I wouldn't even give it a 1 star if I didn't have to, you can't get around with a cart due to the amount of boxes in the way, every time I've gone in the manager is standing around talking to people and not paying attention to customers! This store needs New Management!

I stopped at the Dollar General in Randolph. VT today, 1/8/23. I took the item to the checkout counter, where there was no one and only a sign directing me to push a button (which I could not find). I just left the item on the counter & walked out. Some customer service! Guess I won't be buying anything from Dollar General again!

Horrible, can't navigate isles due to boxes and totes blocking isles. Poor customer service, shelf were pretty bare because all the boxes just sitting in isles on the floor. Hard to navigate with or without a cart.

I try to shop there on a fairly consistent basis. For the last 6 months I will find myself running in here to find the essentials and I end up leaving just as empty handed as the shelves. There is never any product on the shelves, the staff seems disinterested when you come in and act like you're bothering them by having them cash you out. I end up paying more for same items next store because most of the time I go in to this location it's never there and at Shaw's they can at least treat me like they want me there

I used to love coming in this store, but now they're understaffed and shelves are wiped clean. Hard to navigate a shopping cart with all the the totes and boxes they have near the back of the store. When 2 workers are in the front training the new guy and no one is able to stock the shelves, it shows.

You have registers use them. The only one open was self checkout nobody paying any attention to the long line of customers not to mention that the self checkout wouldn't accept any cash..

Tried to visit yesterday. Google says it's within business hours, but when I arrive, large banner on the door (looks like it was written by a Kindergartener) states "Store Close". Disappointing and unprofessional from a national chain.

Some of the staff are friendly and helpful some tend to seem irritated. They usually have what I need but as corporate orders and not the store they sometimes are lacking items

Only thing negative was toilet needed to be cleaned. Associates were awesome , store clean. They were taking care of their truck. You could still walk up ilze .

The store in Randolph Vt has gone so down hill so bad in the last few months shelves are bare carts of merchandise still in rows all wrapped up.Manager outside smoking cigarettes one clerk managing a register, it has gone from a 10 to a 0 within a few months, they need help like now. 10 .23.2020

Store is always dirty, aisles are overflowing with boxes and employees are outside smoking cigarettes by the door. Cant get what you go in for so dont waste your time

Pretty decent place to go for cheap stuff you need, or may not lol they're sticklers about carding people for cigs. booz & stuff but it's standard procedure I suppose

When they are stocking shelves and just pile one case on the floor, its a tripping hazard. For instance they had a single case of soup just sitting on the floor.

Usually pretty busy place, but the prices on most things are low
