One of the worst tack shops in terms of both service, supplies, and convenience. To be honest I stopped coming here three years ago because they never had what I needed and the service is terrible, so maybe things have changed. I guess it’s most annoying to live 15 minutes from this tack shop and have to go to southern NH, Mass, or play guessing games in the internet to get what I need. I even have to go to souther NH etc. just to consign saddles if I want them actually sold. I hope someday they are able to improve or expand and offer something for everyone but based on the demographics here I doubt it.

Went in for boots and pants. Was not greeted although staff were visible. After shopping on my own for a bit, someone did ask if they could help me find something. She said she would be right with me to grab me some boots. Totally fine as she was helping other customers. After a bit I looked around and there was one customer left. Both employees were helping her. I had my 2 year old with me and did my best to keep him busy. After he started to get impatient, still no follow up from the staff. I finally had to let them know that I would need to come back. I obviously wasn't heard even though I purposefully approached. I want to support my local shop, but this kind of service leaves me no other choice than to shop online. Super disappointed.

I went to the Grand Opening and had a wonderful experience there. I was looking for a bit, a new saddle, and a few other things, and the staff there were incredibly helpful. There was also a Wintec representative there who was marvelous. I accidentally left my credit card there and they called me before I even realized it was missing! Plus they have a large consignment area upstairs where there a great bargains, and they have an excellent rate of 80/20 in favor of the seller, which is very generous. The building is very nice, too. Highly recommend this shop.

Good selection of tack and other items. Consignment items are priced right. Only issue we had was the service was kind of meh. My wife ordered a pretty expensive item (saddle) and picked it up there. She was treated like she bought a pack of gum from the local 7-11. Not even a thanks for your business. Poor service alone is enough for us to look elsewhere for similar items.

Very friendly customer service, a wide verity of items at a very good cost, and the upstairs consignment is a steal! Some things upstairs I just HAD to get because I know when I need it, I won’t be able to beat their price! A huge selection of winter/rugs/fly sheets/etc;. Boots ( for both humans and horses ), pads, polos, fly mask, saddles, breeches/jodhpurs, show jackets, shirts...whatever you can name! I really highly recommend stopping in, once you check it out, it will be hard to leave! :)

Extremely disappointed in this company. I try to order from a VT company but it's been 3 weeks since we have ordered the Cavallo boots. Three calls later and no one calling us back after promising to do so, I'm wishing I had used Amazon. I would have had them in 2 days and paid no shipping. On top of that customer service acted slightly annoyed at me. Yeah, not a great experience in this day and age with so many companies to order from.

I bought a helmet from Strafford Saddlery last summer. Lindsay Sweeney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; she showed me different helmet/liner combinations for the One K Defender I was interested in, resulting in a perfect fit. Great helmet, too.
