Excellent everything with Bag Riders, 6 months ago I had a problem with a shock absorber, I talked to Keith, I just sent a photo of evidence and they replaced it immediately without asking questions, they surprised me! This time I had another problem with another shock absorber, but this time it was different, my warranty had expired. Markus was helping me at all times, he made sure my part was replaced at no cost, he saved my life. Had an issue with a defective leader line on a Viair compressor I purchased (arrived in the box with the end of the leader line that threads onto the compressor broken). If you're thinking about getting an air ride setup for your vehicle, look no further. BagRiders will get you setup with everything you need, and then some.This was my first time doing air ride, as I've previously been static on all of my previous cars, so it was definitely a little more in-depth than just slapping on coilovers and calling it a day.BagRiders supplied everything I needed in a quick, easy package. I purchased their Airlift 3P + SuperLow kit for my 2023 BRZ and I am not disappointed. Shipping was super quick and the payment options are amazing.The kit itself allows me to ride at a pretty low height without much bounce or fear of banging my fenders, unlike normal bellows where you have a lot of range of motion while driving. Surprisingly, the range of the lift for this kit is tremendous, as well - there's no speedbumps I can't clear and I'm able to almost lay frame.The guys at BagRiders are some of the best I've dealt with as well, as I've had a few questions throughout my install and they're always immediately available to answer questions and extremely knowledgeable on the topic.Overall, extremely happy and will definitely be coming back for all future vehicles.

Grabbed an airlift 3p suspension kit from these guys back in November. Just recently installed the system and had a manufacturer defect with the airlift manifold. Called and spoke with Keith who proceeded to assist me with getting my situation squared away. Keith went above and beyond. Got me a new manifold from airlift shipped next day air. From the easy to follow video tutorials they have, along with exceptional customer service, I'd 1000% recommend them all day.

Placed an order on 1/2/24, management showed up in 2 days! Struts were 4-6 weeks out, Struts showed up in 9 days! Now that's fast shipping!! I went with FeelAir management and Maxload Struts. Both products are TOP notch quality! I have installed Airrex, Accuair, and Airlift kits and I'm telling you I'm very impressed with the FeelAir and Maxload products! The staff here is very friendly and helpful! They go the extra mile to ensure you are taking care of your bags correctly and help with diagnosing any issues you have. From a series of emails between myself and Jason, my tech & I were able to figure out the issue with my remote wiring and I am able to use my airride again! Huge thank you for all the warranty help the guys did with my manifold as it was having problems with a pressure fault. Communication with everyone on the team about everything was super easy and there response on everything was relatively quick, gotta say that’s very hard to find now a days when it comes to the automotive industry, but all in all definitely would recommend to anyone trying to get into the car world

I have seen multiple reviews based on Jason Ramsey, and I've gotta say that he has to be one of the best people who I've talked to. we met at a booth at IA, which was in March, and he remembers me from then. answered questions I had. he is such a good dude and it shows. let's not forget about the super low bags! for the miniscule price difference it is incredible to be able to ride low and go higher if need be. thanks for this experience.(in progress pic below)
