I had such a fantastic time at this place yesterday. i bought two baby koi here while looking for a small kohaku (which i found!) and i just absolutely must say. amazing fish and amazing service. the young man that has been there for he said 6 months is just a amazing worker and a joy to talk to. couldnt recomend it more.

I ordered an add a sphere from this place and the online store begs people to call them to place the order. So I do. I place the order with the lady who answers the phone and she explains to me how I can venmo her the money. So I do. She says I’ll get an order confirmation within 24 hours. I do not. I called three days later and she apologizes and says she will get the order in right away. She does not. It has been 11 days and no word from the store or an order confirmation. I’m hoping it is just another mistake and so just didn’t get $260 bucks stolen from me.

We loved buying our koi here. There established pond has some incredibly beautiful koi in it.
