Yesterday I ate on the pier. The food was good and service was greatly improved from when I had been under the previous owner. The issue came when I ordered takeout muscles to bring home to my Significant Other. First they put them in a plastic container that leaked because it had holes in it, then they took them back and put them in a paper container lined with tinfoil. Finally I got them to put it in a plastic container without holes. They however didn’t put any extra sauce in them after leaking it everywhere. The muscles I brought home were practically inedible as they had absolutely no liquid in them at all & they started to dry up on the ride home. Definitely don’t recommend takeout from this place, they didn’t even have a soup container to put them in, they used clam shell ones.

A fine spot on the water in North Hero. First time diner at this gem. I had the Honduran pulled pork sandwich with Mac & cheese french frys and a pickle with a rum and diet cola. Louise our waitress was terrific. It was a little chilly, but we are Northeners so we enjoyed the experience.

Great location that deserves a better quality of food. Went out to dinner with my family and sat down to a wonderful waitress who was kind and very attentive. Atmosphere is wonderful especially on a nice day when curtains are open. Several items on an already limited menu were unavailable half way through a holiday weekend. We ordered some simple Jamaican jerk wings that were so overdone some were burst open and crispy through and through. Food seems like it's frozen premade in a lot of cases. Needs a creative chef desperately.

Well, we’re local folks and thought we deserved a night out. First off we we’re elbowed out of sitting at the bar from some NJ “lady”. Okay, we sat at a high top. Our waitress was great as was the hostess. That’s why a 2 star. Our food finally came after everyone else around us was served. It was stone cold. We left hungry. They tried to give us a gift card but we declined. Not a good start for us, doubt we’ll be back. We had good reports but not from us….

We ordered chicken tacos, which were nothing more than shredded dark meat on a bit of lettuce and tomatoes with potato chips on the side no less some thing I wouldn’t even give to my dog!! it took us almost an hour of waiting in the sun for food that was not edible and then a $66 charge to boot. The fact that people don’t seem to care what they ingest is mine blowing to me!! And what’s funny is that this place gets four out of five stars.

Such a treat. Live music Wednesday night. Awesome view. Great cocktails. The fish tacos were top notch. I was going to order them again the second night but glad I tried a chicken and a brisket taco instead, they were better than top notch . Full of flavor and freshness. Cocktails were great, big size. My husband order the key lime pie both nights.

View and atmosphere were great as always, food was good, service was terrible. I understand businesses lacking employees but there was plenty of waitstaff. Hopefully it was just our waiter. Waited 20 minutes to have our order taken and finally had to go to the bar to pay the bill because the waiter never came back after 25 minutes - and they weren't that busy. Would go down the road to Bravo Zulu for better service, more space and more beach to chill on afterward.

Solid lunch spot! You can pull right up on your boat and grab lunch with the family; with access to the restaurant and bar menu. Really nice views, great atmosphere, friendly staff, etc. etc. All good all around, we'll be back!

Food: mediocre. We each tried different sandwiches, and all were pretty good (average). The smoked mac and cheese wasn’t edible - had mustard / mustard seeds in it.Service: mediocre. Wait staff was friendly. Brought some of our drinks, but we had to ask for remaining drinks, and then for BBQ sauce for the BBQ sandwich. Both times we had to get up and seek out the wait staff as they didn’t stop to check on the table.Atmosphere: cute outdoor patio with beautiful views of Lake Champlain. Wait staff did a thorough job wiping down tables and chairs with disinfectant in between guests. Music was a little too loud for conversation.

Location - 5 Stars. Food - 2 stars at best. I don’t think food items are cooked to order except French fries. Brisket, pulled pork, fish, Mac n cheese, all cold upon service. I don’t think the Cambro units are keeping the hot food items hot people! Must be preparing hot foods in main kitchen at the Inn and sending it down to the shore. You all should rethink how you prepare and serve the food. It needs to be served hot…. Maybe check/monitor your food temps? Service - OK…. But I guess we’re a captive audience because of the pristine location! We may or may not be back.

Beautiful views, but the patio is very noisy when full (you have to almost shout across the table to talk to someone) and the food was mediocre for the hefty price tag. Since there are so few restaurants on the islands, it may be worth it for folks wanting drinks and dine-in service.

We are currently at the pier bar and a torrential rain hit us and the staff were amazing. They promptly brought all the tables and chairs in and re sat everyone. They worked as a team and the music started back up. The tuna steak and lobster roll were fantastic too.

While the service and everything is good I only have one complaint. $32 for a lobster roll is a ridiculous price. Just about anywhere you go the are under $20. Ridiculous. Two lobster rolls $64 for lobster in a small hotdog bun.
