Usually very pleasant to come here but very disappointed that they do not honor their signing... When I got to register I was told red was not 50% off as signed someone forgot to take it down...

Donation line is a MESS and takes FOREVER. Instead of dropping items off and driving away, you have to sort out everything into different bins (not marked) yourself while three staff members stand there chatting, then one of them often says with a scowl "we're not accepting ABC today" before returning to their conversation, and this is after you've waited 30+ minutes in line. This store really needs to return to 'drop and go' donating, not this 'donate your items AND time/labor' model. If you think you're going to pop in and out to donate, think again.

Big store and good assortment. Very busy with shoppers as well as donations. Many young people shopping for clothing. They have specials on certain days of the week, with discounts for seniors and the military. People at the registers were very friendly. I do recommend this store. And they hiring!

Decent selection but seriously dwindling stock compared to the donation line.If you’re coming here to drop off donations be sure to plan on 15+ minute wait on the weekends as they’re usually quite busy. Especially compared to the in store selection.

Nope. Not great. Picture leftover yard sale items the people didn't want to haul back inside ...they got that!

The store is well organized and clean. There wasn't much in the electronics and A/V section. I scored a Panasonic battery operated pencil sharpener for $3.

Don't even bother. They consistently do not adhere to their stated donation hours. Twice in a row we have come with a car full of items and had nowhere to go with them. Go to any other location first, or the Resource right down the road.

Prices are outrageous for used items and the new items are cheaper at Walmart for example the shovel at good will is marked for $25 the same shovel is $17.79 at Walmart

The store itself is okay… I’ve found a few good things but the 30 dollar handpicked items that sit there for weeks is a little ridiculous considering it’s all free items. The main reason I feel like this place isn’t the best is that all the employees are in the main store and the outlet has been closed, the bins are just so much better overall and more beneficial in general because of the better pricing, I’m aware staffing is an issue but like I said there are usually 4 employees in the store now that the outlet is closed, and I feel like there’s no need for it to still be closed. It takes way less labor to just throw them in bins VS hanging them anyways

Do not donate to this store. All of the nice, high-quality donations get shipped out of state and sold elsewhere. All of the broken, China made garbage is what they decide to leave forthe local community. Donate to other local thrift stores. They keep the donations in the community/local.

I brought donations a lot of good clothes and I want to walk to drop it and they told me no!!!! End up dumping in the garbage

Very friendly and helpful staff taking donations. Originally showed up and their truck was late so they kindly pointed me in the direction of Resource, where they were so incredibly rude and unhelpful and would only take 2 bags of items. Came back to Goodwill the next day with more donated items and it was very clear where to go, what to do and the staff was again very friendly.

I very rarely come to this store now. I get inflation, but most things are priced high more often then not, $2each for a plain clear cup, by the time you make a set you could get it cheaper brand new. The donation line also gets so bad that you can't park or leave. The staff is friendly, especially David the cashier, discount days are nice for price breaks.

I shop at Goodwill for a living, and I spend A LOT of money there. Recently, I purchased a furniture item that they said that would place in the back and hold for me until I could pick it up today. Not only did they not move off the floor, but they sold it to another customer without calling me, and they really didn't seem to even care that I was upset.

I have to revise my original review: This place used to be great but is now regularly very disappointing.EVERY DAY the line to donate is consistently 8-12 cars long and at least a 30 minute wait, yet the stock of used goods inside the store continues to decline while the amount of new stock goes up. Something is terribly wrong here and doesn't add up. What gives, Goodwill?

I come here frequently—sometimes I walk out with arms overflowing, sometimes with empty hands. Women’s clothing selection is decent, sometimes overpriced. Employees are quite friendly. CD & electronic sections are usually dry.

It feels like there's more new items than used. I found 4 different items with previous thrift store, yardsale, retail or even a dollar tree item that goodwill has marked up in just 1 trip. The prices are ridiculous. I can buy new items for their used prices.

