I take my cat here for grooming and he always comes home looking handsome and and feeling soft. He never minds visiting for his shave and sculpt.The store has some really nice items and the lady at the register is very sweet and helpful.

Such a great store and the prices are unbeatable. The staff is very knowledgable, friendly and willing to answer any questions, something that you just don't get with big retail stores. If they do not have a product in stock they are very expeditious about placing and receiving orders. By far the best pet store in the Rutland County area!!!!

Nice product and that it’s local but it’s extremely annoying that they never open on time. Just change your house to start at 1030 so there’s no a dozen people constantly waiting in the parking lot.

The staff here was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was having trouble getting my dog to eat and they made a number of recommendations as well as giving us a sample size of a few different foods for us to try with her. In addition, they have a great selection of toys, treats, food and other pet supplies in stock.

Not only is this pet store a great place for your furbabies, it's staff is well informed on the products, are helpful and friendly, keeps updated on recalled items/food, offers helpful suggestions, your pets are welcomed and last, but certainly not least, a friendly large black dog,"Dooley" is a top greeter! I wish more stores had animal greeters!!

The best pet food and supply store in Rutland! The ladies that work there are always so kind and friendly- you can tell they really care about animals. They have a nice selection of items for all types of pets, and will special order products and hold them aside if needed. Really great atmosphere and shopping experience!

I wish I knew this amazing woman's name. I went to this store and had no idea what to do with my 7 year old pint sized chichua, for food. He has less than good teeth,as all older smll breeds do. She was so kind and patience with my wife and I. If you want a place that actually cares about listening and helping care for.your family ( because our pet are family) then please come to this place ,they care,which is what matters. When I find out her name I will update this review, I anM remiss in saying her amazing doga name is dually. He was amazing with our little buddy. I'll say it a million times. THANK YOU. Toby loves the food.

They were very kind and patient with my new rescue dog. They even had a tape measure so I could figure out which harness would fit, but told me to keep the packaging just in case so they could exchange it. They encouraged him to sniff around and find something he likes. When he got "that look" it was pointed out to me (I was reading treat bags) and he did need to go.I will be back!

I have gone to many pet supply stores in my years. But catamount is my favorite. They carry the dogfood that my dogs have to be on. They have Zignature which we use for our dogs because it is good quality while also being Nut and Potato free as well as grain free. (One of my dogs has an allergy to potatoes). The staff is knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions you have. This will be my go to pet supply store for years to come. And hopefully it will be yours too.

Bruce is great!The wait is often long but that is absolutely not the front staffs fault! I however am shocked at just how mean and psycho some of the customers can be! Entitled nasty people some of them.
