Greg and a handful of other employees, helped me out so much at this location, I recently bought a Asian forest scorpion and a chameleon from them and I’ve been back and forth from the store trying to get the perfect stuff for my new pets, they have been so helpful giving me advice and having patience with me. And now I got a happy Scorpion and chameleon thank you PetSmart and your wonderful employees!

I had a horrible experience on Sunday. I had a worker name Tulsa, who refused to groom my pets, who had an appointment. She wasn’t entitled nonworking “need a safe space” because she did not feel like grooming our dog. Truly…I have gone to this facility for over 20 years with all my pets, which she is not aware of.She has an entitled nonworking employee who the manager backed and stated “he could not force her to groom our dog,” SHE DID NOT FEEL LIKE IT!!!What the hell is wrong with your company Petsmart? Train your managers, train your employees to work, orrrrr stay home if they aren’t feeling like working that day…You hv allowed employees bring political bias to your customers, judgmental bias, for no reason. They offend your customers they say horrible things and about our pets.Let me remind you, they know nothing about us or our pets. I have been there one time last year, one time a year before, and a different facility three years ago…My other pets 20 years at Petsmart… This employee had no knowledge of that, because they’re stupid… I call it like I see it… They have a lot of turnover and problems with employees since Covid… There has been constant issues that plagued their store stay away…All in the name of them not wanting to work. What is wrong with this picture?I would’ve purchased 400 that day for things needed along with my dog groomed, which I will never go back to the store!My 75 extended family members and their pets Will never go back to your store…Everyone is appalled by your lack of any type of service with your very weird employees!Who obviously need a ton of training because they don’t understand concept of customers and money to have a job…You are paying employees to sit on their lazy, entitled, crazy non-working safe space needing butts!!!You have offended your customers greatly by your lack of lack of ethics, non working, ridiculous entitled, snobby, vicious employees.No one manages these people anymore. The managers have lack of any managerial skills. They are walked all over by the certain employees who causes chaos and problems for everyone in the store, customers, other employees, our precious pets!Don’t hire people like this. And if you go to Petsmart, I suggest you find another store do not give these companies our business when they treat customers like “dog shit” no pun intended…If you do, make sure “TULSA” does not groom your dog, or you might show up to a nonworking employee who will offend you to get out of her job… I would go elsewhere because they don’t deserve anyone’s business! I’ve been in Customer Service my whole life and owned a company, I would never ever have treated someone the way I was treated! Obviously, your customers are not important!

We took our dog to have her groomed for the first time, Trixie is 6 months old and Alex was the groomer and what a wonderful job she did, we will definitely go back and have Alex work with our Trixie again. Thanks very much for such a great job

My daughter and I had an hour or so to kill so we went to Petsmart to look at the fish, the birds, the reptiles, and the cutest little rodents. There was one cat up for adoption, so we took a moment to honor her as well.The employees at this store have always been kind and very willing to answer any questions.

I have brought my pups here for their grooming services for years. They’re always happy to see them and do such a nice job! Lately I’ve been taking my eski to the academy. He hates being there because he’s an anxious dog, but they treat him so well and have lots of patience! Two of my dogs are only eligible for the express service so I have to call to book them. I do wish the app had a way to book them!

Almost everytime I've come here, they are understaffed, but the workers have always been patient, professional, and kind. This review is no reflection on them at all.The only reason they got four stars are the prices. They have clearly been raised for the majority of their items way higher than needed. Went to look for a water bowl for crickets to keep for my lizard. They wanted $15 for something the size of three quarters.Coming here is never an unpleasant experience, but it oftentimes feels like a necessary evil when you get to the checkout line.

As I took my golden doodle in for a regular groom, a friend I had with me said when the back door opened, she had seen one of the groomers man handle one of the dogs behind where the kennels are kept. My dog took 5 HOURS to be finished as the groomer said she was switching back and forth between dogs. I showed them a picture of another golden doodle to compare what we wanted him cut like, and he came out like a STANDARD POODLE! Even the groomer knew he wasn’t looking all that great as she gave him back to us and said “ so he looks a little goofy” . On top of that he had a bald irritated red spot next to his eye like it was cut too short. They gave me a free add on for next time because of the wait time, but that is useless because we WONT be coming here again. This broke my heart because my boy was so cute and fluffy. He is a different dog now.

Very disappointed in grooming department!!!!We found some time to schedule the grooming for our golden doodle on Sunday morning and all we got is 20 minutes prior to the appointment, a phone call that groomer called sick!!Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful

I've visited this location multiple times and they're usually pretty on top of cleanliness, but it was horrifying going in tonight. The cat kennels were disgusting. Some of them were laying in their own feces and vomit, and all had old, dirty water. The smell was atrocious. They were also selling dead bugs (isopods). They had multiple employees idling around the front of the store, not helping customers or the animals and products. It was overall a horrifying and depressing experience.

The beta fishes and other tanks are some of the dirties I’ve ever seen. How is that not animal abuse ? Clean your tanks. They literally live there and you expect them to swim and live in that. It’s animal abuse.

