Cute little store with a nice, simple variety of produce. Very clean. A bit expensive though. Some of the employees were nice and some kind of rushed me at checkout and they ripped a couple of the handles on the bags. As fast as they rushed me and already started ringing someone else up, I almost felt afraid to ask for another bag. Cute little store, don't know about some of the employees.

I love this store always come here for my food it’s fresh and most of the employees are nice and never discriminated me for the color of my skin. The one in Spanish fork, wow never felt so disrespected !!!!Thank you guys for always making our family feel welcomed !!!

This Maceys is new to me, as I’m new to the area we have started to come here often because we live close enough so we give it our business , and I’ve so far had positive experiences until today. Their manager that was on shift today , seriously couldn’t be bothered along side her employee that as working self check out. There was a coupon that I can understand that it said “digital” on as well as on the front of it saying “In Store only” which the eye gravitates to and I’m new to shopping at Maceys so I’m not used to their sales , coupons, deals etc. I took a picture of cause it wasn’t letting me scan a QR code or nothing. It was for $1 off tangerines , I was buying two bunches and idc if it was $40 off or $0.50 cents off , the fact of the matter is that I asked the self check out clerk for help in the coupon that wasn’t going through and he was just so annoyed that he had to help me prior to that and he said no those are digital coupons and I said oh no it says in store only and I showed him cause again that’s what was showing front and center right off the bat and so I said oh shoot that’s misleading and asked if maybe I could ask a manager if maybe they could honor that and here comes the most customer friendly manager , and that was sarcasm and she immediately goes “are you the lady asking about the coupon” and I go yes I was wondering if it could be honored , I let her know I don’t have an account currently and she goes “no we can’t they don’t let us do it” and I go okay, but I don’t understand why you’d make a person make an account just to use this coupon right now and she goes. “ no sorry I can’t I’d have to go to my computer and do it” …. Oh I’m sorry, She was too bothered to do her damn job! My hell lady! Do better. So I became upset with the attitude she was giving me and took out the tangerines and asked her to take them off my purchase & with all the attitude in the world she grabbed them and cancelled my transaction cause idk maybe she didn’t know how to or want to just take the items off my transaction either …. It would have been so easy for her honor the coupon while nicely educating me that maybe I should make an account or download the app whatever the hell they need you to do for next time or whatever line she needed to give me. Look just cause you maybe don’t like your job or didn’t want to do it , for someone who’s worked customer service majority of her life , it’s not that hard to give someone a positive customer experience while providing information or guidance on how to do things differently for the next time .

I have always loved this maceys and have always had a great experience every time I’ve shopped here. But I will not be stepping foot back in or near this maceys again. And let me start by saying I am not one to be a “Karen” and complain/leave bad reviews. But I had to with this.Here’s what happened: maceys had a sale going on where you got a free item with the purchase, whatever the ad says (for purchasing a certain number or items). They’ve had these deals a lot and there’s usually a free item you get if you purchase a certain amount of sodas… I get up to the check out and a young lady was scanning. A younger man immediately came over to help bag my items. Meanwhile, I only had sodas in my cart… Anyways, as I’m walking away from the checkout, I asked this younger man about getting the free item on my way out (this was done at every other Maceys I have been. They have it by the door and the cashier tells you to grab one on the way out!). He starts chuckling and says “I don’t know what you’re talking about” and laughs even more. I was very kind and generous and told him it was a deal that was going on. He simply responds “ummm no?” and looks at the young lady doing the checking. Then the manager who was standing behind me the whole time, walks up right after saying nothing. I was absolutely humiliated and walked away feeling completely stupid. I was keeping my head down due to the embarrassment I was feeling but I looked up only to see another young man looking at the bagger and laughing. I was so humiliated and honestly shocked. I talked to a young lady who said she was a supervisor and said that she would talk to the kids about this. I did not CARE at all about the rolls and I was very kind while explaining what happened. I got the rolls but still felt really unsettled. As I was walking back out to my car and loading the sodas, the first younger man came out and was getting carts. I was in tears and he saw me and started laughing. My husband was obviously upset over the whole thing and we went back in to speak to the manager. She denied any responsibility and rolled her eyes at me. Even making jokes about what happened. I was and am humiliated by this manager and her employees. Complete snobs and so disrespectful. I am shocked, especially in a small town where we all strive to treat each other with respect and kindness.You lost a loyal customer because of this.

