Chappell's Florist has always treated me well. Their prices, while a tad higher than what I've experienced elsewhere in Chittenden County, are still competitive, and are worth it for me to go back time and again. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and caring, and will definitely take the time to assist you, should you need it. Ordering arrangements online was painless, and pickup was a breeze. Even on Valentine's Day, one of their busiest days (if not the single busiest), the staff was extremely great to deal with. I do recommend going here for flowers.

We ordered the flowers for our mother's graveside service from Chappell's. They were very helpful and showed us a good selection of arrangements. The flowers arrived on time, were fresh and exactly like the photos we'd seen. The flowers lasted nearly three weeks, even the ones left graveside. We still have two blue hydrangeas in a vase almost a month old. Thank you Chappell's for a great job.

We've been getting flowers from Chappell's for years. They provide beautiful displays that last for such a long time. Their flowers are very fresh and the displays are artistic. When my husband surprised me with wedding flowers for our anniversary, they provided an amazing bouquets on short notice during the stay at home period. Fragrant and pretty flowers have the power to make any day better but particularly during this stay at home order. Thank you Chappell's!!

A bit pricey, but the flowers are always beautiful and I always have fun creating my own arrangements. However, the customer service could be better. The staff has never seemed very enthusiastic when I talk with them. I recently called to make an order and the woman I spoke with was very monotonous, and didn't sound particularly friendly. But like I said, they have a very beautiful selection of flowers.

I had ordered flowers for my daughters birthday from 2 different, very popular online florist. The first order was canceled as they called me and said they were “unable” to complete the arrangement I had chose. So I cancelled and found another florist online and reordered another bouquet. The morning of her birthday I received another call saying that they did not have the flowers for the arrangement I had chose. Frustrated and angry as I am now waiting for money back into my acct and out of time, I once again jump back online. Chappelles florist!!!! I called and with tears and frustration explained my dire situation. She listened and told me they were sending orders away as they were too busy to take any more orders. But... she took mine. They made my daughter a absolutely beautiful bouquet and had it delivered within hours. I Highly recommend Chappells Florist. Their customer service and product are very much deserving of your call 😊

Chappell’s did all the flowers for our wedding and I was truly blown away. Everything was so beautiful. I couldn't have asked for anything to be better. They designed our arch flowers on sight and I was blown away every time I looked at them. My bouquet made me feel like a queen and all the other bouquets were sweet, pretty, and exactly what I wanted. Living in Montana I did an online search in Burlington, VT for sending a floral bouquet. The prices were reasonable and comparable to other florists. The designer helped me pick out a lovely bouquet and even sent me a picture by e-mail which was certainly nice to see what she had prepared. They were totally professional and accommodating and I would highly recommend them. Great job !!!

Really great experience. On their site they weren’t able to do a same day delivery but I called and the woman was super friendly accommodating and easy to work with. They were able to get the flowers to the recipient within just a few hours of ordering, and the bouquet was exactly how I pictured it. Thank you!

I love this place! I would go every week if it wasn't for the price, but yu do pay for what you get.I am getting some today to brighten up my complex.Plenty of parking, but do call ahead for a reservation since they get super busy.

I ordered mother's day flowers for my mother, online, from Florida, on Friday evening. They arrived at my mother at my mother's about 12 hours later, exactly as ordered. We were surprised and delighted that they could do such a wonderful job in such a short amount of time. My mother is very happy, thanks to you. I will not hesitate to contact you again, when I need flowers delivered in the future.

On a Thursday afternoon in Tahoe, I was struggling for a couple of hours to find a way to deliver a gift to my mother-in-law in Shoreham whose birthday is this Sunday. None of the big names - 1-800-Flowers, Harry and David, Amazon, etc. - could deliver. Chappell's Florist took my order and delivered a day early! I also had a great experience when I called their shop the next day to get confirmation that they can push through with the delivery on time. Chappell's Florist saved the day for me! I really appreciate this store!

I have been volunteering at Chappell's for a few weeks now on a pet project of the owner which recycles donated flowers that, otherwise, might be just thrown away. We make arrangements out of them and bring them to nursing homes, libraries, etc. It is a wonderful project which brings delight to all those who receive the flowers.During the hours that I am at the florist volunteering, I have seen many arrangements made by the full-time designers that are such beautiful works of art. There just is no comparison!! They work so hard to make sure that every arrangement is fresh and exactly what the customer wants.

The product was very good. The customer service unfortunately was very poor. The recipient of the flowers was having issues with delivery. Sure that stuff can happen from time to time, that is understandable. The way one of the two ladies on the phone went about it was dreadful. I was talked down to like I was a child, when I was being more than cordial. Customer service tips: Instead of "Well I'm going to need the persons name otherwise how would I know who you are talking about?" Replace it with "Could I have the recipients name please?"I have lived out of state for about a year now. I was born and raised in Vermont and usually us Vermonters are a lot friendlier than this.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The worst place to go. Went in for a consultation on June 28th, 2016, For my daughters wedding in October 2016. Diane was helpful, and listened, or we thought she listened. My daughter wanted silk flowers for her bouquet. Diane emailed, my daughter a couple of weeks ago , asking my daughter to come in to look at the silk flowers. They were awful! My daughter explained to her again, that is not what she wanted. Diane then told my daughter that she was cheap. Diane had no record of a payment on file, or the pictures my daughter supplied to her on June 28th. My daughter then went back yesterday, with the wedding days away, to see what Diane had done. Diane then came out and told my daughter that there were such color for silk flowers and she had to spray paint a blue flower to make it look purple. My daughter was very upset. Again told Diane that is not what she wanted. Diane then told my daughter, to go AC Moore, and find flowers and spray paint them herself. My daughter asked for the money back, Diane complied. My daughter then said take it easy. And Diane's response was " yes that was easy"I would recommend that NO ONE USE THIS FLORIST!!!I can not even give it 1 star, because of the lack of respect, for what the bride wants, being called cheap, and being told to buy flowers from a different place, spray paint them.But to post this, I have to click on a star.

A joy to find a local florist with great service after a horrible experience attempting to order on line from a New Jersey call center purporting to be local in VT.Diane texted me a photo of a beautiful arrangement for my sick granddaughter and it was delivered within a couple of hours. Cheered the granddaughter — and me, too.Very thankful to know my forever Burlington flower source!
