I stopped by here early two weeks ago on my way to the tide pools. I got a breakfast plate and a drink to wash it all down. It was clean and the service was pretty good. I would visit again for a quick breakfast! The food was well seasoned and hot! They also had coffee and tea.

The Market is clean, orderly, has pretty good selection. The fresh produce are pretty fresh. I enjoy going to a store which parking lot doesn't resemble the crater of the moon. In my little car, it is always a big plus. Again, the knock here on St. Croix is how expensive groceries are. It's a bit of a drive to get there from the east side of the island.

Worst service. May have been a one time thing, however, cashier had attitude and wouldn’t bag the groceries as required. Tried to be as polite as possible to no avail. Manager tried to intervene and finally had to remove the person and find someone else. We just left. They may have had a bad day but truly unnecessary. Had been the day before with a different cashier and had a pleasant, professional experience.

Have been here numerous times. Their online shopping with instore or curbside pickup has certainly spoiled us. We certainly appreciate the "shopper's" phone call updates on out of stock and/or replace items, that really is helpful.When shopping in the store instead of online, we can pretty much find anything that we are looking for. Great inventory of fresh produce and adult beverages!

Really nice grocery store. Manager specials in produce department are worth the trip alone.Lots of great items to choose from and they also have large box store type items rightly priced for quantity.Clean, very friendly employees and safe.No matter where you are on the island, The Market is worth the drive.Prices were good for the island also.

Good selection. Decent prices considering everything is expensive on STX. However, worst experience ever with cashier on a busy day. She wouldn’t let me get my grocery bags set up in the cart during check out to bag my own groceries (you either bring your own or buy plastic bags but either way you will bag your own groceries). Instead, she just kept ringing up all the groceries and throwing them in my cart making it impossible for me to do any bagging because everything was just in the way. It was rude. Very rude. If I had been elderly, I would’ve been walking out to my car with a cart of completely unbagged groceries that were destroyed but putting heavy items on top of soft. It was ridiculous.

The largest supermarket in St. Croix but between plaza west and east...some things are cheaper at one and cost more at the other vice versa. Fruits seem to be cheaper at this plaza.

Lots of different items. Has both Sam's Club and Costco here, but more Members Mark for you stateside people 😎I do most of my shopping here for day to day groceries. Sometimes the shelves are a bit thin, but hey, we live on an island thousands of miles from the mainland. And within a week or two, they are stocked back up.Well stocked pharmacy as well, if you need scripts filled. Makes for one stop shopping you normally don't find on island.

Just wrapped up a 10 day trip and I if I knew about this market I wouldn't have gone anywhere else the whole time. it was about 30-40% cheaper than the small markets I was going to before I found this, the selection was much better for bigger items (not so much gluten free items or specialty items) and it was much more well lit and clean.

This is the best and largest grocery on west end. It used to be Plaza West , but it was changed to The Market. You never know what you are going to find here and the prices are much more reasonable than the local bodegas. If you're planning on being on the West end, this is the place to stop in and stock up for your trip.

We are traveling full time and it is usually on an island. We are used to the laid back island attitude and friendliness of the locals. We visited this store and were impressed by the large selection of produce and meats plus the bulk item aisles. Thanksgiving is next week and there is a huge selection of turkeys in all sizes. The prices are very reasonable for being on an island as well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is cashier identified as (checker #903) on our receipt. In all my years on this planet and all of the places I have shopped around the world, I have never seen such rude behavior towards a customer. We greeted her and she did not. When she handed us the receipt she made a point of looking away from us and my husband said "thank you" and she ignored him. She is definitely not an asset to this nice grocery.

Excellent fair trade coffee bar, deli, and sparkling fresh salad bar. Not the biggest store but centrally located and friendly customer service. One of the things I love about the VI is the grocery store music is always fun. This location carries a smaller selection of frozen vegan/ vegetarian items and healthy frozen breads than Plaza East but is very convenient to mid island.

Better stocked than other grocery stores on the island, The Market has also a varied selection of organic greens. When I visited the mangoes were in season and the store was stocked with a variety from local sources. In addition to the local mangoes, they had huge avocados, the size of a medium eggplant, that were out of this world.

As far as super markets go on the island this is the best but that comes at a cost. In this case I'm willing to pay the difference but with the self induced inflation by our government it represents a significant cost. Be prepared

Frankly the locals here are hostile towards tourists. Easily the rudest people I met on the entire island. The other plaza is just as bad. There were a few pleasant faces at both but mostly everyone treated you like you are asking to borrow money.That being said: the prices were fair and the selection was good.

Best thing about this store is the selection. EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED. Other smaller stores have better prices, but everyone seems to flock to this one, maybe because it's newer. But way too expensive. $$$$$