So sad to write this. I pick up rolls for a family party today that I had ordered. They had then in a box for me which made it nice to carry and the guy at the counter was so nice. Which is why I did 2 stars. However, the rolls tasted days old, were hard as a rock and very dry. I was so disappointed, the beehive rooms are usually great but these were terrible.

The most incredible banana display ever!!! Truly every grocery store needs to step it up to compete with Macey's bananas. Medium high but reasonable prices. Soft serve ice cream cones for under $3 including a chocolate dip! Limited tofu selection is my one complaint...

Cute little store. The only complaint I have is that 80% of the time when I go in to get bread they are moldy. Same with the strawberries.

The store is always clean and well staffed! Produce well stocked and well organized!Yes, their prices are a little higher, but I have found over the years they have better quality than some of the other food chains .parking is good and staff very nice! I will definitely continue to shop with them.

Well for being so away out of the main valley of huge markets around I'm happy for that small town that used to be like really small to finally building the things there that there town had finally needed now and see the population grow now because of it.

Today i went to the store to get some articles.Went i was going to pay through the self checkout the machine ask for assistance from the employee to verify my ID.When this person came, it was an elderly man i show the id to him that was inside my wallet and he just grabbed it from my hands in a very disrespectful way.I talk to him that he shouldn't do that and he just answered "normally i ask for it" so i told him "then ask for it" and he just say "maybe next time".After the incident i went to talk to the manager at the front and tell her what happened and she just said "ok" and look away.What's happening to manners and good customer service?

This store is absolutely outstanding... The entire staff is incredibly kind and make my shopping experiences awesome!!! I appreciate the staffs kindness. I genuinely have had great experiences with every portion of the store. The kindness of the Deli, The Bakery always making bdays a treat, Morning Stockers always kind and welcoming. The front clerks are a complete gem.... Everyone is so nice and pleasant and always make my family feel Welcome and Appreciated. Let me not forget all the fantastic people who prepare fruit cups and treys.... A special special love and tremendous respect to the kind grey haired gentleman who always is welcoming and a favorite of my toddler. You guys are the absolute best and I appreciate all your efforts. When things are on sale. The maceys in santaquin doesn't always go have them marked.then they don't like to honor it. And they don't substitute. Which is wrong. Never order enough of sale items . This last couple of times isn't been very good

Having a grocery store in santaquin is great! This store is always so clean and the people are always friendly. It’s not just Macey’s but an arctic circle and a coffee shop all in one neat and clean package. And right next door is an Ace Hardware. This is a good place to stop and shop.

I do love me the freezer and GF isles here. Plus the spice section. This place is almost always in tip top shape. I do wish the employees were happier. Don't get me wrong - I have not been mistreated by anyone here. It's just my take on the vibe of this place and I've been here quiet a few times.

The prices are truly out of control, they have certain things I can only get there, but unfortunately, for full-time shopping I have to choose Smiths/Walmart, no way would I be able to make it here. Not just the Absolutely insane inflation on certain items, but they have so little selection of anything, you have to try multiple stores anyways and what they do have is high end brands you've never really heard of and a frozen dinner for 1 person is like 11$ - come on that's honestly ridiculous- we're all out here barely hanging on in this economy 😒🤦‍♀️

It's a good place but would be even better if there wasn't any mice/rats I was standing in front of the deli and I see rats running around I also heard that the bakery found a nest of them wouldn't recommend eating at the deli/bakery