Now granted I’m a HUGE fan of Goodwill and thrift stores in general. This location use to be my personal favorite. I’ve made it my mission to visit a goodwill whenever I’m on vacation and I’ve been to one in just about every state in the US. Within the past month or so this location has gone absolutely down the toilet. The lack of staffing has led to a plethora of problems. For starters the “buy the pound” section here is “temporarily closed”, the store closes at 6pm now and I went yesterday and the racks were just about bare. How can anyone with a shred of common sense and business education think that this is good financial practice compared to treating staff members right and paying a decent wage?! How much money is being lost now and how many items are ending up in landfills because goodwill Williston can’t get its act together? I use to go here at least 3 times a week (don’t judge haha) after work to look for goodies but now they are closed at 6pm. I can’t even fathom the revenue being lost at the “buy the pound” part let alone the main part. Why hasn’t corporate stepped in? A darn shame :(

I’m not sure whether Goodwill had a bad harvest year or what, because the clothing racks are not exactly ripe for the picking.Staff are friendly, despite the famine of fashion happening in their store. Plenty of porcelain figurines if that’s your thing, though.

Best shopping, great deals, and love the fill a bag idea. I can always leave with lots of great finds and still have a pocket full of money left. They have great staff and bathrooms are always spotless! I have nothing bad to say about it.

Weaker of the two locations. Friendly staff is more than helpful but the space is quite large and outside of clothing, very sparsely stocked. You can tell everything is price compared online and priced as such, some things more than others. The space, while quite large, lacks a good flow as well. One other gripe is that there is basically no children's toy section, just a few random items thrown on a shelf. If you want to shop clothing or books this is a great spot, but for most everything else try the S.Burlington location or the ReSource store a few buildings up.

Visiting my sister in Vermont, it wouldn't be a place that I would go to on my own. But she brought me here, and I'm glad that she did. Lots of choices! If you're looking for something, go here first. I was absolutely amazed at what they have to offer. For me, it's electronics. And unbelievably true they have legacy computer components such as memory dimms, platter hard drives, and so forth. While at checkout I noticed they have GPS devices' too. Much to my amazement they also had two of the original Nintendo games in stock.Definitely a place you want to go if you're looking for inexpensive items that are gently used or new. Great place to shop for Christmas.

I absolutely love shopping here. You never know what you're going to find. I found many amazing eclectic items. Don't expect to find a million dollar REM brand, however you will find great deals and super friendly staff. always remember to give your change to local charities. They just round up to the nearest dollar to help local charities.

No bad deals. Stuff is usually in good shape. Parking can be a bit problematic when vehicles dropping off donations line up though. The new location is just as bad for drops. Cars are out to the road and blocking shoppers from leaving.

Selection and cleanliness are great here. Easy to drop off donations right from the car. Has hits and misses just like any thrifting experience. Staff is very nice.

Employees were promised a wage increase, only to have it rescinded at the last second. This is unacceptable. Corporate and the higher-ups at this store must hold themselves accountable and follow through on their words. I will not support a business who exploits and lies to their workers the way this one does. Eff you Julie Marcoux, be nicer.

I love goodwill in general but the recent change to have the shoes in the center of each random isle and so high that anyone over 5’5 can’t possibly see or reach is the worst idea.. who thought that would be a good idea? They have a section of “handpicked” stuff which is a total waste of space and their great shoe section is gone and now shoes are scattered randomly down each isle... this isn’t wheelchair/handicapped friendly or even anyone friendly for that matter!!! Please change it back.

I love this store, always seems clean employees are friendly and helpful. I have found some very good deals for myself and other members of my family. My only complaint is the book section, I agree with another person I think the books are very high priced for items that were donated and I really wished they were organized in some manner - by author would be ideal though I know that would be difficult to keep in place, maybe at least by a heading such as mystery/romance etc. This is not just the Williston store but true of all Goodwills and I have been in most of them in Maine and NH.I will continue going to Goodwill - who doesn't love a bargain, all you need is to give up some time looking to cash in big time savings..

Just went there to drop off a ton of brand new Carhartts( Carhartt bibs, shirts, flannels, tons of nice clothes). First time here. One kid pointed us to the second lane so that’s where we went, then an older man with long hair comes out screaming at us that we were going the wrong way! No where does it tell you where to go, and we were told to go there! So we went home and threw the stuff away instead of giving them our stuff to make money! Will NOT return, and will NOT recommend this business to anyone! Unprofessional! We drove an hour to get there.

Their selection has gotten much better now that they are in a new location and have a lot more room. It's a lot better organized now. They have also gone bag free to be more environmentally friendly, so bring a reusable bag or two with you.
