They carry Amish of Ohio furniture pieces and also have a Vermont gift shop as well with cheeses, maple syrup, candles and more. Staff is warm and friendly.

What an amazing experience if you want USA made products that are good products and the owner Howard takes the time to listen to your needs and will walk you through the process of getting the furniture that works for you. You will get your item in days or maybe a few weeks but you will have exactly what you want. The price is comparable to the price of the foreign junk. You don't pay until your happy. I am very pleased to have a wonderful business like this in our area. Stop in and see for yourself the best people you will ever meet

Over the years the trees have grown such that the view from the barn is not that great; however, the drive to or from there is awesome!!And, of course, all the unique gifts you can view within the barn are just too much fun to miss.Do yourself a huge favor and get a pound of the Vermont cheddar. The creaminess and flavor is exquisite! Bring some crackers and treat yourself. 😋

The staff was very pleasant and stress free. They did not push is to but anything and we liked that. They're furniture is pretty expensive but it shows why in the world of materials and finished products. My family has purchased quality pieces here before which is why we visited. Though we didn't buy anything today, we will be coming back to look again.

Great place to do business with. We ordered our furniture in July and it was ready in about 3 weeks. Unfortunately we could not afford to pay it off at that time. The sales people are amazing and letting us kept making payments and they would hold it for us and deliver it when all paid off. It took us a while to completely pay it off but they delivered it in a day and a half of pay off. And the delivery guys were very professional and had an amazing attention to detail and sent up our furniture and didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied of location and how to use our furniture. Overall I completely recommend this company and we will be back for more. Thank you pownal furniture barn and all your employees.

Well after vacationing to Vermont for about 15 years from NJ and then moving and living here for 17, I finally stopped in. I am kicking myself in the butt because this place is so amazing, I could have done 90% of my bday and holiday shopping here. They have a new gift shop area with things i have never seen before. Beautiful rugs, tables couches and mattresses. Some of it is pricey but it's amazing quality and you get what you pay for. The Amish makes the furniture and its gorgeous. Def worth the visit and I will def be going back. They have food, jams and pet stuff too.

My husband received a new recliner as a gift from our daughter and son-in-law as a Christmas/60th anniversary present. It was purchased at the Pownal View Barn and we wanted to share with everyone that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Howard spent a lot of time with us, was very helpful and knowledgable and the USA made chair is extremely comfortable and well-built.