Worst Grooming Salon I have ever been to.We have two very large breed dogs. This is this first PetSmart that we have been to that cannot manage large breeds. We finally found a groomer there who could handle it and did a GREAT job. Then she left- and other groomers said our giant breed dog was “aggressive”. She was referring to our party animal, the guy who lays down on the ground for smaller dogs who are afraid of him. Luckily, we found the best grooming salon we have ever been to, who gets our dogs and their temperaments. Our cherished groomer who left would fit in well there. I suppose it worked out in the end- but the staff at the Sandy PetSmart were so rude, I actually feared the safety of my dog. My dog would be at the salon for 3 hours, likely in a too small kennel the majority of the time. My new salon- 1 hour for each dog. This is honestly the worst grooming salon I have been to, with the worst management.

I’ve had a great experience getting supplies here, but unfortunately I would not recommend getting a small animal here. We got a dwarf hamster from this location 8 months ago, she’s adorable and healthy but even after following every piece of advice on taming we can find online, she is still terrified of us and we have not held her for more than a few seconds at a time. I’ve had two other dwarf hamsters before this and they were both fine with being held. I think it’s because at PetSmart they just leave them in the cage 24/7 without any human interaction. Next time I will find a home to adopt a hamster from where the owners play with them regularly. Although if you’re fine having a pet that won’t interact with you, this would be the way to go. 😆

There’s a lot I can say but I’m gonna go with AVOID this place if you have a dog that requires a true profesional. Eliza H. Was pretty rude and stand-offish since the beginning because due to a car accident I was 15 min late saying that they now had 2 hs for a 4 hs appointment (I don’t know how 15 min are 2 hs in her books but okay) then said that the best was cut her hair short but that they would try to see if she responded well to the grooming.Well apparently according to them she didn’t so 45 min in they called me to pick her up. I leave you with a picture with what my dog looked before and after. Avoid yourself the trouble just don’t go here they don’t know what they’re doing and they will pretend they do.Very unprofessional; this girl tried to charge me for what she “had done” and they lost my dogs collar so I had to come back and pick It up when they found it. The worst possible experience for a first grooming.

Most of the small furry animals were "off to a good home" (out of stock). Some of the reptiles looked malnourished. Can't get enough of the "doggy crocs" boots for marine adventuring canines.

This review is for the grooming department. I’m taking away one star for the groomer telling me that my dog gets too matted that she can’t be groomed like a poodle and instead recommends a teddy bear haircut. I’m taking away one star because the groomer tells me that my dog has too much skin and that I might need to schedule appointments with a vet groomer even though vet says she doesn’t have that much skin. Finally I’m taking away two stars for cancelling my last grooming appointment and not calling me to let me know. The entire grooming department was “out sick” that day. Thank you for canceling my appointment because I found a groomer that grooms my dog like a poodle and doesn’t complain about her having too much skin. Also the appointment window is one hour instead of four.

I love this petsmart and the grooming salon (which is my main reason for visiting so often). We get our dog's nails cut here at least once a month. Friendly groomers and employees. Someone always greets you when you walk into their store. We love this store! 😀

Really impressed with this location. We had to stop and get a new harness because our dog had chewed almost all the way threw his. I was sent a survey and I had just mentioned a few things. The store manager had reached out to me. He was very friendly and helpful I have never had a business reach out like that. I was really impressed. We bought a Kong harness it has been awesome. I will continue to be a customer.

I had to help the clerk with the computer on my return. He was nice, but he was also irritated that I had to help him. You'd think it'd be the other way around. Basically, I handled my own return. Everyone is usually nice, though. I'm not complaining.

This store was bright and clean. The staff were also friendly. Even when I pressed the "request employee assistance" button, and answered my own question before they got there. They weren't bothered at all. Or they are Very good at acting 😆. 👍The only qualms (and the reason for 4🌟's ) I have are with PetSMart stores in general. They keep all of the animals (from Cats to lizards) in way too small of containers for their sizes. The aggressive beta fish especially, are kept in small cup containers And all stacked right next to each other (?!). They habitual look sick, no matter the store location...not really humane in my book.)

Under no circumstances should you ever take your pet here to be groomed. All other services You can get there is great. We go whenever we need supplies. However, we took our dog here to be groomed and they butchered her. She is a cavapoo and we asked her to be groomed as a cavapoo. When we brought her home she was clearly a poodle. If they don’t know how to groom a certain breed or know what that breed should look like, then they have no right to be grooming dogs. For heavens sakes, google it! I emailed them and tried to handle this privately to allow them to right this wrong but they haven’t responded and this has been more than a month. They shaved her to her skin. Our dog had mats, but she didn’t deserve to be shaved to her skin with zero hair. Her snout has zero hair which is a poodle cut. We’ve since learned what to ask for as we are new pet owners and this was her first “professional” cut. I had to trim down her poofy ears and cut off that awful puffy brain on the top of her head that they left. Don’t go here to groom your pet. We learned the hard way and hope to help others out too.

Not happy with this store. I bought this toy and my dog destroyed it in 1 hour and I was told by an associate if It didn’t work I could return it. Also the actual toy made by petsmart “tuffy” it says if I’m not satisfied to bring it back and return it on the actually toy tag. I understand toys are not 100% durable but it was 1 hour. The cashier asked Mandy if I could exchange it and no matter what they wouldn’t let me trade it or get a different one. I got told a story that the store had some lady who would come in and exchange a toy everyday and so there store decided to stop returning toys that are suppose to be durable. Not cool speaking that thI receipt and the toy says I can return it.
