I get all my vehicle maintenance done at Perras Auto, for both personal and business. I've set all my kids up at this place, and use tire changes and inspections as teaching moments by allowing my teens to handle their appointments themselves. I feel comfortable doing that because I trust the owners and staff at Perras and know they're going to take care of my kids as if they were their own, not try to take advantage or sell them things they don't need. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Perra’s does great work. I don’t pretend to be an expert, but the work has always been consistent and the communication is very reassuring. I’ve brought my last three cars there.Shout out to the office staff (Heather and Catina) for always taking care of me and putting in the time to figure out the best solution.

Great place to have tire work done! They took responsibility for something that had gone minorly wrong and didn't charge me for fixing the issue. Honest, locak folks - highly recommended!

There is a clear scheduling process, the work is reliably performed in the estimated timeframe, there is a clean and adequate waiting area (pet-friendly), pricing is fair and on-par with other shops. Friendly, honest & dependable!

BEWARE! My wife brought her car in to get her oil changed. First of all, they charged her 5 bucks to top off her windshield washer fluid. She didn't ask for it. They didn't offer to take it off the bill and the girl just said she would put a note in the file to hold off in the future. She then handed her an estimate for a a broken passenger side front spring. I had the car checked out by a reputable shop I use. He went over the car top to bottom. There wasn't anything wrong with the car in the front end. I believe they were taking advantage of my wife. I don't recommend this place one bit. The old owners were trustworthy. These, not so much.

These guys are very dishonest. Brought a newer forester in for an inspection. I asked if they had the proper bolts to install my front license plate. They used wood screws and screwed right though my front bumper. Then told me I should thank them for it. A week later I was in the Subaru dealer for a bad wheel bearing and I was told my CV boot had been sliced open somehow.

First of all, people don't respect the mask mandate which puts everyone in danger. Why would I want someone touching and breathing in my car and get me sick? Second - the car I brought in is in impecable condition but they love to "find" problems so they can charge you more for doing nothing. Don't go there. Save yourself time and money and bring your car to a decent place.

I was in town for a month, escaping apartment living and had a weird string of car issues. Everyone I dealt with at Perras was friendly, professional and great. They even went out of their way to track down cheaper parts for me after I balked at the price tag on a fix that was, btw, completely the result of user error. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. I was stuck in freezing weather with a dead battery and these guys came to the rescue and didn’t ask for a dime! Nice people and quick and easy service. Highly recommend.

I had Heath replace a failing wheel bearing on my RV trailer in the spring and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. After a second bearing failed on the road and was in a shop for a month, I just had him replace the last two bearings. He did that, then adjusted all 4 brakes and inspected the trailer. They noted my truck was due as well and inspected that too. So they not only did was asked, but what was needed.

I brought in my car that was making a awful vibration sound and they told me it was a resonator pipe. Payed 388 for the fix yet car is still making same noise it was before fix. The are hard of hearing cause now might need new car any way. Having another garage look at it.

Wife took vehicle to see if a simple request could be fulfilled. She was told she would have to pay 300.00 more than necessary, as moving the vehicle would "harm it" without a specific part. Verification with numerous other mechanics says it was a LIE. Ladies, be careful...these are financial vultures.***Edited version: THEY TRIED TO CHARGE FOR AN ESTIMATE. Then, we were told they tried to charge a BRAND NEW battery overnight (NOT GIVEN THE OKAY TO DO SO), it is now SHOT completely. The battery wasn't even USED! So now we're paying 200.00 for another battery. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS!***
