Morgan in the pharmacy is an absolute saint. Super helpful, so pleasant, so patient and most importantly out to please the customer. I watched her handle 6 other customers all while trying to help me fill my prescription and battling my insurance company in the phone. Excellent customer service from this location! There should be more people in the world like Morgan! THANK YOU!!!

Never, ever a smooth refill. With meds that I have been on for 20 years, stopping abruptly is not good. They seem to make up stories about why meds are not ready, got three different reasons in one phone call! I have called central office to no avail, this is a comapny that simply does not care about customers.

Two years to fix your supply chain and adjust to the additional people in the community, but we still can't get life saving medications in a timely manner. I have said in a previous review and I'm gong to say to again. If you're not committed to the community please leave and don't ever come back.Additionally, It's pretty bad when the doctors dread calling because of the complete lack of service. For example, 95% of the time nobody will answer the phone and 100% no return phone calls.As a community we need to see significant improvements or you won't have to worry about leaving town. Instead, we will travel to your competitors that care about their customers.Good Luck

Walgreens, took over Rite-Aid in Wilmington, VT and than slowly had less and less products and less hours. Today, Sar 24th I checked website to see if pharmacy was open and than when I drove to Walgreens there was a sign saying closed til Monday... so basically if a script was called in on Friday your screwed. It's not like I can call my Dr and sat uhm can you call in script to another pharmacy since they are closed. I've tried to like this Walgreens, but for now on I'll drive to Rite-Aid .

Wilmington pharmacy is the worst ever. When Ryan Bartlett is on nothing is ever ready. Even Maintenance drugs ,you run out of because there never ready. Always people walking away shaking there heads. I wish the State of Vermont would throw Him out. It was never like this when it was a Rite-aid.

I have lived in this town for a year and the only I dislike about it here is this disaster of a pharmacy. I have used them over a dozen times and all but twice they failed to do their jobs.Perfect example: doctor calls in a prescription in the morning. I show up at 3:30 and it’s not ready and they ask me to drive around to the end of the line. At 4:25 they say they need the insurance and ask me to drive around again. Not sure why they couldn’t ask for my insurance at 5:25 they say they can’t reach the insurance because “the computers are down.”This or something like happens to me nearly every time. Check the Yelp reviews and you see countless stories like this.Seriously it’s obviously just ppl that can’t do their basic jobs.

Operations in this pharmacy location negatively affect customers health because they are not reliable. I’ve seen this again and again. And they take no responsibility for mistakes and oversights. Again and again- if you have the option to go somewhere else: do it!

i went in to grab my pills and i was very disappointed to hear swearing from the pharmacists working that evenings. My son was with me as well, and he was asking what those words meant. If i could rate this pharmacy 0 stars i would… never coming back.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Completely incompetent and would prefer to serve the out of state visitors over locals like myself! They never have my medications ready and most of the time I wait WEEKS just to get my prescription. Would never recommend using them. 100% incompetent

I was on hold for more than 30 minutes, my doctor call my prescription in on Monday 3/1/21 and as of 3/4/21, it is still “being processed. Service sucks, pharmacy sucks! I Don’t recommend! I give them 0 stars!

This pharmacy has been absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly, communication is great. I waited about 6 months to try this location because of the bad reviews. I’m very happy I made the switch.

I've been here many times picking up my campers medicines and they were amazing. They were always looking to help. I bout many things here over the years. They also have plenty of parking.
