The prices here are pretty awful. I don't know why Shaw's wants to bring so much strife to the people of Randolph. I buy so little here now because it's so expensive. I used to buy more but every week that cost accumulated and now I can buy very little food here thanks to Shaw's greed. I am actually surprised the government hasn't investigated this malfeasance yet. You are literally fleecing the citizens of Randolph because they have no other grocery options. The people running Shaw's belong in prison.

This location is less than professional, I spent 6 hours waiting for my mobile order to be ready making me late for work, and effecting my whole days schedule as a whole. No one was helpful apon inquiries and as I type I am still waiting with no update as to what the status of my order is. Shaws should show that the value their customers not act like the could care less while gladly taking our money. Get your act together!

I have had mostly positive experiences at this store. The products offered are fine and varied, at a comparable price to competitors. The lines do get long but the store is only equipped with so many registers, most of which operate at busy times. A dark haired woman on the management staff seems to be there most days and does a really good job of opening an auxiliary lane when the lines get crazy. I didn’t give the store 5 stars for two reasons: 1: they use the floor polisher while the store is open. I understand labor costs are crazy but this is not the way. I don’t want to jockey with the big a$$ machine and it’s operator for space. 2: The public bathroom is horrendous. Mostly I’m just really thankful for to have a nice grocery store that is accessible and staffed with friendly people.

Before getting to the check out line this is a 3 out of 5 stars grocery store. Some of the produce had mold and there aren't many organic options.... but it's a small town and I can understand this happens. However, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The woman with the pink hair at check out looked at her shirt, picked two pieces of food off of it, ate it in front everyone and then said, "sorry they only give us 15 minutes for lunch." Disgusting... and she's bagging my groceries!!Then I said, "you don't need to print a receipt for me." She accidently prints it and I kindly ask that she dispose of it for me. She lectures me stating, "we don't waste paper, we recycle it." Lady.... I asked you not to print it in the first place. Please close your lane, go to the back, and finish eating the crumbs off of your shirt.Edit: It is clear the owner cares by his/her prompt response. I appreciate the time to respond. I don't want one bad apple to ruin the reputation of the business. Increasing my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Great grocery store. They could improve on customer service, especially when it gets busy due to them only having a few select registers open. Otherwise, it's easy to find things so long as they haven't moved anything recently. Prices aren't ever too bad, not that they can really help much of that. The staff is great, they seem very knowledgeable, especially when I need help finding something.

Shaw's is a very solid grocery store. This location is clean, well stocked, and I've always found the employees to be nice and helpful. Depending on where you live this might be your best option and that being said it is a great option.

Company that is known to price gouge locals in rural areas. mistreatment of employees is common in this corporate chain.

don't usually review grocery stores, but, there's something about this Shaw's that i truly admire. yes they're a bit shabby and low-staffed at times, but the people they do have present are wonderful. sometimes it's about quality over quantity. thank you to all those keeping this town's grocer going.

My hometown store. Found my ingredients easily, checkout line was short. Opened my reusable bag and the cashier placed my 3 items beside the bag, locked his register and said have a good evening and left. A bit disappointed. Of course I can bag my groceries, but try a bit harder folks.

Randolph Shaws is a good place but they definitely take advantage of having to travel 30 minutes either direction for places that are cheaper to jack ther prices up. Not how I'd do it but I guess if your the only major grocer in the area morals are lacking.

I like the prices and selection here, but staffing is an issue. Usually only three cashier lanes open and a bit dirty on the outside, no trash cans so people just throw it wherever. Bottle return is great when it's up and running.

Produce is poor quality at best. Advertised 3 day specials are ALWAYS sold out before Sunday if the prices are good. No rain checks on 3 day sale items so you're out of luck. Many of the Just4You free items are not shipped to this store. Meats are fine if used immediately, otherwise freeze immediately. Produce has a 1 to 3 day shelf life once brought home. Even if it was just placed on display by the stocking associate. Staff is friendly. Customer service department is typically very good. Often long check out lines require me to exchange my frozen items (ice cream) if there were more available in the case. Unfortunately it's the only grocery store in the area unless you want to drive over 20 miles.

This place ranks very low on my all time grocery store visits… slow service… express lanes are barely ever open… they have wasted space and labor on their pick up service… which barely has any availability but for some reason never seems to be busy… especially when compared to other stores in the Shaws chain. This location would be better served if they eliminated their pick up service and all of the cashiers altogether and just put in self check outs. If I can avoid stopping at the store which is my local grocery store by shopping an hour away I will do it every… single… time… unless something major changes at this location.Speaking of Shaw’s chain… can we get rid of the ridiculous monopoly gimmick and other time wasting promotions already…. If I have to wait while one more cashier counts out 50 game tickets and wastes 10 more minutes of my life I might just go off the deep end. This location has terrible parking lot lighting.. the exit is weird and has a blind corner so you basically walk out into traffic… And if you’re driving pedestrian aimlessly wander out in front of you without even realizing it. It’s the worst design I have ever seen.Again this is my local grocery store and I will update this if it ever improves.

not too busy, but very expensive, still not enough yogurt, we go to Lebanon now. (Added 6/5/23) unfortunately things don't seem to get any better with time, they have no local competition, until then, they will continue to just do the bare minimum. This is no fault of the employees.

