Just a good store to look around and you’ll never know what you gonna find! Other items available like household items and more!If you see something you like, better buy it because it wont be there when you get back.

Overall experience was ok. I was a little off put by the female manager that was screaming at her employees as I walked in about how much she had to do and how she had no time to do it. The staff seemed stressed. The store was an average Marshall's..nothing really special.Update: returned November 2023. Staff seems over worked and under supported. Regardless, I had so much help and professionalism from multiple staff members.Be extra kind to our retail workers, especially this holiday season!!

Store closes at 10 yet the fitting room was closed when I came in at 6:30. Id understand if they were short staffed but there was someone just sitting behind the fitting room desk doing seemingly nothing. Pretty irritating for those of us with busy schedules who cant just return things the next day if they dont fit.

Awful experience last night being the only person of color in that store and being followed at every corner including the bathroom with my daughter with no items in my cart. This experience made me feel disgusted in this store. Great way to kick off Black History Month. The manager that followed me needs to be fired

Parking is ample, selection is good and prices are always fantastic. They have great name brand offerings. However, sometimes the offerings are not consistent. For example, if you see a essential oil you like then the same brand may not be there in a month or so.Returns are easy and there are plenty of changing rooms.

Super annoyed customer here. I was on a last minute shopping trip and had found the socks i needed. But decided to try a dress on. Well the lady at the dressing room told me to leave them at the front and when I came back for them they were gone. Thanks for nothing.

They have really nice selection of items for amazing prices. In clothing, anything from formal to athletic and everything in between. The shoe selection is also pretty decent. There's also a lot of home and kitchen decor. The deals on brand names are there, and they're great, but you may have to do a small but of looking to find them.

Great selection of women's clothes and housewares. Picked up some great jeans for my teen - had four or five acceptable choices in her size - no mean feat! The attendant in the dressing room was pretty zealous on the carrying in/out of merchandise which these places tend to be so just be aware and keep count!

Very courteous staff. As you walk in you are politely greeted, and cart was wiped down with sanitizer in front of my eyes, also asking customers behind me if they wanted a cart and disinfected it. Above and beyond customer service. More places should do this.

Always spend more than I anticipate, not their fault. Post-covid opening stage is strange - same arrows like in grocery stores, but they have a person outside counting shoppers coming and going. Friendly staff, clean store.

Decent store but one of the male managers has continuously stared at my chest while I've been inside, as well as my friend. We are both underage & find the experience incredibly uncomfortable & unprofessional.

Went in today looking for cookware. Didn't find anything unfrotunately (totally expected, y'all just opened back up anyway!!), got some grooming products instead. Staff was very friendly and hospitable to the customers. However, this respect is thinner than a flute glass- the management and senior staff might be nice to me, a customer, but sure don't know how to respect their own fellow staff. I've seen this happen a few times pre-Covid, but never spoke out. Today, some women, probably older than mid 30s, were barking orders at young cashiers who were clearly busy ringing out customers. We're all going through a rough tome right now, and present day especially does not excuse people in positions of power to project onto their staff, who are doing everything they can. I won't be shopping here until I hear proof that management learns to respect the other people working for them. ✌️

It was a bit creepy to walk around and empty store with a bunch of empty racks nothing is replenished and it just looks sloppy because of lack of employees. Sad to see if Marshall's winds up going out of business sometime soon.

Went in looking for a collared shirt for work. Really disappointing selection for women, everything with a collar looked like it was made for a little girl going to the beach. But they do have a men's section with white collar shirts. But I'm petit, so none of those worked. Will never waste my time here again, looking for womens' professional clothes- bad idea.
