For vet care, they're decent and keep up to date records. Not the best with communication both during and after hours. Do NOT use them for long-term boarding. They do not have a space for exercise and will come back with weak and tired from being kenneled. Also, they do not walk dogs. They will come home matted and covered in feces/urine no matter how well crate-trained your dog is! We were mad and sad over their experience and won't be bringing them back. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was definitely an exception... This is Grizzly (pic 1). He's a 15mo Newfie mix pup who came home matted, itchy, and sluggish after a 10 night stay. He won't let us brush him.I'll be taking him and his brother to another vet soon to see if they lost weight or have any other unseen issues, followed by the groomers. Pic 2 is of mats in Teddy's fur, our other 15mo Newfie mix pup.

They get 💯 for 'Customer Disservice' on every occasion, in my opinion! If their vet skills are as good as their phone and bookkeeping skills, then I am rightfully scared to leave Fido in their incapable hands, in my opinion. Horrendously Rude Commerce, in my opinion! Not simply an isolated occasion either. Numerous neighbors agree.

Doc saved my cat when no one else would, I was literally turned away from 7 other vets because it was the week of Christmas. Will never go to another vet again.

With so many vets, he really is the gem in the ocean. Kind, fair, and knowledgeable. We went in thinking our 15 year old dog was going to be put down and after a blood test, x ray, pills, and 2 days he started to perk up. 4 days later he was like 100% again. We are still running the course of meds. However, it was so nice that after the first appointment and then a second follow up appointment our bills totalled less than $350! Thank you for being an honorable vet that cares about the animals and owners!

With different pets and moving between cities and states, we’ve gone to quite a few animal hospitals. Dr. Mollica and his team are far and away the absolute best. The compassion and care is so unbelievably helpful when you’re stressing about your unwell pet. They’re farther from me than at least two other animal hospitals but I’ll always go to Randolph Animal Hospital instead.

Doctor Bob has been my family's that for who knows how many years. He's always been very friendly he's always done as much as he can for the animals and he has a heart for the animals which is so so important. I don't think I could ever comfortably go to another vet while he stopped working because he's just so nice with them. Great back and if you're on the fence about finding a vet for you while I'll tell you Doctor Bob and his staff are excellent people

We established care with this vet, and the doctor was excellent. At that time they didn’t schedule a follow up for my puppy. I called today and spoke to a rude young girl. I asked to get a follow up appt for my puppy (apparently the shots should have been done yesterday) and she told me “you should’ve thought of this yesterday” and wasn’t willing to get me in until the end of July! And told me I should find a new vet that will give my puppy shots sooner! Her attitude was absolutely uncalled for!!! Shame on you!!

Everyone should come and visit this place. The work they are doing is simply moving. Visit the kitties! Better yet: adopt one! But at least come by and visit! Such nice people. Thank you!

Dr. Mollica is awesome. He's been around a while and has seen enough to really know how to help. They don't push a whole bunch of unnecessary procedures on you, just give you your options and let you decide what's best for you and your pet.Dr. Mollica can be a little deadpan/sassy, but I like it.

I have a reactive dog with anxiety issues and the staff is always gentle and understanding with our dog. Because of this, he is becoming calmer during his visits. The staff always remembers him and comments on how great he is doing, which is a nice touch.

Staff was so kind. Worked with my budget to get surgery done on one dog and treatment for severe ear infection for my other dog. Really liked Dr. M . They will ask u to hold your own animal during shots, ear cleanings. Overall they rock

Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Wonderful with the nervous patients but sometimes a little slow getting back to you with test results or questions. They're just busy, I guess.

I tend to be very particular for my fur babies, and anyone who knows me knows my pets are royalty! I have had two dogs spayed through them and both my dogs came out beautifully with little to no pain the next day.I had one dog that had a neurological issue and with almost any other vet they would have had her put down. Dr. Bob let me explore countless options and therapies for her. He even stayed after hours on a Friday to help me one day with my Sandy dog.When I had an intence leg surgery I was able call up and ask for a few days of boarding last min because I couldn't care for my dog the way she needed. They helped me out right away. My dog was loved, pet, played with and they even made sure her bed was washed fresh before i picked her up.This is a vets office that you're more then a number and they treat you and your pet right!

I love taking my animals here, Dr. Bob is very good with them. He is also very good with children, he took the time to explain things to my niece and nephew so they could understand what was going on and what he was doing to help my dog feel better

We are full time RVer's and our mini dachshunds needed their yearly vaccinations. I called for an appointment and the receptionist was very personable and offered me an appt at the time I wanted. Took them to their appt and Dr. Mollica was very friendly and treated our dogs wonderfully. The assistant was very friendly and loved on the dogs asif they were her own. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone who needs veterinary services to call this animal hospital. Theywere wonderful.

The place was clean and the people were nice the vet jokes around the hole time he sees your aniamal they keep your records up dated for all your animalsThey also have a kennel for overnights. They are located off route 66 that makes it very convenient check them out its kind of like a dr you need the right fit for you

Incredible vet and the people who work there are kind and compassionate about animals. October 30th my beloved bassett Winnie died in my arms while we were racing to see what we could do.pulling off in Randolph not knowing the Vet or the people who works there. They came out to my open car door and gently took Winnies limp body from me. My husband passed 2 weeks to the day earlier . I made sounds of pain I'd never hurt before. I was angry and acting crazy and they were kind , caring, and directly a gift from both my loved ones.That day and those people at Randolph animal hospital became my family. Queen is my new bassety puppy and will always be going to see Dr. Malika and his great animal hospital .

I did not have a good experience boarding my dog here over Thanksgiving. I asked them to walk her 2-3 times/day so she wouldn't pee on her bed & roll in her own urine; they didn't walk her because "we're on a busy road, we don't have the space to walk them" (that's why you walk her on a leash!!!). I also had to get on the road for a 7 hr drive, so I asked if I could pick her up at 4pm instead of 5 because I needed to get on the road. They actually had said "you can't just sit around an extra hour and have some more turkey?" - are you freakin' joking me? THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST, IDIOT! ... I will never bring my dog here again!

The vets at this place are amazing as well as the staff... I have been taking my animals here for years and they do everything they can to make sure your pets are taken care of.. I can't say enough about them..

The boarding services are the least expensive in the area and the staff is nice. However, the kennels are very small and the dogs don't have a place to run and play.
