I cannot stress enough how great HB Energy and especially Brian, have been for me! I am new to the area. When my pellet stove wouldn't work back in December, I made quite a few phone calls. HB are the ONLY ones who called me back. They fit me into their tight schedule and sent Brian that day. Brian did an excellent and extremely thorough job cleaning out my pellet stove. It was a learning experience for me. Any questions I had, he gave me a straight answer. Since then, I have dealt with Brian 3 more times. And each time I realize that I will never call anyone else. I appreciate everything that he has done for me and I'm so grateful that HB Energy are the ones who called me back that day. That said a lot to me and I will send anyone I know to them. Anyone reading this, I have had nothing but positive experiences and 100% ,they know what they're doing. Thank you HB Energy and thank you Brian, you saved me!

Brian and his team at HB are second to none! We had some issues with our pellet stove recently and, in the midst of his busy season, Brian went above and beyond to fit us in. Brian and his technicians are very knowledgeable and eager to get to the bottom of any issue. Brian even stopped by on a Saturday morning to make a few adjustments and make sure our stove was running seamlessly. I can not say enough about this company and all of their dedicated employees! HB will always be our first choice for any of our heating needs!

I would highly recommend HB energy solutions. I purchased my woodstove thought them late Spring 2023. Being new to the woodstove life, I needed some extra guidance. Brian was more then helpful, offering me a few different options that fit my needs. In addition, his patience and wonderful customer service exceeded expectations. The billing team was also very accommodating and friendly.As of lately, my fire place damper was defected and yet again, Brain promptly came out and fixed it.Overall a positive, 5 star experience.

My 85 year old mother's furnace vent and bathroom vents were damaged as snow came rumbling off of her roof at 11:00 at night. The FD arrived and turned off her furnace and told her to call her heating company. The heating company said they didn't do that type of repair and gave no references or assistance. (Fortunately she had a gas fireplace to keep her warm enough for the evening.) I called a few companies, but none were able to help. HB Energy called me back the following morning and went out that day with portable heaters to inspect the damage. They had a "temporary" fix done the following day while waiting for matching metal pieces for the chimney to come in. They fixed everything with extra reinforcements within two weeks. My mother was delighted with their professionalism and kindness! She isn't easily pleased and this made it much easier for me to deal with the problem being 2 1/2 hours away! Every time I spoke with her she was so complimentary of EACH of the contractors with whom she interacted. (Especially Drew and Brian!) It was a bit pricey but I expected as much in an "emergency" situation.

Bad lightning storm fried my well pump. Woke up without any water on a Saturday. Called and was patched through to Brian. He was backed up on service calls that day as I wasn’t the only person in the area with the problem. He took the time to talk me through what I was seeing with the pump and tank and recommended I try replacing a simple part. I took his advice and it solved my problem and saved my weekend.

When our furnace started to fail and we received the same poor customer service from Gary Jackson Heating Service for that, we decided to reach out to HB to help with that as well. Over the past several years my wife and I have had several excellent experiences with HB. From plumbing and electrical work that helped us sell our first home to more plumbing and electrical we didn’t know we would need when we bought our second home. In stressful situations the team at HB Energy have always come through with flying colors. They deliver our oil (on our annoyingly steep and icy road) they service our furnace, clean our wood stove, pump the septic, install our hot water tanks, trouble shoot utilities that I don’t even know how to describe and are always responsive and professional. Great company. I had a kitchen sink that was not draining properly among other plumbing problems. Shane, the plumber, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it that same day, and then left the space he worked in cleaner than he found it. We had an issue where the water from our well wasn't getting to the house on a Saturday. We had visitors at the house and we have a newborn, so we needed water. We called our regular plumbers, but got a voicemail. We called every plumber we could find online, and most didn't answer; those that did said they couldn't get anyone out for 2-3 weeks. Finally, I called HB and the pleasant customer service rep (a person answered the phone!) said Brian would get in touch with us soon. While Brian couldn't make it out to our house that day, he instead spent 45 minutes on the phone and in text messages with me, trying to diagnose & temporarily solve the situation. With his help, we were able to get the water working for the time being. He then fit in time on Monday with one of his plumbers, who made the solution more permanent and gave us some estimates for upgrades that would prevent the situation from happening again. Brian & team saved the day, and we are eternally grateful, and they've earned a new customer.

Brian, a technician from HB came to my house Saturday evening in response to a no heat call. He then called to explain that he would need to replace one of the parts of our furnace. Although the next day was Sunday, he called his supplier at home & was able to order the part whicharrived on Monday morning. He then came back to my house, fixed our furnace & saved me from losing the renters that were staying at my house. I am extremely impressed with his knowledge & willingness to go out of his way to do this repair.

I have been an HB Energy Solutions customer for over 10 years now.Tonight was the first time I ever had to use the emergency service for a plumbing issue.Heard water running in the basement. Went down and found the main basement floor wet and water running into the sump pump. Looked around to find where it was coming from…our second basement room was flooded about 18 “ OMG!! I panicked then called HB around 1015pm … got a call back about 25 minutes later from Brian Hernon.He finished up the job he was on in Bellows Falls and came to save the day….errr.. night. Knee waders, pumps and hoses in hand he went down and not only stopped the leak in the pipe but also lugged down my garden hose spool and all to drain the water out of the flooded room. 1 o’clock AM and Brian was able to give my son and I some instructions on the use of the pump and went on his way.I cannot thank Brian Hernon and HB enough for coming out and fixing the leak. We have been customers for over 5 years, using HB for our oil & propane budget plans. There have been a few times that we have had to call after hours (nights, weekends and even a holiday) regarding water issues, and they have been incredibly prompt. The most recent incident was a flooded basement. The on-call tech was able to talk me through finding the problem, shutting off the valve to the broken pipe, and saving me a boat load of money. He could have simply come out that night and charged me far more, than patching the issue and coming out on a regular business day. Thank you HB Energy for all of your help this July 4 Holiday weekend!!! Opening up my restaurant I found water coming out of the a/c unit. I immediately called HB and spoke with a very pleasant customer service rep about this issue. I received a call back from HB’s tech Brian Hernon within 15 minutes. We discussed what was going on and was able to do some immediate troubleshooting. We have a home in Andover Vermont and after 35 years decided to do a major renovation. We shopped for a heating and air conditioning company to upgrade our system along with a new generator. Brian from H&B came out and provided us with a generator and a Mitsubishi system for heating & air conditioning. Have to say the service and workmanship was outstanding. Brian was always available to answer any questions and just a great guy to deal with. Service and a company providing exactly what they say they will was really nice to have.
