I scheduled an appointment at this vetco location to get my dog's rabies shots. I was running about 10 minutes late, so I called and asked if it was still possible to make it in. They told me I could if I arrived soon. I was almost there so that worked for me. Before bringing the dogs inside, I called again to be sure it wasn't too late. They said to bring them on in. As soon as we began walking inside, I saw the vet practically running to her car. She clearly saw us and knew who we were since we had just barely called. We still went inside and they said, "Oh, sorry. She just left." I understand if they need to leave, and it was me that was late... which is why I called to be sure. So, I rescheduled for the next available date 7 days later and made sure to set a later appointment to give myself extra time. Today is the appointment and I just get a text that says, "We are having to close our clinic early today. Are you able to come 2 hours early? If not, please reschedule" What?! It sounds like this business doesn't want any customers. I'll attempt to make it but I will never go to this location again. This vet is rejecting your customers and needs to be fired.

Horrible service. The one girl at the register (super nice and helpful) was left alone both times I've gone. I recommend pets n such. They're fantastic and FAR more helpful

As I came into your store there was a good size line the floors looked like they had been just mooped with no floor signs up anywhere but it smelled ok not the best but what can you say about pet store parking lot had good lightning and clean

One of my favorite Petcos to shop at. I will always find what I need, customer service is the best. This Petco makes sure the registers are staffed when there is a line.

Stopped in because I love fish. I was happy to see the fish in good health. No dead guys. They also have salt water fish. No invertebrates though. They have small rodents and birds too. Great store we'll maintained and managed.

They have a lot of great inventory. I found what i was looking for but didn't purchase anything because of the prices! I went in for pet carriers and they were twice as much as walmarts! I ended up purchasing pet carriers at deseret industries for a fraction of the cost.

Way too many dead animals.I went 4/20/24 and saw many dead fish. I went to buy feeder insects but could only find 3 or 4 actually living bugs. Many were very dead and stunk.

I would give it a 0 rating they have the worst customer service.. the lady told my daughter she was on break rather then sell fish an get money from it !!! Noone is here but my family waiting for someone

Petco should really look into this location… the animals looked sick and dying, the bird cage was really disgusting, the reptile tanks are filled with droppings and no one seems to care; I wouldn’t buy fish from here at all… not sure what changed in the last few months but the staff totally stopped caring for the animals and their customer service, the female employee there seemed annoyed when I asked for fish, I think her boyfriend was there too because he kept on following her everywhere and talking extremely inappropriately about other employees… I was uncomfortable the whole time, if I could rate this location a 0 I would…!!!

Very disappointed at the customer service came in to buy a fish at 6:30 and was told the fish section was closed we would have to come back at 9:00 AM. There were at least three employees in the store. The customer service was dismal and the store was a mess needless to say I won't be back.

Honestly I’ve never had a problem with this Petco but I bought some food for my cat and I looked at the expiration dates because I saw on my receipt that they were on sale. 4 out of 8 that I bought were expired. My issue is that the top 2 expired in June of 2022.

We do most of our shopping here. Their rewards program is significantly better than the competition. We completed two training programs here, and also do our grooming here. All around we are mostly satisfied, there's a be and let be attitude here which we appreciate to a point. However, when you need to find someone it can be difficult to get someone's attention and often that means classes get interrupted by shoppers looking for help as the training area is just a gated off portion of the store and not a dedicated area. People also like to stop and enjoy the puppies which can be very distracting for a nervous pup. The trainer is very knowledgeable and experienced which is helpful when you have a new pup.

Came in to get some bugs for my reptiles and I got greeted with “we close in ten minutes so do you know what you need so you can grab and it leave.”I will happily go to PetSmart instead or local pet stores if this is how you greet your customer as they walk in the door.I’ve given this locAtion multiple tries but between how the animal tanks look and how we were treated tonight I will pass.

KENZIE and team rock. I spent way more than intended but had a great time in the store. My pug got anal glands and nail trim and CHANTALEI did so great. My Mila was strutting her new red pedicure °° Other staff members were super helpful in fish department

Ive had my Yorkie for over 5 years and Kayla at this location gave him the best grooming hes had yet!! Ive never been let down in their grooming dept so shout out to Kayla and the grooming team!!

Stopped by the store to get a couple of goldfish around 2pm, it was very slow, maybe 1 or 2 other customers. We went straight to aquatics and were looking at fish, and no one came to ask if we needed help or anything, so I walked up to the register and asked if someone could assist us in aquatics. The associate paged someone, and we went back and waited. About 5-7 minutes later, an employee came out of the room next to the fish, completely ignored us, and walked away. We waited a few more minutes, and I went back to the register, and she made some excuse for the employee saying she had a new kitten and she would be right there. I said ok and went back and waited another 5-10 minutes. After that, we just walked out of the store, and no fish purchased. Terrible customer service!
