I gave this store a one star review because of the customer service. I went into the store to purchase a coat and I was wearing a coat that their store is currently selling. I heard one of the workers at the register say to another female employee, “She’s wearing the same coat.” And they both looked at me and she radioed into her headset an alert. Which caused a male employee who was also wearing a headset to look over at me and respond back. I was totally disgusted by how I was treated. I’m an African American woman and it made me feel like I’m not allowed to wear their purchased clothes in their store without being looked at as a shop lifter. My boyfriend bought me that coat for a Christmas gift and in return I wanted to get him a nice coat as well. I am a consumer and I shouldn’t be stereotypically profiled!

Clean, helpful staff, and huge variety. We were looking for a pair of boots for our 6 year old. Found a pair on clearance for $159.99, and when we brought it up that it didn't seem like much of a sale, they lowered the price to 19.97! Couldn't turn away that deal! However the fact that they could drop the price that drastically, and still make money, just shows how much they increase the price for sale!

Had a manufacturing flaw on a crossbow I purchased but was helped immediately by the manager carol who told me to come in at my earliest convenience, the whole sporting goods crew went out of their way to make sure I left DSG pleased! Wanted to personally thank Randy, John and Eric for all you guys did to make things right! You guys rock!

I personally like dicks.. The customer service is great. The location is spot on as well. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars because of the money spent. Some of the prices are outrageous. But I don't think that has anything to do with the store itself but, maybe the franchise. Overall it was wonderful.

Went there today and tried to buy a sport pant and sports bra set, security tag wouldn’t come off the bra supposedly and manager didn’t offer another color or try to help and see if they had any out back or in stock. And acted like it was my fault I chose the one where the security tag wouldn’t Come off. They weren’t helpful at all and I will never spend my money there again after dealing with this manager and cashier. Bad customer service spend your money elsewhere!!!

I never know what kind of experience I will have (all depends on how well staffed they are that day and what I'm looking for). But today a nice young man was very helpful with finding my 5 year old a bike that would fit him. He was just a shy small for their smallest bike on the floor display. This employee tried every possible adjustment to make it work and when it didn't he made suggestions as to where we might be more successful. Then we noticed a smaller bike on display but still in a box. Not sold that this bike was going to work but he immediately offered to assemble it for us to see if it would.While we waited we went over to the baseball mits to get my son a mit for t-ball. Nobody helped us over there and I actually helped another family find the last little girls glove for their daughter.When I circled back to bikes, ours was ready to try, and the employee (I wish I could remember his name) made some more adjustments to make it work. My son was thrilled and it was on sale. We left with a bike and mit for my son and a bike helmet for my daughter.Overall when you can get someone's attention it's usually a good experience.

Air headed,Bidenesque,ditzy help once again.Nobody could give an affirmative or negative without slurring their words,as they looked at their wrist watches counting the seconds to quitting time.Who could blame them? I certainly couldnt,at least I was price gouged last time when girl clerk told me reason why my shorts in hand more expensive due to color.Nope,I think not, she was too lazy to check,however I got the discount with a sheepish grin after purchase.Seemed like a nice girl none the less brunette,shapely all the way down to that tag on her toe...I swear she moved

Totally unsafe in this situation, staff not wearing masks at all and very expensive and no new varieties and deals its too early to unfollow covid-19 restrictions I would not recommend to shop for now..Staff was not disinfecting the counter surface as mentioned in website between each customer .very unsafe place to shop right now.

I'm like a kid in a candy store in this place. I enjoy it even when I don't make a purchase. Love the hunting and fishing section but the golf dept is my favorite

Lack of variety in store..much better choices online! Looking for sports bag and store only had plain colors! Online had two different Camo patterns and various other choices! Was quite disappointed.

I called asking if they had a particular item in stock and was told to check the website. I did and drove 45 minutes to see them only to find that they did not have it after all, and was told to not rely on the website.

Everything is overpriced and expensive as hell. They had some small cooler, like a lunch box size cooler on sale for $199. I was like this has to be a joke, but no, they confirmed it was on sale down from $200.
