This time I was happy to see a set I’ve eyed before was on sale. The purchase went smoothly and I’ll soon have my new furniture! Decor-rest. Very well made!

Valerie M is a Treasure! She's professional, caring and goes the extra mileS in customer service. We started our journey with Old Brick back in 2022 with Valerie looking at living room, office and bedroom furniture. Next it was flooring. Valerie helped us choose the perfect carpet and oak flooring, even going so far and personally delivering, with her wonderful husband, five boxes of oak flooring after a snow storm so it could acclimatize for 24 hours before being installed! Why, you may ask am I only giving OBF 4 stars? We got stood up by the installer and had to find two people to install carpet and wood flooring ourselves. (Not Valerie's fault. She even called HQ in Albany for another installer, to no avail.) We purchased a lovely Thor's Elegance bedroom set and the Steve and Matt, who delivered and assembled it were great. Thank you Valerie and the Rutland Team!

I was told my sectional would take 6 weeks to come in. Six weeks later they now tell me.it is on back order and.it will be another 4 weeks. Same thing happen with a bed I order. Won't be doing business with them again

Beware of this company's warranty policies. If the manufacturer decides not to make your furniture anymore, it doesn't matter, you will get what they give you. They don't care, they won't consult with you, and they have the worst customer contact skills I have encountered since Comcast. The following photo (Photo of the Futon with just the blue cover on it) is of the initial futon I purchased, with nice arms, so that it felt like a real piece of furniture, since I can't get a real couch into my apartment. The second photo (disregard the large stain coffee stain and sheet there to protect the blue mattress cover, nothing to do with this issue) is of the futon frame they replaced mine with. How happy would you be?

We were met by Valerie as we entered the store. She explained where everything was, asked us if we needed any help and let us know where she would be if we had questions. She then left us to it. She helped us with our purchases and questions, directed us to the online store for some other items and organised delivery for us on an appropriate day when our house purchase completes. She was the perfect balance of helpful, friendly and not at all pushy salesperson. We really appreciated it. Walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by Valerie and Kourtney. Valerie walked us to the mattress gallery and was extremely helpful and informative on the different types of mattresses, and which would be best for us. Great service! The loveseat we bought is great too, reasonable price and a style I was looking for that other stores didn’t have, but the service and delivery is what I appreciate the most. Delivered when promised, undamaged, well wrapped, text upon delivery with photo for confirmation, FREE curbside. I want to do them a good turn with a good review because I’ve had negative experiences with this store under previous management.
