I have been going to Petco for many years, and I have been very satisfied with the results. I started in New York, and when I came to UTAH and I saw there were Petco here I called out and I got an appointment right away and Patty was the one that did my dog and she did a beautiful job and I’m very happy I won’t go anywhere else. Carrie was so sweet and kind with my dog! Her associate was also very informative on what services would be good for my dog. Carrie later informed me of the Petco app, as well, so that my grooming services can earn rewards! Both girls were amazing! My dog left very happy and giving kisses! He's feeling soft and looking handsome!

We have been taking our little baby Chewie here for years! Have always loved the communication we receive from all the staff. We are absolutely amazed by Carrie’s talents! We were a little nervous about switching him over to a new groomer as he was very comfortable with his last one. But Carrie has completely won him and us over! He is so attached to her and trusts her and every appointment we set up with her is up to par! She always meets our needs and addresses any concerns big or small which meant a great deal to us. Thank you Carrie for being our favorite groomer and Chewies !!! ❤️

Unfortunately, we have to find a new groomer. They cut our golden doodle’s ears pretty bad and he is still shaking his head trying to get rid of the pain after a week.They also decided that since he was one pound more than their “large dog pricing” they would charge us as an extra large dog. This is fair I suppose, but we have been loyal customers to them for over a year now and it seems a little out of line.They did a lot better when the head groomer took care of him but now they have some other groomer’s doing the job. He has slowly become more and more anxious to go and this last time was shaking from head to toe in fear of the groomers.

Around two years ago, I had an unfortunate experience with Petco grooming and the years have not dulled my anger in the slightest over this. My dog Oliver is a 50 lb. standard poodle who has never exhibited any aggression towards anyone ever. He was left wet in a cage for an insane period of six hours because the groomer claimed to feel unsafe with him. Just to be clear, I would have been more than happy to retrieve my dog at any time if the groomer felt unable to complete the task.After the initial two-hour time frame had passed, I began calling and asking about the progress they were making. I was reassured that everything was fine. Finally, after SIX HOURS, the groomer informed me that they were UNABLE TO FINISH the job. When I arrived Oliver was still wet and only partially trimmed. Oliver was so distressed over the experience that he urinated on himself upon seeing us and had his tail tucked deep between his legs.obviously, not all Petco groomers are responsible for my negative experience, but lack of remorse and shame from everyone there is an immediate disqualifier for me.

We had our standard poodle bathed and brushed and the groomer just worked up a calming relationship with him and told us that she and our dog had some good quality time together. He was a lot of brushing worth of poodle and he looked fabulous and plush when she was done. It took her a while, understandably, but she did an amazing loving job.

I have always had a great experience having my two dogs groomed at Petco. However, the groomer that was going to take care of them this time quit just a few days before. Not Petco's fault...but their next opening is over a month away. Of course, I will take my dogs there. And after having to bathe my dogs today...it is well worth the wait!

We have been bringing our dog to Petco for years, Sara is so amazing, she cares about each animal brought into the salon, she is careful and aware of the pets needs. My dog always looks so good when I pick him up. The text alerts are great!

Cindy always goes ABOVE and BEYOND when grooming our two dogs. She recognizes them the second we walk through the door and gives them plenty of love and makes sure they are comfortable prior to taking them back! Bear and Marley always look so fabulous when we pick them up all because Cindy takes her time in making sure the job is well done! The salon is always clean and everyone is very friendly and professional! I recommend Petco grooming, especially Cindy, to all dog owners!

I’ve been here to get my young Jack Russell groomed once, and I’ll be coming back. My dog is a bit high-strung, but Eden was very patient and thorough with him.I’m most impressed with their customer service, however. I booked a basic groom package for my dog online, but something came up so I asked my sister to drop him off thinking that there wouldn’t be a problem since everything was taken care of through the booking portal. At some point in the exchange, there was a miscommunication between my sister and the staff about an add-on package, and my sister agreed to it not realizing that Eden was offering an upgrade rather than confirming the service I had already booked. When I went in to talk with the staff about this charge, they apologized and refunded me, then added a note to our account to only do the basic package.They were very professional and apologetic. I wasn’t present for the conversation between my sister and the groomer, so I don’t know whose fault this was really, but they could easily have said that it wasn’t their responsibility that she agreed to an up charge.Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I think that they care about their customers (both human and canine).

My experience with them has been nothing less than top notch. They always go above and beyond and have even given me helpful tips for my dog. They are super friendly, helpful, and professional as well. They are also reasonably priced and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The Petco Groomers are always willing to help my anxious dog feel more calm. I can just walk in without an appointment and they still take care of her nails without any waiting. They truly care for your pet.

Emily did a great job but Cinder's tail was cut way too short. In her defense, I wasn't specific about the tail. I asked her to make a note on Cinder's file for next time. Cinder will be back to see Emily in about 8 weeks. :)

The groomers there were very nice and very informative. I think they did a great job, especially for my dog's first visit to the groomers and he was probably being difficult.
