I had a fantastic experience at CVS recently. The store's manager went above and beyond to assist me. Their knowledge and willingness to help made my shopping trip smooth and enjoyable. It's clear that the staff is well-trained and customer-oriented. I'll definitely be returning to this CVS location for their exceptional service.

Really clean bright new store. There used to be a different CVS on Lynn street that was falling apart, this one is fresh and new! I live nearby and stop here at least once a week with my dog, and they are always nice.

Before the construction of this new building, there was a CVS here that was excellent. The staff were friendly in the front and in the pharmacy, the store was well laid-out and it was always a pleasure. It was a neighborhood gem. Those staff were reassigned during construction, some are at the Courthouse branch.Now, this new store is terrible. The staff clearly have low morale, the stock was sparse for a long time after opening and the layout is poorly organized, owing in part to the odd L-shaped space. Service at the pharmacy in particular has to be among the worst in the area.It must be difficult to operate a store like this with a mix of lower-income and elderly patrons with critical needs alongside highly entitled younger patrons who can be absurdly rude to the staff. Let's hope CVS can find some competent employees with thick skins.

Personnel in this CVS pharmacy are unhelpful and disrespectful (her name is Faith). I made an appointment this morning to get vaccinated. I waited my turn at the register so i could get someone to talk to me. Then when it was my turn, she left the counter and starting organizing shelves without acknowledging my presence. She then came forward and started helping someone else when a new person walked in. At this point i just got her name and walked out. I don't trust rude and disrespectful people with anything healthcare related. Someone like her is much more likely to screw something up and make me sick. Ultimately, I made an appointment in the CVS pharmacy a block away inside the target store on the same day, and was treated so much nicer.

Had a photo ordered here for printing. Received my confirmation email that it was printed and went to pick it up. Asked the associate at the counter and he turned back to get a completely disorganized basket of photo prints. After searching through them at a snail's pace, he couldn't find it. He then found another random batch of photo prints in envelopes, none of those were mine either. After some thought he decided to reprint the order. I've been in there for about 20 minutes at this point. He finally pulls up the order and clicks to reprint. Waits around for another five minutes and tells me it might take awhile to print. He says if I give him my phone number he can call me when it's ready.I just left.

I've been trying to reach this pharmacy for an hour because I need to speak to a pharmacist about a medication I need immediately. Each time I'm patched through to the pharmacy, the call supposedly connects and then it's just silence. I'm not sure if I'm being put on hold indefinitely until I give up, but I'm very worried I won't get the medication I need and don't have time to make an extra trip during the work day. I really wish CVS pharmacy cared about their patients needing medication. The customer service has really gone down in quite a cruel way.

Had a really fantastic experience with Degraft and Vikas - I purchased a sale item that was yet to be keyed into the system, which meant that Degraft had to enter the discount in manually over 30 times for me. He did it smiling and with not an ounce of impatience! He and Vikas were pleasant and helpful and I’m super grateful for their help! Many thanks, guys!!!

The pharmacy here is great. They took me as a walk in and filled while I waited. The manager is great but it hard to tell he works there… maybe a name tag would help.

When you go in to the store it’s like the employees are playing hide and seek with you. When you call to ask questions the staff here frequently answer then hang up on you without listening to you or answering your question. The other store at 1100 Wilson is better.

The rudest staff no wonder I see other customers steal from them. I spend my hard earn money and they don’t care. Careless workers at this location. This is a new cvs in Arlington but the dirtiest.

Seems understaffed. There's periods of time when nobody's at the front counter, and you have to search around the store for someone to check you out.