I'm usually not a fan of Shaw's or this plaza, a lot of the people around this area give me sketchy vibes but the people working in Shaw's tonight were really amazing. There are a lot of products in Shaw's that I can't find in any of my regular stores so it looks like I'm a Shaw's shopper now.

Okay, I have a love/hate relationship with Shaw's. So basically a pro/con list emerged when I thought about this review.Pro:- convenient (in town)- good deli selection- nice selection of fish and seafood- decent produce- gas points- adequate shopping cartsCons;- expensive ( I do my main shoppingelsewhere now-Shaw's is fill in andquick stop- inadequate register coverage ( Don't go in. between 3:30 and 5- often there are only 2 registers open and not the express lane)- change stock too often ( you can buy a brand for 2 or 3 months and then it disappears forever)- unorganized selection of.dietary specific foods such as gluten freeSome folks love the store and rhaposodize about the products, but honestly, I could take it or leave it. At least the one near me at any rate.

SUNDAY JAN.23 I visited shaws with my disabled husband when we got to the check out there were only two open cashiers and one that wasn't taking anymore customers or so we thought apparently she decided to check her friend out but when my husband said something the customer she was waiting on,said oh she's helping me out and there was some smirking between the two. We proceeded to the next counter after waiting for about five more minutes and then she decided to take more customers this is not only unprofessional but seemed to be dicrimitory to the disabled something needs to be done she was a heavy set lady and her name was Sharon

It seems that they discontinue many of my favorite products. I have not been able to get Blake's chicken pot pies for a while and they always used to have thrm. They also have not had Italian rolls for a long time. Twinings green tea with lemon has not been available for several years except in decaffeinated. I have been buying that on line. I know some of this is due to supply chain issues, but much of this has been going on before that started. They need to stop discontinuing products at will. This is why I gave them 3 stars. UPDATE: I have been to Shaw's twice since I wrote my review. They STILL do not have Blake's chicken pot pies (except gluten free, which to me tastes like cardboard). They also do not have ANY Italian rolls. Furthermore, the blueberries they put out frequently are past their prime. They put the good ones on top and the soft ones on the bottom - this is very deceitful. Of course, when I need to ask someone, there is no one around to ask. I looked on the web site for the "Contact Us" section and there is none. Today I was unable to find 1/3 of my order, which was a short one. Most of the time, it's an exercise in frustration shopping there. I just reduced it to 2 stars for this reason. I wish Hannaford's would come in close by. Shaw's needs some competition.Update #2: In spite of my asking the staff to restock Blake's chicken pot pies and Hood's creamy coffee ice cream, it looks like they have discontinued both. Last time I was in, they told me they keep ordering them but they don't deliver thrm. BALONEY!! I contacted Blake's directly and they told me it's up to the individual stores to decide whether to carry them. As for the ice cream they had other flavors, but not my favorite! Stop discontinuing my favorite products and stop lying to your customers!!!

I have been meaning to leave a review for a long time. The Shaw’s team has always been super hospitable and kind. They have been so conscientious during the COVID pandemic. I commend the employees of the Randolph store. Thanks all of you! I see you ❤️

Great shopping experience! They had someone queing the line. Very helpful! For the most part, people followed the one ways. At least better than my normal store. All their staff was a pleasure to deal with.

The general service is fine and I am delighted that there is finally a good supply of organic half and half. But the real problem is that out of the last 7 times I bought asparagus, only twice was it bagged correctly. This was done properly by senior women who have obviously cooked for a family. I may spend almost 5 minutes examining the asparagus tips to make my selection so I want it bagged vertically with the tips UP. Please retrain your baggers so I do not have to defend my asparagus !

Well stocked with a nice selection of produce. Prices are typical for rural markets. Convenient for our extended stay at a nearby campground.

OMG, what a fabulous store!! What wonderful variety of so many different brands and types of food. It was such a pleasure and treat to shop there. We felt the prices were reasonable, sometimes very cheap on their sales. Staff friendly and helpful. If I could give this store six stars

If you shop the sales, the prices are mostly economical. Many of the organic food prices have gone down a little. Staff is helpful and accommodating. If there was competition for the store like an Aldi's perhaps the prices would come down a bit more.

Excellent rural supermarket. Has most everything you need & some stuff the bigger chains don't have. Sources lots of products from New England farms & smaller providers.

If you need groceries and you live in Randolph, you'll end up at Shaw's eventually. Shaw's is the kind of store that sells groceries. What they do is, they get a bunch of these really big shelves, if you've ever worked at a place that has shelves you know what I mean, and then they put all kinds of food on those shelves that you put into the same kind of wheeled cart homeless people use to hold all their stuff and then you que up, which is thanks to the British who adore lines, and you have a mumbled pseudo conversation with your temporary new best friend and pow! you walk out with these brown plastic bags with whatever stuff you took off the aforementioned shelves to put in your homeless person closet and, if you are homeless, you simply add this stuff to the stuff already in your Shaw's cart, so, highly recommended. I would have rated it higher, but as a person with a home, I find the prices to be too high.

So sad. Each time lately they have not had all their produce. I'm not sure what is going on with the deliveries. Staff is accommodating though.

Shaw's in Randolph is a clean store, however, the prices are high and the quality of meats and produce is not good. Grocery staff is friendly and helpful. The front end staff is also friendly, however, the lack of open registers results in longer wait times. Gluten free options are expensive, and brands like O'Doughs are not replenished frequently and Glutinos is non-existent.
