Do NOT get a shot from the Pharmacy. Indian pharmacist pushed the vaccine into my arm as fast as he could push it (less than 1 second) so much my shoulder muscle had spasms. Never had a shot given so aggressively. This pharmacist must receive remedial training before Walgreens becomes legally liable. from the reviews, this store should be shut down immediately and staff retrained or replaced.

tl;dr: they consistently miss their promised prescription fill times because many prescriptions are filled at some other location and dropped off whenever.Was told my medication would be ready on Monday at 2:30 pm. I show up at 3:00 pm only to be told to come back at 4:00 pm because apparently the prescription is filled at another location and then dropped off whenever. They couldn’t fill it while I waited because they don’t stock the medication (a common med) at the location. This is the third time this has happened in as many months, and it’s incredibly annoying to leave work to pick up a prescription only to be told to come back in an hour because the filled prescription is somewhere else (?). It’s an incredibly silly system, to put it lightly.

I want to understand why the staff acts rude all the time, I don't know if they do that with everyone or if they do that with specific people. Walgreens, please post right on the entrance, the acceptance criteria to get the a proper attendance on that store, to me, it sounds like they select who should receive the minimum attendance or not, based on what, I don't know yet.

This store has the LEAST responsive pharmacy staff. In addition, their prescription system FREQUENTLY does not match up with the Walgreens app. They NEVER answer the phone. The tell you that you don’t have refills when you do. They don’t fill the prescription as the doctor intended. Just avoid if you can.

Photo— the WORST Walgreens photo I have ever been to. I didn’t even realize you could mess up a Walgreens because it’s such a basic store. We ordered 4x4 photos and they were printed on 4x6 paper. The person behind the counter said to come back the next day to fix this issue because their manager isn’t here currently and the machine is broken. We come back the next day and they reprint the photos AGAIN on 4x6 paper instead of 4x4 which it clearly states on the order. The manager is there now and says that it must be on our end that we’re ordering the photos the wrong way. They then say that they do have 4x4 paper but that the machine is not working. They said that they can cut it for us but that they’ll have to charge us extra for cutting the photos even though we already paid for them. The manager then proceeds to say that she has already printed the photos twice (incorrectly and without fixing the problem). She then said that she can cut the photos with scissors. She did not seem to see any issue with this and that this was her plausible solution, as if we cannot do that ourselves it is simply not what we paid for.SUMMARY: we ordered 4x4 photos that they printed on 4x6 then told us we have to pay extra for them to use a paper cutter for their mistake and never fixed our photos.Do NOT order any photos here. This is the most convenient Walgreens to me located less than a minute away and I will NEVER return. Manager does not care for customer service or putting any work into her job. This is my first ever review for anything because this is how bad our experience was and I hope you read this and see this as a warning to never go back.

If you have medications you depend on, don't bother with this place. They'll string you along saying "we ordered the meds" then a week later tell you "oh they didn't show up, wait another week". They can't provide a reason why their suppliers are unable to provide ordered medication and think it's no big deal for people to run out of medication

I ordered two 11x14 poster board prints to this location and went to go pick them up once I got the notification that they were ready, however, when I got there, they didn’t have them and told me that the machine was broken and to come back the next day. The next morning, I got another notification that they were ready, so I went by again and they still didn’t have them. I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes while they printed them there despite them telling me hours before that they were ready. Overall, not great to say the least.

The staff in this store never interested in doing a good job. The staff always appear to be in a bad mood, in hungover, or not interested in doing a good job. In the area it must be the last option to go, and if possible avoid this place.

I just walked in to the store and the current store manager with the receding hairline was loudly berating an employee of his who was an old lady. He held up the entire line to do this. We heard every word."Do you not know how to use the pager? It's simple""Wow, I can't believe I had to do that myself you should know how to do this"There was more -- I don't remember every word.Myself and another customer called him out and he "apologised" to us and the staff member but I guarantee he's going to be even more toxic to her from now on. That's fine -- I'll just make bald jokes about him every time I see him.

Awwsome service , i went for passport picture and staff help me immediately , within 10 min i was in and out with my pictures . It was a tuff time because i called CVS and other stores but everywhere they said camera not working . This store helps me to get my passport done and help me to answer all my question

A convenient 100-feet away from my apartment is a plus! I started buying my paper towels and toilet paper here because it seemed more affordable than other places (with sales too!)I wish the hours were longer and some of the staff could work on their customer service a bit more. But I loved chatting with one person from pharmacy about BC (hire more people like this Walgreens!)

