I have been in the neighborhood for a year now and every single time I’ve been here the service has been terribly slow. Busy, empty, it doesn’t matter. I don’t understand how service could be so slow when there are 6 people on shift and no one in the cafe and maybe one or two vehicles in the drive through. For someone who worked in the coffee business for roughly ten years of my youth it just bewilders me how slow this location is.

Always a good stop. Met a friend there for something warm to drink. No seating inside still, but they did have outdoor seating so that worked out well. Always clean and friendly. Definitely recommend this location if you are near by.

I use to go to a different Starbucks but this one best by far. Alta one of the employees there knows ASL and always makes me feel welcome even going out of their way to write a sweet note in my cup. Thank you all!!! 🤟🏻Parking: It being a smaller area it is understandable with little parking. It is still really good though there are only 3 spots in front.

Walked in at 6:57pm thinking this Starbucks closed later as a car just went through the drive thru and two customers were seated inside and the doors were still open. I waited for a couple minutes before someone peaked out from the register and told me they were closed and not taking any orders. Pretty disappointed to hear that as there was someone at their drive thru window and they happened to go through at the same time I walked in. I guess I’ll be taking my business to beans & brews then.

Shout out to my morning BFF’s Ethan and Jerimiah, this Starbucks makes my day everyday. Best part of my morning!Extremely friendly staff, coffee is always amazing, SUPER fast. Ya’ll are just the greatest, 10000/10. Best Starbucks in my book.

Almost got canceled at Starbucks. We met with a friend and were there for about 2 hours. As we were finishing up, an employee walked up stating that another employee claimed we were pointing and talking about them. The only time we looked over was to see if our drinks were done. She just wanted to make sure we were having "respectful conversations." We were discussing aviation training, not a topic that would include the employees at Starbucks. Won't be coming back.

I am not a coffee drinker but I have to publicly compliment the employees of this location.I have been gathering empty plastic milk containers to plant seeds in, and they have all been happily saving them for me daily. They are all so thoughtful! I have friends who have been trying this at other locations in Utah with no luck. Kudos to this crew, I really appreciate you!

Went to this location on 08/10/22 at 4:45. No other customers were inside the store when we ordered two drinks. Two of the employees were taking out the garbage and cleaning. These are probably tasks that should be done after the store closes. After waiting for 20 minutes we just left without our drinks. Very poor service!

I called ahead of time and asked if they make the birthday cake frappuccino. They said we had to come with the recipe and they would make it. I came through the drive through window. I wanted to show them the picture to make sure that it came out right. They said they would not take our order because we wanted to show the picture, unless we came inside because of the timing. I understand people are waiting but we are waiting too and wanting our order to come out correct. If we had ordered it at the window and they hadn't executed it correctly we would have requested a new one showing them the picture, which would've taken up time regardless. When the manager Jeremiah came to speak to us he said come inside or get out of the way because you're blocking my window. I guess when you get so desperate to hire people, you settle with those who have poor communication skills and who are rude. We then contacted corporate, where the female who took our call didn't even get to the point of submitting our complaint because she didn't know how to locate store locations, asking us for the store number as if a customer would know that. We told her the address multiple times and she kept repeating back to us random location addresses. The only reason we went to Starbucks was for the birthday cake frappuccino. Otherwise we usually go to Dutch bros Coffee. This validated that we should've gone there in the first place. Which, after this encounter, that's exactly what we did. We went to Dutch Bros coffee and got our 3 drinks there, which included and birthday cake drink.

Everyone is always so happy at this Starbucks. And I'm so happy because coffee makes me insanely happy. I now order large dark brew, espresso, half & half, and two packets of stevia. My happy juice. A few weeks ago a man ahead of us bought our whole car coffee & cake pops! How sweet is that. You can tell they treat their employees kindly here- as the employees are really friendly and upbeat.

I was pleasantly surprised after having gone back to this Starbucks after many years. The staff was much more personable and polite than they were before. Prices are still a little bit high but that's what you get with coffee shops. :-)

I’m not a Starbucks fan but since this one is closer than other coffee shops I’ve tried it a few times. While the inside is small, the baristas are amazing and my drinks always come out how I ordered them. I honestly go sometimes just for how nice everyone is!

Good location, I went in to get tumblers and giftcards for a few friends. It wasn't too busy so I was able to get in and out pretty quickly since I knew what I wanted. The barista who helped me was kind of short but it was during the Christmas time (Dec. 23rd) so I'm guessing that was the reason.

There should be a big sign that states drink times will take 4 times longer due to whatever. Short staff, new staff, but the kid at the window he has to stop taking people’s cards with the same had he’s touching the tops of drinks. Specifically where the drink slot is. It’s gross and not clean. Just don’t touch, turn, slide or grab the drink from the top. All things done to a drink that wasn’t mine after taking my card. Sorry cars behind me.

Friend bought me a smoothie. We asked about allergens while ordering, and they lied to us. They also said there was no coffee in it, which was also a lie. It took a while to try to look things up online, plus a call to another location to find out what I just drank. I only had about two ounce of it, now trying to decide if it's bad enough for an epipen or a trip to the doctor. Management needs to make ingredient lists available to their poorly trained batistas. Do better. Don't kill your customers.

This is the most convenient Starbucks between home and work so I go here often. Every single time I’ve had a mediocre experience. I always order the same drink (dirty chai) and each time it tastes different - sometimes they skimp on the chai pump so it’s watery, one time the milk was sour, one time they forgot to put any chai and it was just a latte! In addition to this poor quality control, the staff are not efficient and I’ve had to wait for several minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. In other Starbucks stores the staff are overfriendly and seem to genuinely care about the customers, but here it seems like everyone hates their job. I’m switching to a different location because I’ve had enough of poor quality for over priced drinks.

This is the best Starbucks in all of Salt Lake City… The drive-through people remember my name in my drink order and I have been going there for years! I love everybody that works there in the management is great… The restrooms are very clean and they’re very friendly and happy to have you in their company!

Still the best Starbucks in Sandy. I'll drive out of my way on most mornings just to get my coffee and danish from this location vs the other stores in Sandy. Great employees too, they're super nice to my dog at the drive thru window and 99% of the time remember me and make my drink right. Proof positive that "certain" other locations are not up to par.

This store has a weird vibe and half the staff is unpleasant to interact with (though the other half is great). Thank goodness for mobile ordering, but too often they’ve had problems with my order.

I don't go to Starbucks often but this location is near my work and some co-workers come here. U e only been in around lunch time and there is little to no line inside.Since I'm not a regular here, I tend to have a few more questions than others. The staff answers them but they only seem interested in taking an order. It would be helpful to have some suggestions but I manage.

Been to this location around 20 times now. Consistently out of a variety of ingredients, which with Covid is understandable. But the big issue is on two occasions I have watched them hand my food items to the car in front of me and then take them back through the window only to then hand them to me. Whoa what? Unacceptable in any circumstance let alone in the current COVID environment!!

Very friendly staff, they recently gave a facelift to the interior giving the inside a modern feel. Drinks here are consistent and I recommend. In the mornings the Drivethru and lobby lines can get pretty big so plan accordingly. Great location too after skiing or being up little cottonwood!

Cold brew machine has been broken for over a month now . The manger this morning was extremely rude when I was trying to break a 20 to tip the staff. Not the first bad experience here. Won’t be back! Will start to shop local
