I've been using Sit Pretty for about 6 months after having troubles booking self service washes at pet stores Saturdays. They are very friendly, easy to book an appointment, good parking and convenient location. The self-service wash is great. Very clean with steel locking tubs and good pressure water spray. They provide towels, aprons, shampoo, grooming tools and treats. There is an easy way to get into the self-service area from the main entrance in case your pup is socially challenged. Great price and great service!

The staff at Sit Pretty are incredible — they consistently take such good care of my dog. My dog is unbearable when it comes to clipping her nails at home, but she hops right up on the table for the staff! We highly recommend Sit Pretty!

Did the new self groom for $15 per 20-min slot. Ended up paying $45 for an hour and a half (it took me 1 hr to blow dry my doodle). They provided shampoo and conditioner, apron, brushes, treats, towels, cologne, and leash loops on the floor and in the tub. There was also a big dryer with multiple attachments. They were friendly and showed me how to use everything.

They did SO great with our babes! One is close to being completely blind. They took such great care of her and talked with her through the entire process. The other one was super nervous, but they had patience with him. Thank you so much for being so kind and for taking care of our babies ❤️

Amazing, compassionate service. Detailed and affordable. Owners are so sweet and love dogs—were so gentle and understanding with ours. My partner’s pup had come here for years and I was hesitant to bring our golden to a groomer because she’s fearful and excitable at the same time, plus nervous that it wouldn’t be worth it…well she did awesome and she looks amazing. Grateful to have a reliable place to go to where I know she’ll be well taken care of…and less golden hair all over every inch of our house. Love it here!

The team here does a great job! Our pup has had a terrible experience getting nails trimmed both at home and at other groomers — but was a total breeze at Sit Pretty! Something about their technique & demeanor (and probably awesome treats) made for a great stress-free experience for our pup. And her nails look amazing! We won’t go anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing job taking care of a matted husky that has a history of disliking being brushed. They were professional and caring of my pupper and now my long haired (wooly) Siberian husky looks amazing and is so much more comfortable in the summer!

I don’t have to worry about his care when dropping him off because I know he’s in great hands. First the price is 2 times higher than tractor supply. Which is where I usually go. Plus it was so dirty. Not cleaned after the last use. Even the brush which they only had 1 kind to use was full of other dog hair. The 2 stars was for the polite service at the cashier.

Drove over an hour to bring my dog to sit pretty and it was well worth it. Other groomers felt that our dog (Samoyed) needed to be shaved down completely and that he was unable to have anything done with him. We started to look else where and came across sit pretty! Abby was so welcoming during drop off and was excited to show me how handsome our dog looked after his visit! We booked our next appointment and can not wait to come back!

We took our 6 year old Great Pyrenees to Sit Pretty for the first time this week. He's big (180lbs), stubborn and is reluctant (refuses) to get on a grooming table. We expressed our concerns to Sit Pretty when we made the appointment and were told "No problem". We were blown away, not only did they do an excellent job, they did so quickly and for a fair price, but the best part was how low stress they made it for our dog. Any other times we've gotten him groomed he's been returned to us stressed, stiff and exhausted, not this time! He wasn't anxious or stressed, he didn't need help into the car, he didn't go home and sleep for the rest of the night and no stiffness the next morning. We'll definitely be returning to Sit Pretty.

The ladies who own and run this grooming salon are two of the best groomers I've ever used. I've been using them both for a couple years now and am so glad to have followed them to their own salon. The location of the salon is so much less stressful getting the dogs to than their previously employed at place. We are always beyond pleased with their attention to detail, timelines, and most of all friendliness shown to both us and our (dogs) children. They are very reasonably priced especially for the value of the work they consistently provide grooming our two dogs. I highly recommend this salon and the grooming these ladies offer.

So SO happy I found these ladies. My pup needed her first grooming badly and I was a nervous puppy parent! From the minute we walked in the door Abby made us both feel so comfortable and by the time I went to pick Emmi Lou up it was so clear that she had a great time and felt very comfortable with them. My dog sheds a ton and we took him to Sit Pretty and they did a wonderful job with him. They are friendly and fit us in for an appointment really quickly. My pup is scared of the blow dryer and they were really sweet and gentle with him even though he had a little accident on the table. Brought my long-haired cat to see how he'd tolerate a grooming. These two groomers were unbelievably friendly and gentle, I felt immediately at ease leaving him in their care. They did a fantastic job trimming what bits of him they could and called me right away when he got too overstimulated to continue (normal for him). He did love having his ears cleaned! They were so compassionate when I picked him up, and even gave me some tips for me to try at home. A valiant attempt by two wonderful professionals!

Adeline and Abigail are AWESOME and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our three Australian Labradoodles, the Dudes, are a handful to groom and Abbi and Addi have done a beautiful job for the last couple of years, at both Sit Pretty and Petco. I am so impressed with their new grooming salon, filled with creativity and warmth. I make the trip from Charlotte monthly only because they offer a uniquely high level of care for me and my dogs. Amazing staff, hours, location and salon. I can't recommend them any higher. They took on "Henry", who is sweet, but doesn't like to be "touched". He came out happy and expertly groomed!