Whatever you do, do NOT use the photo center. I have never experienced such incompetence as I did here. I have lived near here for 5 years and they have yet to get one of my photo orders right. I've probably tried at least ten times...shame on me! Absolutely awful and disappointing, especially when I needed a photo gift or card. They never delivered. Epic fail.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service. One of the pharmacists was rude and unfamiliar with their own systems. She kept telling me that my prescription was blocked because I picked the first refill at another Walgreens, I explained to her that she can transfer it, and magically the RX wasnt blocked anymore and I was able to pick it up.

I live around here so I do visit often. The staff are nice but definitely understaff and slow at the counter. Also, don't come here for a vaccine appointment. Last time I came to have my second shot of pfizer, I had to wait for almost an hour(what's the point of booking an appointment beforehand then). If I didn't show them the stuff that's been asked to provide to them, surely the pharmacy staff there wouldn't even notice they're missing out some documents. They were also unsure which vaccine I wanted to get( which is obviously been confirmed online through the reservation...). Shopping is alright here, but don't come here for the vaccine.

I used to live above this place so I have been here many times. Currently , I get my flu shots here because the pharmacy is very friendly and easy to deal with. The doctor who gave me my shot was very fast and polite. Went again today and as always, treated very well. Separate room for shots and you can take shirt off. Important to find deltoid muscle for correct shot position.

Although I frequent this Rite Aid, it's mainly because of its convenient location to my apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I feel like they have a lot of issues with keeping their products stocked properly, and they always seem to be out of things. I think things are getting better as they went through a renovation, but they still need to work on what they offer. I would love if this store could develop photographs, but every time I go there the machines still aren't working.

One of the worst Walgreens branches I have visited. Except for one or two employees working there, the rest of the staff is extremely unhelpful and at times rude to customers for no reason. It’s near my work so I go there only when I have to and I always have a bad experience there with the staff. Never going there again.

Terrible customer service! Scheduled a booster shot for my son at this locations because it was the soonest available. Drove 40 minutes to get there and the pharmacy was closed. Asked manager about it and he said they sent an email (they did not, or at least I never got one), and the pharmacy would be closed till Tuesday and said he can't help, but I should come back another day.I drove 40 minutes back home and while looking for a new appointment elsewhere noticed some times available still for this same afternoon (even though the pharmacy is closed and no one can administer shots).

My boyfriend and I went to purchase something and then when we were ready to check out, my boyfriend asked to use the bathroom because he couldn’t hold it anymore; so the cashier gave him the code to use the bathroom and a few seconds later I saw the manager walking towards the cashier just to complain about giving the code to the bathroom. I feel bad for the cashier, because he was just helping, but there was no necessity of the manager to be that aggressive for a human need.

I don't use this pharmacy for prescriptions; however, I often stop in on my home to grab a quick drink or snack. The staff call me by name and are usually very friendly (unless it's very late and people I do not know are working, then they are just polite, which is fine). I'd recommend it over other options in the area.

Recently moved to Arlington and found the worst pharmacy ever. I get the same prescription, same day, every month and it is always a nightmare. Multiple issues every time, my visit today, they required me to pay full price for my prescription. Now insurance says I need to file a claim because they did something wrong on their end. Terrible customer service. 0 stars, stay away!!!! I go days without my medication because of this location.

I frequent this Rite Aid out of convenience more than anything else. They are understaffed, which makes it very difficult to find assistance in the store when you need it, and the checkout line is always backed up due to the lack of cashiers. On the bright side, the people who do work here are all very nice and helpful.

Pharmacy staff is really unprofessional! Especially Asian lady! When you say stop by tmrw to pick up the medicine, I expect to pick it up on time!Next day turned out they were out! I went there, they started whispering and stuff and she goes “we’re out, I am gonna order it right now...”, well where were you the day before? Or next morning when you sent over notification? Why couldn’t you order when you saw you were out?!And now, Im out of medicine and have no idea what to do, funny fact is I cannot skip it,there’s no way, I’ll get worst and when I ask like ok, what should I do in such situation? They go “sorry” try somewhere else.I don’t even have prescription on paper to go somewhere else .. and what should I do now?! Take meaningless Sorry instead?!Like, be professional! What is this, bazaar? That’s how we approach, treat clients? it’s medicine and health, people count on it and if you can pay enough attention to peoples orders, just leave! Find some other job! One of the reasons I haven't moved from my current apartment is this pharmacy. The pharmacists and technicians care about their customers. I've gotten shots that I didn't know about for pneumonia (I have asthma) because the pharmacist checked my insurance and doesn't like when I get sick!

Amazing staff. I work nearby and I visit this location quite often. Rupna and Mishu are my favorite! They remember me by name and are always super helpful. This location is also usually very clean and organized. My only vice is the hair section for Women of Color, they should add more available options.
