I recently purchased a John Deere 1025R with a backhoe and it has been outstanding. Last week I purchased the plow blade attachment for snow removal and Craig, the GM helped me with a situation. Absolutely outstanding customer service.I will be making all of my attachment purchases from this outstanding dealership!Great job United Ag and Turf, thank you.

Very poor customer service and poor workmanship in the service department. It has taken them three visits over a year to fix a simple problem with my mower deck. It is still not fixed. They have failed to order parts they promised to order and have failed to follow-up to set service appointments to address the problem. I have given them multiple chances to do better. Each time, they do worse. It is time to replace the management team there. They are destroying the John Deere brand.

I have been using LF Trottier for last few years for parts and needs on my current equipment. However the opportunity to buy a bigger and more powerful tractor with a cab with all attachments i requested. LF Trottier was very useful, very accommodating with excellent Follow up. Willing to work with my unusual schedule. If you're interested in buying a tractor, side by side, or lawn mower, I recommend John Deere, I recommend LF Trottier for all your JD needs.My first winter with my new tractor, LF Trottier set me up with hydraulic rear blade, heated cab with wipers, work lights, tire chains, and snow pusher. Makes pushing snow enjoyable and look forward to blizzards now. I was able to build 2000' of snowmobile trail in the middle of the woods without issues! Very nice machine!However, there is a problem, my wife wants to plow snow so we fight over it!

I had a critical issue with the functioning of the S120 that I bought. On delivery, it would not operate properly. Cam and Craig at this location were incredibly helpful and responsive, and the issue was resolved the very next day. This is the kind of customer service I want to do business with, and I recommend this location in Springfield, VT for anyone else out there considering a John Deere mower.

Went to the Springfield location to price out a new farm tractor. Sales consultant was helpful and printed out pricing. Consultant said he would call to come see our trade. Never followed up to see our trade. Nothing. Bought elsewhere. Thus my 3 star review. Evidently my $60k purchase was appreciated by someone else.

Service was fast and friendly. However putting back engine mount bolts after service would help though.I called after my service to have it checked out due to a knocking sound and vibration upon starting. I was told it was normal due to the service that was done.--Fast forward after a couple months of running it--because of a dead battery i had the hood open and tied to start it, and noticed the engine moving a few inches side to side while cranking. Muffler pipe is now broken due to being twisted, fuel lines are leaking from being stretched.Won't be back.

My husband and I were shopping for a used John Deere lawn tractor at the Hartland location. Ken was so helpful and knowledgeable-- just the best customer service we have seen in a long time! We ended up buying a new unit at another United Ag & Turf location but if you are looking for a great buying experience, definitely visit the Hartland store.

They have had my lawn tractor for a month nd a half now to date. Worse customer service I have ever had. I have called them numerous times and get the run around. They haven't called me once until today. I may not be your biggest customer but I will not be going here again. It's too bad that this was my first experience buying a decent t lawn tractor and this is what I had to go through. Not only that, the tractor is maybe a year old and having issues with it. I will give my business to someone who will treat me right. Thanks for nothing.

Good product and good staff. If you’re looking for John Deere equipment around here, this is the best place. They do great service on the tractors and lawnmower gear they sell. There isn’t a ton of parking here but it’s worth the drive.
