Convenient but the prices are horrendous. Also, it would be great if the cart collectors didn't randomly help you unload your packages into your car unprompted, then stand there and pat their pockets waiting for you tip them.

This place has a great return policy unlike other Giants in the area. No receipt they give you a giant gift card. They have a yesterday bread and bakery shelf near the dairy that is not found at all the other Giants within a 5 mile radius. Also they like to discount gluten free items usually 50% off all the time. See today's discounts.

Date..26 jan/24 I arrived 10:50pm just take some Walter pack, this people closed the door, the in the store say because at 11pm is done. Yea no problem but thats in 10 mint, no now, etc....thas what happened when you have people unprofessional and more....

Normally I have a wonderful experience here. The selection is great, and typically I encounter friendly staff. Today, however, I encountered a very unfriendly cashier that was so rude to me that I cried in my car afterwards. Not only did she call me slow in putting items on the belt when no one was behind me (with quite an attitude), but she also bagged my items horribly when rushing me out and now some of my groceries are crushed. I was very unhappy with my experience. I hope Giant moves forward by ensuring their staff at the registers are friendly.

This Giant grocery store has gone through a major upgrade. Really like the rearranged wider aisles and diverse food choices. My renewed go to grocery.

Love this store. Employees and management are excellent. Computers are always accurate and availability of stock is excellent. Last week in the self checkout I requested $20 cash back which is something I never do. Consequently, I started walking out leaving the $20 bill hanging out the front of the machine. I completely forgot it. Before I hit the door, two Giant employees we're running after me alerting me to my oversight.

Me and my wife are pretty clean cut individuals we do not go in here often but when we do we get the sense like the store workers are watching us we never go in together which makes it even more like yeah I experienced that to. Now I don't know if it has something to do with the location of the store or unseen events with other people just have them on guard IDK but the store kinda weird.

Hello,We always buy the fresh fried chicken from the back but today my daughter found a long white hair in her chicken(not on but IN)This makes me think it happened during the breading process. Please make sure people have hair nets and that they have proper hygiene(clothes free of hair). We stopped eating it and I threw away the whole batch. I wont buy again, unfortunately.

I have been coming to this giant for as long as I can remember. They have great customer service and easy transactions with self-checkout. I only experience one negative event at this location. When I was leaving the store a man was playing loud music out of his car screaming at me and my grandmother as he was doing inappropriate activities with his I assume girlfriend. However, I don't think it was the management's fault.

I have been frequenting this location for awhile and finally I decided to write a review.Let me first say, the manager is professional, funny, and has always handled issues mine and others respectfully.My concerns with this location are the prices are a lot higher than other stores I go to e.g. Harris Teeter, Trader Joes etc. I have gotten bad milk, yogurt, ice cream, opened baked goods witnessed a worker(white female w/ gray hair) cough all over the trays of baked items. I addressed it with her and she denied it. I was standing right there.Also, why do I have to bag my groceries if I go through the check out lane? I am not at Aldi or Costco. Obviously, if I do self check out, but to go to a cashier and be told( it's the same older woman) that I have to bag my groceries.Lastly, why is the self check out automated voice sooooo loud? I shouldn't hear if someone's card is declined or that Granny Smith apples are 1.99. Harris Teeter and other Giants dont have it so loud. Giant may not be a posh grocery market, but it shouldn't cause such a headache to checkout.

A staff member named Lin was being extremely rude to my mother and I when we asked for help with the coin machine. Instead of letting us know there was a problem with the machine she was giving us attitude and not willing to help us. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for someone that interacted with us maybe about 1-2 mins. We didn’t ask for much!

Maybe just cuz I'm new in town, but everything here is $1-4 more per item than other major cities I've lived in recently. Also pretty small/cramped, not a large variety of products and a lot of things out of stock entirely

Bad bad management. Many times I buy stuff that either expired or molded.the place is close to me so I go there when I don’t have time to go to further places that I prefer. The female manager who looks like she is from Indian descendant doesn’t seem to know how to talk to customers. She thinks she is a manager in a kindergarten from the way she responds to customers inquiry. Very bothersome how disrespectful she is towards customers. Great way to make people think twice before they visit this store. As an update I went today and found expired yogurt being sold luckily I carefully look for expiration dates.

Revitalizing the store gives the store class and the merchandise is quality!!!!! However, many product changes also takes away some of the ambience of the store. One example is cat food. There used to be a large variety, but now that has changed to very few.

This is an excellent grocery store. I've never had any problems with the produce going bad, even when it's on sale! Great selection of most products and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful any time I need help finding anything or if I have a problem with anything.

Parking can feel like hell and a handbasket at prime hours; but, in general, once you've parked, you can expect a pleasant buying experience. The produce is clean and well kept and they usually have all items in stock. The highlight of this location is probably the workers in the butcher shop and deli. They always smile and engage positively as they tend to customers.

Wonderful people who are super helpful and very kind. I have gone to this Giant for years and have consistently received amazing customer service. Their pharmacy is staffed by the best pharmacy technicians in the business. Headlined by Amy and Jamie, as well as Angela and Phuon. This place is great. Hope this helps!

Good neighborhood grocery store for common grocery goods. Nothing flashy, they have regular sales to take advantage with a shoppers card. Produce is relatively fresh but not abundant variety and would consider going elsewhere for produce that's not super common. Staff are okay, they'll help you when needed but not much else.
