He is a normally a VERY VERY FURRY dog. And this is his time of year for shedding once again. She did a WONDERFUL JOB! Bathing, Deshedding, teeth, nails, ears, and anal glands. Thank you so much!!

Jasmine is an incredible groomer! We have such difficulty finding a groomer that can do the cut on our Shihpoo for some reason, but she immediately knew what we wanted and delivered! She really took our dog from a sad old dog to an adorable puppy again! Most importantly, she is so gentle and kind with our baby and that matters the most to us! Highly recommend her as a groomer and she should definitely get a raise because a good groomer is worth their weight in gold!

So let me start off by saying this is a revision to an earlier post, that didn’t start off so well. But it ended up just as perfect as it could. I had an issue with scheduling that I wrote my last review on. But shortly after my post the owner called and took care of everything. He went way above and beyond to make sure they had the opportunity to make a lasting customer.After picking up my puppy and seeing how well she was groomed and how professional the groomer was and how well they took care of our puppy, they have more than earned my business.I’m booking three more dogs with them for January. Thanks again Jeremy for going way above anything I expected. You deserve the five stars

They always do a great job on my 2 dogs (88lbs & 50lbs ). Usually my dogs are super nervous and anxious but they have done a great job making them comfortable and now they get excited when we walk in the door!They have done a great job of listening to what I want (shave vs trim) and they are reasonably priced as well.

My dog has had really good experiences with their groomers! They do everything they say they're going to do. And he always smells amazing after and his fur stays soft for weeks. They do a great job.

I had posted a review over a couple concerns concerning the service and appointments. The moment I posted the review with one star I received a call from the owner and I have to tell you that the accountability and ownership of my issue was top notch and top level and top service. You can really tell that kibbles and cut owns their service and is 100% accountable and transparent and is very important to them. It was almost like an old-school handshake with the conversation I had with Jeremy the owner. It was actually really cool that the owner had called and wanted to know how we felt and why we felt the way he did and his willingness to make it right. I have to tell you that if they had six out of five stars, I would put that there I understand that things happen and not 100% of the time everybody could be happy, but in this situation, I am 100% happy about the way. Things have been handled moving forward. I am on my way to drop my two happy puppies off and they cannot wait to meet their groomer. I am super happy with kibbles and cuts from the toilet location to the Sandy location I recommend this groomer to anybody . Thanks, kibbles and cuts!

I have had my 2 fur babies cinnamon and sugar both groomed here for the last 4-5 years. I have loved customer service from the receptionist to the groomer. I have to drive 30 minutes out of the way but don’t mind at all because I know my girls will be taken care of.

Follow up!Absolutely ridiculous owner!Here’s what happened. I googled dog groomers and kibbles and cuts came up in Draper. I tapped on the call link and scheduled an appointment. When I showed up today they said it was for the Sandy location. I didn’t even know they had multiple locations. I left a honest review and moments later the owner called me. Normally I would appreciate this but all he wanted to do is argue and then proceeded to harass me with texts after I hung up on him in frustration. They wanted to keep my dog all day in the chance that they could fit her in. She is 4 pounds so obviously I’m pretty protective of her and not knowing the facility and the people that was just not an option. That explanation was not good enough for him as if I owed him a chance to groom my dog. Now normally this wouldn’t be worth my time to do this review but after the phone call and the texts I have to let people know who they’re dealing with. Even if it was my mistake this guy was so rude I wouldn’t ever think about returning to this establishment.

My cat was injured during his grooming—apparently he freaked out like he’s never done before and he tore out a nail. The poor thing was bleeding all night, nearly gave us a heart attack. We had to take him to the vet and get the wound cauterized and it was all very stressful. But I’m happy to say the owner Jeremy made it right, and honestly, that’s all that matters. It’s difficult to find people nowadays who will take accountability. I do recommend Kibbles and Cuts, they tried very hard with my cat. Cat owners, maybe talk to your vet about a medication that can help your cat relax during the process. I didn’t know my sweet cat could hurt himself like that, we need to make sure we protect the groomers too!

This place has gone down hill! The groomer didn’t say anything/greet my dog. My dog was scared and she just grabbed him and put him in a kennel. Usually groomers greet him w/a hello and try to welcome them. I asked her to do what they did last time. She confirmed w/me. He looks terrible. How does she have him for 3 hours and send him home w/ these ungroomed grinch feet!

Jeremy is an amazing business owner. His customer service is by far the best. As loyal customers, he was able to fit us in for a last minute bath and brush for our dog amongst their busy schedule.

The people at the front counter are always super nice and friendly. Depending on who the groomer is some are great and go above and beyond others are ok and do just the minimum. Our favorite groomer is Caitlin. Our girl loves going to see her.

My dog has never been afraid of any groomers till he went for his second and third groom here, I thought it might’ve just been the one groomer here he had a bad experience with but the second was even worse. They TRAUMATIZED him and he won’t even step foot near the door now. When we would go inside the groomers wouldn’t even greet him either or treat him nice , should’ve been the first red flag. Took him somewhere else and he never trembles there like he did at this place. Stay clear

As a new dog owner this was my first time taking my puppy in to get groomed. He’s a shy little guy but upon arrival he was greeted by Austin (amazing groomer) and he did a great job making Cooper feel comfortable. From scheduling to pickup, the process was seamless. To top it off, Cooper looks fantastic, still the cutest puppy ever!!! Great, helpful, friendly, competent, and professional staff. I definitely will make Kibbles & Cuts Draper the only spot for Cooper’s grooming needs!!!! Incredible experience!!! Thank you.

I was very skeptical in booking to have my Persian cat groomed as I am new to Utah and had only used one groomer in the past 6 years since owning my cat. The staff here is very knowledgeable and patient with the likes of overprotective and potential first time customers. The groomer I had answered all my questions, was reassuring and did a fantastic job! I will be bringing my boy back without a doubt. I can’t remember the groomers name, but I’m sure they have a record of it on file, and I will be requesting his service again. Thank you Kibbles and Cuts!
