Casey, first and foremost!! She's a rock star...I hope you guys promote her...and promote her...and promote her AGAIN. I have had 5 dogs, all very different, some even a bit difficult. She's been GREAT with all of them. I do also like the fact that she runs a very tight ship. So clean, always on time, and everyone is friendly, accessible, and open to questions. You're very lucky to have her on your team...and we're lucky she takes care of our pups!

Petco staff treat my dog like a missed friend, and take such good care of her! The staff at the grooming salon at Petco go the extra mile to make my dog feel comfortable and supported. She is a very nervous girl and they work hard to make her comfortable. She comes home looking and smelling great! I can't recommend them more highly.

This was Watson’s first experience with a groomer other than having his nails done. What an amazing first experience! Carly was absolutely incredible and so patient and loving with him. He came out looking SO happy and refreshed. He looked like a whole new pup! He had a little accident after by the cash register and not long was the cashier so helpful and understanding but he cleaned everything up. The groomer also helped clean him off as he was again dirty. We are so grateful for Carly and everyone. This will be a frequent deal for Watson! We are so pleased.
