I seriously love this pet store. They had great prices on feeders and it's the only place I'll go because they're so friendly! The workers are all so nice and the owner is very kind. Everything is priced fair and they have just about everything your pet would need. Their animals are also very healthy, I'm pretty pleased with the snails I picked up today

Loved this place, would be a 5... However, the physical location is no longer open. They only take online orders, and you have to pick them up at certain times on Wednesday and Friday. This is kind of inconvenient due to the fact that sometimes your snake is hungry on Sunday, but you have to wait until late Wednesday afternoon to get it due to only being able to order online and pick up only 2 days out of the week. That being said, they are very nice. They messed up my online order but made it right immediately and even delivered it to me because they felt so bad. So great customer service for sure !

I have lived in Spanish Fork 8 years.In all that time I visited Nemo (PREVIOUS NAME) once (ugh)
IT HAS NOW CHANGED HANDS and is SUPER.Great friendly service,store nice and clean. All fish look happy and healthy. Nice stock of supplies too.
If you have not been in since it changed hands- GO, you will love it.
PRICES  are great too.

My favorite pet store in Utah County by a mile. A huge selection of animals! (Snakes, hamsters, birds, everything from cute to exotic). Super nice staff who seem to really know their stuff. My wife and I drive all the way from Orem just to get our feeders. The new owners have absolutely made this place into a top notch establishment.

It's nice to see an exotic pet store with employees dedicated to the love and care of the animals. Every time we have gone in staff have gone above and beyond with helping me find the right food, supplies, and set up needs for my animals. The staff there are incredibly friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend them to everyone with any exotic pet for your needs.

It’s a cute little store with I think a lot of potential. The aquarium tanks were very dirty though. I cringe that they sell Axolotyl’s here without proper knowledge of how to take care of them. The tank was so dirty and the Gil’s were shriveled up. The tank is not cycled at all for an Axolotyl and it looks like it has fungus as well. I hope the owner will do some research into keeping a healthy Axolotyl and share the knowledge with customers. The size of the tank that he’s in they could treat it like “tubbing” it and do 100% water changes every day with seachem prime and this Axolotyl would do so much better. Besides that they had a lot of reptile options and cute ferrets. Like I said I think this store has a lot of potential especially if they get familiar with how to take care of an Axolotyl.Edited review to 1 star due to the owner response. Please reach out to a local reputable breeder there are plenty here in the county if you are looking for Axolotyl. If the axolotyl gills are not “fluffy” they are sick due to water parameters from a either not cycled tank or a crashed cycle tank.

Fantastic pet shop! To me, a great pet store is defined by 3 things: 1) clean and well cared for animals 2) friendly employees who care about animals 3) variety of animals and pricing. Prime has it all! New owner as of April, and she is amazing. Really enjoyed visiting with her. Made we want to get back into reptiles, and when I do I am buying from Prime.

Wow! I was so impressed with my visit today. I can’t remember the workers name, but she was the nicest and had short red hair. So knowledgeable with the fish and reptiles and the other animals and answered my millions of questions without making me feel dumb. I can tell she really really loved the animals which always makes me feel better supporting a place. I came in early in the day when she was feeding the animals and she was so kind and personable with every single one. The fish were BEAUTIFUL! And well taken care of. I NEVER leave reviews, but I was just so impressed today! Will be coming back to get my aquarium set up with some of the most beautiful and well taken care of fish I’ve ever seen! P.S. I also brought a toddler and baby who were being a little whiny and the worker was still very patient with me.

First time coming to this shop, and we were immediately welcomed by the new owners who introduced themselves to us and showed us around the whole shop. They answered every single animal question we had, and my kids were in Heaven! All the employees were so knowledgeable, and it’s apparent they have a passion for their animals. The shop was really clean, especially the fish tanks- where we spent most of our time. They had a big selection of freshwater fish at more than fair pricing. They definitely helped me to decide I was ready to try my fish tank again! We will definitely be back!!

They saved my rescue! I found a beautiful calico cat during the winter and kept her in my home to stay warm while trying to find her home. Nobody claimed her for months of trying. There was no chip either. She became pregnant and I had already had two cats of my own so I couldn't take on a mama and litter and searched desperately for help. This pet shop took her in and have nursed her and her amazing litter! They are so kind and loving and helped me with this transition as well by sending photos and letting me visit. This was so hard for me because of how much I fell in love with Katniss but they have made it so much better. They are truly animal lovers and great people! Please support them because they support the community without you even knowing it. Love love love this place!!!

