12/21/2023 at 11:30AM - Just so proper employees are noted/notified if they ever see this. I picked up photos (ordered online, processed within an hour for pickup) and a few other items. It was very busy. I got in line and dreaded the wait. There was an older woman at the cashier killing it - she was moving that line very quickly. She called over to her very busy coworker - possibly manager - a man probably in his 30s who had a great attitude. They were a lovely team. There was a little bit of banter between them not different to what I hear in my own workplace, which made me laugh a little. The man who came over was talking about how busy photos were today I'm assuming because of the holiday season, but was not being negative at all and was clearly working really hard to get things done while maintaining a positive attitude. When he came over to help on register he didn't get that poor posture or mood change you see people get at other places - he remained calm and collected, joking around with the woman. I see some terrible reviews here and a few of them mention a specific employee. Who I saw today was not that person and that's how much the right employees can make a difference. This may seem like a long post for a short interaction, but I was impressed because I'm not used to seeing this anymore.

I am writing about the intoxicated cashier who has been mentioned in other reviews. This guy doesn't give a whit about doing his job. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had. Also, I saw a shoplifter casually walk out with a shopping bag's worth of stuff without paying. The cashier did absolutely nothing to stop him.

I agree with the other reviewer, when I was there he was laughing and high. One time he was on his phone texting and one headphone in his ear. No greetings what so ever or saying anything. Walgreen isn't the same, you don't feel welcome or get help when needed.

empty shelves and sincerely very scared with the cashier. he was probably very high, laughing to himself (probably from the thing in his ear), and couldn’t explain to me how to redeem the Walgreens promotion from my app, didn’t say hi, bye, thank you, it was very weird

The staff is funny cool and nice. The manager Ken is super awesome. I go here with my baby everyday and they are so concerning and helpful. To me that's different being African American that's not the service I get going into stores.Only thing pharmacy is out of control.

GARBAGE pharmacy. No one ever answers the phone, they take FOREVER to do anything, and rarely have the medication you need in stock. Why is it so difficult to keep medicine in stock for prescriptions patients use MONTHLY?!Also, fun fact: Walgreens (at least in Vermont) has gone to a call center for their pharmacy. The first person you wait for is the call center and then they will transfer you to the "distribution team". They transfer you to the dang store pharmacy you wanted to talk to in the first place! Terrible system. Change your prescriptions to a new pharmacy and don't waste your time!

The manager, Carma was absolutely delightful and helpful. She staid side-by-side to help me as I printed photos. she gave me advice and assisted me with assembling a letter. My envelope wasn't the right size gave me a proper one and all I needed to make it perfect. The best customer service experience I ever had In Walgreens.

Got a COVID test, and now 72 hours later I still haven't gotten my results and when I log into the patient portal it says my results haven't even been received in the lab even though shipping is supposed to be overnight. On top of that, every time I call the pharmacy I get 9000 different dial menus and am not able to talk to an actual person.

Every time I go in for a propane exchange the employees say they don’t know how to do it and argue about who will help me. It is really so simple to scan the card walk five feet put the key in and open the cage.

Time and again they have come through with last minute photo gifts with amazing coupon deals and quality products. Today, “Kirk” answered when I called to follow up on a large photo book order and he was so kind, honest (because the product we ordered was a new product and the first time he had seen it), and timely even though he expressed wanting to take time to get this new product right. The books turned out absolutely fabulous despite our last minute planning. Well done and thank you!

The pharmacy here is an absolute mess. There's several decent people working back there that are overworked and underpaid. They have bizarre rules that when brought to other pharmacies I have no problems with. If you get out of there with a prescription filled, covered by insurance, and actually processed within an hour you are the lucky ones. There is one very grumpy lady there with brown hair small build. She always has an attitude and gives as little information to you as possible when your script is delayed for the 3rd time. Even my doctors celebrated when I switched to Kinney for my scripts because they hate having to work with the people at this particular walgreens. Get out while you can!

No results after 4 hours for <2 hour rapid covid test. Was on hold for an hour, with only 2 people ahead of me on hold. Then they apparently closed and didn't end the call so I sat on hold for another 30 minutes.I walked for 2.5 miles each way in 80 degree heat (didn't want to risk an uber driver exposure). What a waste.

Honestly the most useless store these days, wish they would take I down and build something useful. They're now open from 9 am to 6 pm and when they are open I usually have to leave because they usually refuse to put another person on the register and they never know what they're doing so unless you have a good hour to wait in line don't bother.

The pharmacy manager is absolutely useless. Less than useless. She failed to bill to the correct insurance, gave me attitude when I needed my prescription and tried to ring up two other items.I do not know where she got her PharmD, but I gather it was at the bottom of a Happy Meal. Absolutelty useless. Go into something else, you terrible woman.

Hands down the worse pharmacy in Vermont!!! The pharmacy tech. she is the worse, literally has no idea what she is doing! Waited 1hour for a script that was suppose to have already been processed to then have her tell me to call on the coupon for the script. I call and they state they need the pharmacy to call because they are the ones processing to insurance. The women rolls her eyes and walks away to then not come back....I drove away!!! Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge its scary they hire anyone now adays to take care of insurance and meds!!!DONT EVER GO HERE.......

The staff did an excellent job getting me my 1st COVID-19 vaccine. I know they have been under tremendous stress. I am grateful for the job they are doing to help all of us get through this problem.

I am disappointed to see the pharmacy is closed today. My son needs his medication. I don’t remember this pharmacy closing on Sundays. Being without your medicine can sometimes be a life or death situation. I’ll be moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy that is convenient.

The pharmacy is run by rude children after 5PM. It's unclear if they're of legal age to work given their behavior.EDIT: My suggestion? The Walgreens exec's should get off their lazy behinds and invest in training their employees.

Come here if you want to wait in line for 15 minutes and watch a cashier attempt to scan the same item over and over again. EVERY time I come in here to buy cigarettes it's a 10 plus minute wait with almost no one in line.

The pharmacy technician that work there need to be first trained on how talk to people and how to do their job some much mistake has been made every time I want to pick up medications I have to correct them every time so Impatient rude people I was putting up with them because I live close by, but at this point my family health and safety is more important than Convenience iam moving on to Kenny drugs

In regard to developing photos--like from a disposable camera--it takes a week because they have to send it to arizona. So if uo uh want to get the negatives back and be more sustainable, go to the place on dorset.

I was on hold with the pharmacy for a half hour and when it was my turn I got hung up on! So I tried again and there was 4 callers ahead of me! Why was I disconnected from them in the first place!!!

I always go to Walgreens for my cigarette cheapest place around aside from going to Winooski which is way out of my way. I usually go the one in Shelburne when in town where I live. And I also work at Kinney Drugs in Shelburne.

Conveniently located near the I-189 exit. Great parking. Large store with generous selection. Next to Shaw's and a well-stocked strip mall. Highly recommended!

I would use any other pharmacy. This one doesn't even have a working telephone number
