The espresso drinks are so bad that I only took two sips and threw the rest away. It’s not coffee.The breakfast sandwich has a fake egg in the shape of a circle, the ingredients tasted cheap. Again, I only took two bites and threw it away.The quality is not there.Saying that, the customer service was very kind and helpful. Too bad their food and drink was not up to the same standards.

Yeah I usually come here and receive my order with no problem coffee and food is great except for today. Seems like the staff there were more focused on each others conversations. On top of that my coffee wasn't filled all the way so I went in and walked up to the order /register and there was an employee sitting there feet on the chair with 2 drinks on the counter. And she had her head set on. Not sure if she was on the clock or not but that's unprofessional in my eyes. Do better. Not sure who the man was who corrected my drink but seems like he was doing all the work. From my point of view coming into the store. Anyways y'all have a good one hopefully staff gets a talking to or something.

I've been stopping here with some regularity for years.As a coffee house, serving coffee to order is its quintessential function, so I fully expect that this would be handled well. Unfortunately, my typical and very easy coffee order is being served to me incorrectly with increasing frequency.Either a process issue exists or I could improve how I'm ordering my coffee. I suspect the former, as no amount of familiarity with the baristas over the years has prompted them to offer information for me to improve on my role in the exchange.It is likely that I will simply continue on my decline in patronage here. It is my hope that this review prompts the store manager to examine the processes in place and explore ways to improve them for a better experience for their employees and customers.

$10 for a medium Mr. B’s, plus shot of coffee (including a $2 tip) Beans & Brews is getting too pricey for a drink/snack. I’m a long time customer. But other coffee houses in my opinion are in the lead.B&B didn’t ask whipped cream or no, which is part of the frap experience for some of us. And they weren’t particularly friendly.The 3 stars is basically for the price. If the cost was from the added shot of coffee, it should come with a warning (or be somewhere obvious on the menu) or maybe I just missed it.

Hands down the worst experience at a beans and brews ever I asked for an extra shot and extra Carmel it tasted like straight milk. I asked if maybe they got confused when reading the online order lady working argued with me and said no she hadn’t, instead of offering to remake it. I was told I was issued a refund I WASNT!!! It’s been 17 DAYS AND NO REFUND!

BE ADVISED: If you use a card for payment, ALWAYS ask for a receipt!I just had a dude here take my card and enter a larger amount than what was asked. I was not offered any other option (to “tap”or even insert the card myself in order to verify the amount) he came back with my card plugged in and all I could see was the tip amount. After that he disappeared and I was never offered a receipt. I didn’t think much about it at the time but later when I checked my payment history the amount he charged was more than what I was told.(Remember, I was never shown the amount due to the “sneaky” nature of the payment process) so it would appear that employees are skimming some extra cash from customers at this location.ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT AND DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR CARD TO PLUG IN FOR YOU.

Just don't. I liked the old staff quite a bit but they are all recently gone (where is Noah?) and lately they have been making the drinks wrong, and/or dont stir after adding sugar, and/or dont put a sleeve on your hot drink, I could go on.My wife has already sworn off this place but I was in a huge rush this morning and gave them another shot. Ordered a medium americano with 3 sugars and small latte with one sugar, and got a small americano with no sugar and a medium latte with way too much sugar and I think no espresso (was pure white milk even after stirring), with no sleeves and no stoppers of course. These are not fancy or complicated orders, pretty standard coffee-drinker coffees.Had to go home right away regardless and figured Id fix it myself there.Wife immediately frouned when seeing me walk in with b&b cups and she made me admit I should have known better and forced me to write this review

They get the order wrong about half the time. Multiple times I've ordered a small hot latte, and it comes out iced. Other times I said, "a small hot caramel latte," and it comes out unsweetened. What's worse is I don't know if they're going to get it right until after I already tip.One more thing, they make you sign the receipt and write the tip with a pen, which is outdated and cumbersome compared to the one button you gotta push at $tarBucks.Also, no 12OZ option, and they rarely put the sleeve on the cup.Coffee is actually good though, and when everything goes well, it's a great experience.

I am a Beans and Brew girl through and through, however, this location has gone so far down hill in the last year. If I have the time, I will drive to any other location to avoid the 50/50 chance my drink is terrible. They are nice, but the amount of money I have wasted on drinks that taste like straight milk or chocolate is so frustrating. I have never taken it back because often times, I don't have time to walk my drink back in and ask them to remake it. Very frustrating to pay $6.50+ tip for a cup of milk. Avoid 10600 and 13th east if you can.

I waited in the drive through for 22 minutes. I had sent a text right after I ordered so I know how ling it took. Luckily I wasn't in a rush but the cars behind may have been and couldn't even leave if they were trying to get some where. The people working were clearly having fun chatting. I actually had to knock in the window for them to acknowledge me and give me my order. It can be a fun job, but it's still a job. To make matters worse my latte had no flavor. Complete waste of my time and money

Person at window obviously was having a bad day. Almost spilled the drinks on me. And snatched the clipboard back from me when I went to hand it back. Drinks were not labeled. Customer service definitely could be improved if they want “gratitude “ tips on that paper you sign. Hope he has a better day.

I ordered a large vanilla latte hot! This is the second time that this is happened it’s pee warm. I tried to call back to let them know and see if somethings wrong with their machine. But they won’t even answer the phone and when I was just there there’s nobody there but the person inside. Very frustrating I give him a thumbs down. When you pay over $ 5.00 for a hot coffee it should be hot. Just dumped it down the sink!

This chain is my go-to when it comes to coffee. Not only do you get your money's worth, but I actually like the taste of their coffee. Unlike that other coffee place I won't mention...This was only the second time I'd been to this location. The staff was very friendly, (even during their morning rush), and completely accommodating when it came to my special requests.

The person working the drive thru had at least a 15-minute conversation with the person in front of me. I never saw a drink handed out the window or any kind of transaction; just a nice long chat while we all waited behind for them to finish up. I actually have never seen something so crazy. Thought I was being Punk’d.

We had a lot of questions with our order, and the cashier was super patient. His friendliness and sincerity left a great impression on our first trip to Beans & Brews. The drinks & muffins were good too! We will definitely be back to this location and we highly recommend it.

The hot chocolate ordered was as expected. But the young blonde woman who took my drive through order and money this evening? Not so much. Curt attitude, annoyed demeanor. Couldn't even bother acknowledging a tip. I'll stick to the super nice folks at the South Jordan location.

I much prefer Beans and Brews to Starbucks. Their beans are better roasted, more flavor additives are available, and the coffee always tastes more fresh. They also have a pretty decent food menu to compliment the coffee, focusing mostly on quick-grabbfoods that are easy to eat on the go. I really enjoy their hot lattes and spinach croissants when I'm on my morning commute. Their staff is always friendly and professional. The chain is local to the Utah area so it also feels more like supporting local business and workers during this craziness. If you're a Starbucks regular, give B&B a try!

I’ve been with Beans and Brews for three years now. and I have loved coming to this location when it is the closest option. But the last time i went i asked for ice coffee with oat milk, and there were a bunch of coffee grounds in my coffee. i know that this happens sometimes, but i was surprised they haven’t noticed it and tried to filter it out. And today i got an iced tan mocha with a packet of raw sugar, and they accidentally used the wrong base. i came today because i wanted coffee, not chocolate milk. I love this location, but maybe be a little more conscious before you give someone their drink?
