3 start because there was still a lot of hair left between my dogs paw pads. For $35, i expected a better cut. Also, it smelled pretty bad inside and the interior could use some TLC. The staff were attentive.

My dog has always done very well with all of the staff at Muddy Mutts. Leti, who always grooms my dog is excellent. I adopted mine i took her to Muddy Mutts the day she arrived off transport for a self bath. She was comfortable there from that first day because of the staff. I have never seen so many dogs come iout so happy and excited after grooming. Yes, some may be nervous as most are at first but they soon just calm down when staff interacts with them. I highly recommend Muddy Mutts to everyone.

It was the first time we had our 4 year old rescue groomed and since she is a mix of several breeds we weren’t sure what to have trimmed. Amanda was very friendly and knowledgeable- and Sadie came back looking beautiful. A great experience for all of us.

I went in for the walk in services for my dogs nail trims and they were great! Very quick and they were even able to cut one of my dogs nails which I have had other grooming places and the vet tell me it’s impossible. Will be going back!

I have a very skittish longhaired cat, and was worried that she would be impossible to groom because of her behavior. The staff at The Muddy Mutt were respectful, professional, and communicative - letting me know that they could not go through with the bath we had discussed, but continuing with the lion cut I had requested - and did a wonderful job. They listened to what I wanted shaved and what I wanted left alone, and the cut came out perfectly. I'd definitely recommend for cat grooming!(Note: Parking was difficult - the service is worth it, but it is good to know in advance.)

I used to bring my dog to get washed here a number of years ago as it was my favorite groomer, but the quality of this location has declined significantly. Last time we brought my pup here she was cut and left the groomers anxious and upset. Even if we disregard that incident, they have extremely limited availability, frequently do not answer their phones, are very costly, and now charge a $50 deposit to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

They do a great job trimming our dogs nails. We do the dremel option, with them taking the dogs to the back grooming station. Always fast and efficient when they’re busy, and they do a thorough job.

Friendly staff and a great value. It's fun to wash your own dog with the right tools. They're also very patient with our dachshund who hates nail trims. We have her nails grinded here and they are very good with her.

I’ve been going to this place for about a year now for self wash and have always had a pretty good experience until about a month ago. I have 4 dogs and I’ve brought all of them. Since they’ve seen all 4 of my dogs they always seem very upset. The most recent time I went one of the girls who is short always has to roll her eyes and that is super unprofessional I’m 18 and I never roll my eyes at clients she always seems to have a big attitude with everyone as well. This time I went with my sister and we both have vocal dogs she was there this time and looked very angry over the fact that her dog was barking. They are being paid to work around dogs and should not be acting like this it’s super unprofessional and very disrespectful. Anyways as my sister was washing her pup he moved a lot in the bath and eventually ended up moving the water to all the way hot but she was already done washing him so she dried him and left, I stayed back and one lady came to clean the bath and decided to make a comment saying “dang burning their dog” which was fine because she doesn’t know the back story but then had the audacity to tell the next customer to not put the temperature too hot because some people have been washing their dogs too hot. She also had brought me perfume because I asked for more and she said make sure you only do a few squirts which clearly was targeted because we always go there. All and all I will not be returning just to have staff rolling eyes and making side comment without knowing the back story.

They will rush you in and out if they are even slightly busy. The girl today ignored my request for her to go around my dog’s whiskers, completely bypassed cutting his eyebrows, AND the fur in front of his ears. So basically didn’t do over half his face like a jacka** then had the nerve to say her sloppy cut is the best she could do because “his fur is dirty.” That isn’t true because I cleaned it before we went inside and my small dog gets a bath biweekly. If anything, his chin was a little damp and that’s it which isn’t an issue. In my experience, you brush the fur before you do a trim and you trim before a self-wash anyway sooo your point is? They must really need help to have hired such a lazy and untrained rude little girl. Giving an additional star because the first time I went the other girl did a beautiful job and was so nice to my little Elliott BUT they didn’t make my dog a profile so they couldn’t tell me who did him the FIRST TIME which is lame. Why wouldn’t you take note of that in case a new customer returns for the same staff member? Anyway, I sent this lazy girl back with Elliott two times and then decided not to send him back a third time just because I don’t like not being able to see what is going on in the back. Just not gonna go here anymore. Luckily it was only $10 wasted and I didn’t do a privacy trim like I was considering. My note to leadership, don’t hire people that can’t actually do cuts or charge less money when you know your employee isn’t fully trained yet. If your employee has an issue with something it should be brought up BEFORE they begin or else, it’s just an excuse to not have done the job the way they should have. Also, this place needs to clean their vent. It’s downright disgusting to see filthy black hair hanging on air vents like mold and airborne diseases just waiting to happen. The filters need to be changed like once a month here. As much as they charge for so little work, it shouldn’t be an issue to at least keep it clean. Luckily, my dog is very good and will sit still for me to do his cuts from now on. I’d rather have an amateur cut for free than to spend $10+ on one.

