I’ve worked with Ehrlich/LR pest for some years now. I’ve had help with a number of properties that were effected by roaches, bed bugs, ants, bees, bats, box alder bugs, and mice. The VT Ehrlich Pest Control is absolutely the best!! Mark who scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and helpful. When the employee who was scheduled to inspect our home was unable to come, Keith Chilcote stepped up to the plate. He delivered excellent service with a smile. I hate killing cute little mice and wanted desperately to prevent them from coming in. Although my husband said the entire basement was foam insulated and he didn't see where any mice could possibly come in, Keith found 5 holes and took care of the problem. Cody H. did a fine job. He came out on a squirrel problem call. Gave the house a thorough review and provided us with the information we needed to make it squirrel resistant. Also gave us good, cost effective advice on avoiding other pest problems - we live on a large wooded lot - esp. mice. He was very personable, professional & knowledgeable. the worst ever!!! They came out to assess a squirrel infestation, set 4 traps in my attic and told me that the full service would cost 600.00 but was guaranteed. They never returned to follow up and still sent me a bill for $600.00. I called them and spoke with a woman from Ehrlich who said she would remove the bill from the system. 4 months later I get a bill from a collections agency! I called Ehrlich who took my info and said someone would call me back but they didn't. Beware the customer service which will tell you whatever you need to hear and then try and screw you.Service: General wildlife removal

This is a top notch company. I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days, despite the high demand of their services.Steve arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about my issue and eased my anxiety. He also answered all my questions with sincerity. These guys offer fantastic service, they got rid of all our rats. We tried a few different methods and they would not work. But when these guys came they put in their traps and after about two weeks the rats stopped coming around. We have Brad as a tech and he is great, great service very polite and nice to work with.Highly recommend this company!!

Every time I have come across pest problem at a customers house while working on a project or anyone asking for a recommendation Ehrlich is my go to. I have had only good experiences with Lisa and Ryan.