Average pet store. They have live and frozen feeder mice, insects, lots of reptiles and snakes, fish and occasionally furry pets like rabbits, kittens, and other rodents. The staff is really nice and helpful even when the store is busy.I've knocked off a star because while their husbandry is better than big chain stores, I've noticed issues here and there. Overall, good store, nice and central in Spanish Fork, good variety of animals and supplies.

The store looked and smelled disgusting. I specifically saw kittens in small cages with litter boxes that were very neglected. There was animal feces of some sort, on the floor under other cages next to them as well. The place and animals just appeared pretty neglected.

A great small pet store! The fish tanks looked so amazing and clean and well taken care of. Reptiles looked great to! Staff was really friendly and welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable. Also the cute cockatoo at the front desk was a plus.

I am BEYOND happy and impressed with the new management. A few years ago I went in and discovered several examples of mistreatment and animal abuse. The entire place was gross.But now, it's a beautifully kept store, where the animals are happy, clean and thriving. The employees are incredibly kind, and their selections are good.

I was surprised by the pricing! Great price on great pets. They have a large variety of cool pets you won’t find in your typical pet store. The animals are held often and are used to people. The place was clean and well-organized. Customer service was on point. I’d highly recommend for those looking for pets or any pet supplies!

This is by far my favorite reptile shop in Utah County. Very reasonable prices. Cheap feeder mice which are in great condition for my snakes to enjoy their dinner. Very friendly staff. My only input would be maybe having more than 1 person working at at time. When gets busy kind of hard for 1 person to keep up with all the customers. Especially when someone comes in for fish. Other than that is a amazing pet shop!

This is my new favorite pet store! The owners are so kind and welcoming, willing to answer all my questions and clearly share a passion for animals. As someone who’s worked for a pet store in the past, I can see how much care, work and love go into this store.They have a huge variety of animals, reptiles, birds, fish, amphibians, rodents, you name it! Definitely leaps and bounds above anything you’ll see in a big box pet store.Keep in mind they take in rescues and donations so if you see a rough looking animal, don’t automatically assume it’s their fault. They’re likely nursing it back to health so it can go to a good home!Couldn’t recommend enough, please support your local businesses so gems like Prime Pets stay around for a long time!

This is an amazing pet store. I have been going here for a long time. Since they changed it, it is 100 times better. I always buy my fancy tail guppies here and have never had a problem. Always very patient and knowledgeable employees that are willing to help you. Totally recommend this place to anyone!!

I love this pet store!! I come here everytime my mom goes to preloved next door. I can get everything I need here for a good price, their animals are well taken care of, and they are so sweet and cute. The staff here are so nice, and dont make me feel bad for staying there hours on end! 😅 but overall, an amazing pet store, great people, and if you're lucky you might see their cockatoo named lady!! Shes so cute haha.

Highly disappointed on yesterday's visit, if my daughter was not with me I would have said a lot.There was a guy and his son they were asking about the most poisonous animals that they had and proceeded to ask if a centipede or the spider would win. The cashier proceeded to tell them which would win after announcing they were going to a fight with it.This is not at all okay. Just because it was a centipede doesn't mean it shouldn't live its best life.I wasn't going to post a review until calm and after not hearing from the store after my email so the review is going up.I will not support a store so willing to sell a live creature for a fight. To feed is one thing but to fight is a new ball game.

Awesome! I went in looking for medicine for my sick Betta, and the person working there was friendly, and an IMMENSE help! Knew all about Bettas, reasonable prices for everything. It was clean, animals looked pretty healthy.I remember coming here when I was a kid, and it was TOTALLY different. It's great now! I'll be coming here instead of Petco.

My #1 pet store in Utah county! A great selection for all my needs but particularly reptile food. There's no better place to get roaches, crickets, worms, etc. Everything is a fair price and compared to other stores a great deal! Plus the staff is amazing and they know what they're doing.

This was the first time we've visited, but I wish we had come sooner! The guy with the long hair (not sure if he's the owner or manager) was super knowledgeable and let me ask questions about almost every pet he had :) He knew SO much, from sunlight exposure to diet to potentially constipating products. He also helped me figure out humidity, and didn't push a product, even when I previously thought we needed it. He's honest and his pets are healthy. Did you know they even sell pet scorpions and axolotls!? Small shop, but great variety and totally fair prices. Thank you for being so much better than big box stores!
