I would give 5 stars except there's 1 laddy there that follows me and constantly walks by the isles I'm in she doesn't even try to hide. I've never ever in my life stolen from this place or any other but because of my last name she doesn't think much of me and she doesn't know me I don't like it when business allow employees to that. So depending on who you are or how u look you might be treated like a criminal while shopping there

We've been coming here for years now, and I'm always so impressed with the staff. They're helpful, without hovering, knowledgeable about whatever it is I'm looking for and friendly. It's unusual to find this level of proficiency and makes a huge difference. Thanks & keep up the good work!

I called and described my 6x12 closed trailer as I needed compost for the garden. They calculated 6 yards (good calculation) so I got the first yard, which took the employee 20 minutes to shovel in, as their front loader bucket was too wide for the trailer opening . Then he said we will charge $100 for shoveling the next load….I can get the next 5 loads delivered from another local vendor for that cost. I was going to tip him, but a $500 loading fee is nuts…

These folks are incredibly helpful! They've been my go-to hardware store for everything, from garden to woodworking to paint and even boating supplies. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and they always make me glad I came. And it's all locally owned and run! Seriously, this place is my favorite store, hands down.

A couple of weeks ago I went down on a Sunday and it was 1/2 before closing time and the sign on the door Closed!!Just went down today Saturday August 5 at 1:30 and Again a sign on the front door CLOSED. People work during the week and Need the local hardware store OPEN on weekends. Went to the website and it says Open till 4:00pm ??? NOT!! If you can’t keep the store open on weekends “Please” sell it to someone who can!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They had what I was looking for in stock. Easy to find. Great location. They also have 7 other stores so if you need to return something, you can bring it to a store nearby if you can't get back to Randolph. Reasonable prices. Ample parking.

In 2018 I bought a house in Randolph and started renovating it. I can't begin to tell you how helpful these folks have been. The are knowledgeable and work hard to help you get the job done. Truly everything one could ask for in a local hardware store!

Great local hardware store. they have a little bit of everything. It would be nice if they could expand their selection. Maybe some additional trim boards/molding maybe a bigger supply of paint. But all in all a pretty good solution for most local quick fixes.

I just bought a house and I go into Central Supplies at least once or twice a week. The staff is incredibly nice and are happy to walk through the aisles with me as I gather the items on my list one by one. This is the total opposite from my experiences in the large retail home improvement stores. I usually have to wander around aimlessly for 30 minutes before I find someone, and even then, they don't know the answers to my questions. The staff at Central Supplies are very knowledgeable and will help you find what you need to complete your project!

Third and final bad experience at this place. First, they under filled my 100 lb propane tank by about 30 lbs. Second, they charged me almost 12 dollars for their 80lb bags of Mortar type-N mix, when they're normally, and supposed to be, priced around 6 dollars a bag. I even took the cashier to the drive thru area to show them exactly which type of mortar I was purchasing. I don't know what they charged me for, but they didn't budge despite the fact I informed them of the proper price. But I needed the mix and chalked it up to the ever-increasing cost of doing business. Went in this morning and was charged 6 dollars per bag, and upon explaining the prior over charge to the cashier (and generally already being frustrated that they wouldn't fill my 100 lb'er of LP because I couldnt drive out of there with it "upright") the cashier told me I "didn't have to be such a jerk" on my way out; I'm assuming he thought I was out of hearing distance. I'm far from a pain in the rear end as a customer as I too run small businesses. So, there really is no excuse for this type of incompetence and rudeness. Between that and their absurdly expensive lumber, and many other products, I highly recommend you stear clear of this establishment. I'm open to the owner or manager making it right for me, and if he does I'd be happy to update this review. A business that takes cares of its customers and 'rights' the 'wrongs', is worth the premium of the more expensive products and materials that you'll find at this place, but so far haven't done so, not yet anyway.