The Muddy Mutt is a life saver!! My cat hates getting his claws trimmed, and I have tried everything from the time he was a kitten. He refuses to let me do it, so I was beyond relieved to find a place that offered the service for a reasonable price. We walked in, and he was done in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly, and they had no problem trimming his claws. Thank you, Muddy Mutt for saving my legs and my furniture!!!

Please do not go to this groomer. The location is terrible there is no parking. The front desk staff were rude and not engaging at all. They rushed me and did not explain anything of what he was getting, they added on a $30 charge to my grooming because “he didn’t like the dryer”. Not because of misbehaving or anything, in our three years of having our pup our regular groomer never once complained about him. He was whining on the drive home and he never whines - he clearly did not like the grooming experience. Will not be coming back. Would highly suggest going elsewhere. Please save your time, money and your dogs well being.

The best place to bathe your dog yourself. They have plenty of tubs, so I've never had to wait long, and the lowest price. They have a variety of shampoos to choose from, and everything you'd need to get your dog clean, dry, and smelling good.

I can't believe I paid $150 for such a bad service. My poor pooch lost all of her hair.My dog is 71lbs and I was called within 2 hours of drop off that she was complete (first red flag).Her haircut was botched, she was left with a rat tail, patches of hair left on her paws, her ears are so uneven, and her nails were not filed.I called and was told she should not have been placed with the groomer THEY placed her with (the person is not trained on goldendoodles). I got a nonchalant "sorry" and was still charged $150... which is the most I've spent on her...We will NOT return and DO NOT recommend.There is a groomer across the street... I'll try that place and follow up.

Once a month I bring the pup here for a self wash. Great service and equipment. They recently upgraded the dryers and tubs. I have a 120lb great Pyrenees, so bathing is a half day event. On top of the all this, it's next to Sherlington dog park so you can burn some energy out of the pup before the bath. Go to this spot, not the one across the street.

Really good service. The employees were very nice to my dog. The price, however, has increased hugely. I used to pay $55 for a wash, nail trim, teeth brushing, and gland cleaning. It is now $72. That is nearly a 31% increase in price. This does not match inflation. I just have to hope that most of this increase is going to employee wages.

It was first time for me to visit but I loved everything. I am the dog owner really suffered washing my super energized puppy who can not stay still at home bathroom. It was always mess at home.It is spacious tab and there is everything for self-wash/dry and it is so reasonable! I will be a regular!

They did a spectacular job with my new puppy and his very first cut! Because it was his very first cut, they brought him out to me to show me and asked if I wanted to go a little shorter, which I did. They took my puppy back and cut him a little shorter while I waited. He looks SO cute and they did an excellent job. My pups first time at the groomers. I’m writing this as he gets his post groom treat 😊. Cheryl took care of my 2 1/2 year old cavie, Pimm. He is glossy, content, and his ears look amazing. The front desk worked with such efficiency!!!! It was non stop by the time I picked him up! (I was late and they were not angry or annoyed with me at all).I’ve been looking to establish a routine and really loved the vibe and energy at this place. There were a lot of pups coming and going and everything ran so smoothly!!!! You should come!

The Muddy Mutt was very friendly and caring; when Loki was sick and his groom had to be cut short, they gave me a discount and took good care of him until we could get back to pick him up.
