PAL’s saved me yesterday! My dog Ruby has severe allergies to chicken and a couple other things, so finding food locally for her is basically impossible. I had ordered dog food through Amazon almost 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t come, it keeps getting delayed. I was panicking because I had run out of the homemade food I had for her.I was without a car and stuck at work until 9 pm . I called PAL’s to see if they could help. I remembered seeing they delivered. Even though I didn’t technically meet the delivery criteria, they didn’t even hesitate to help! I had her food by 3:30 pm! He even threw in a treat for her! They clearly care about animals and their customers. They now have a customer for life! Thanks again pal’s! You saved the day!

I contacted Pal's Pet Store to see if they carried cat trees. They did not, however, they were able to order one for me! They went through all the details with me like what size and price range I was looking for and found the perfect one! I will continue to shop there for sure! Thank you so much!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff! I have a new kitty and they listened to me and advised me on how to make her more comfortable at home! She is starting to warm up because of the advise they gave 😊

Not open at 10:30 when they were supposed to be I wasted my Trip there. It says 10:30 AM on the hours for Saturday
