usually have a really good experience at this store . I shop there frequently about 2-3 times a week. I went in to pick up some monsters cigarettes and chips along with a few other miscellaneous items. Got home and was disappointed to find out that my donuts were outdated they were from January 3rd 2023. To some people it doesn't seem like much however these donuts were really soggy and Gross and I will not be eating them so now I have to find another means for breakfast.. update today February 2nd went back and the owner allowed me to exchange them was really nice about it.

Went to this store this morning for my usual donut and coffee, this store charged me a dollar more than other 7-11's i go to. Along with the coffee area dirty, low selection of creamers, still using xmas cups,1 coffee pot looked like ther was mold in it, I quickly got my things and paid and left. I will go back to my regular 7 next time

Stopped in for a quick drink and was over charged even though the ticket price on the shelf underneath the items for 2 rows showed that price. Honestly, no big deal just pointed it out because who wants to be overcharged. Except the cashier grabbed the drink and immediately walked with me all the way back to the freezers and told me to READ to prove that the price was marked correctly on a different shelf underneath different items.I will NEVER return to this location. And if you dont want to be treated poorly and overcharged I suggest you don't either.

Overcharged me. Bought 3 gatorades and 2 quest bars. Was charged $10.28. Quest bars were supposed to be 2 for $4. This is second time this has happened. Kid behind the counter seemed like he’d been on shift too long. It took so long to check out I forgot to get receipt. Usually I have great experience here. Older gentleman provides amazing customer service. The new employees are lacking in customer interaction and general computational capacity and does not make me want to use your store.

Love the staff here, live nearby so I become friends with them from coming in so often. Chats with the cashiers are always so fun and interesting! Sad to see the store not caring enough about employees though; the turnover rate seems less than desirable due to wages (pay your employees better!!) As well as benefits lacking.Also notable, during a pandemic you need to be caring about your staff and asking for masks on both customer and staff end!Very sad to see a store only care about profit and not the workers who are making them that money.In terms of goods, its a 7/11. Normal stuff like gatorade and chips. Usually out of arnold palmer arizonas though. Sad to see them stop selling half&half as of late. Running out at home and needing some ASAP is why I went most of the time! If you need a reason to start stocking it again... Id rather run to the 7/11 and chat with friendly cashiers while buying half&half than drive to the supermarket for it.

Overcharged me. How does an energy drink, a small bag of chips and a small package of bite size donuts equal 17.09? They need people that pay attention when ringing up things unless they overcharge to get stuff for themselves. This is ridiculous. Will pay extra attention from now on, can't trust no one.

I went in to buy a pack of cigarettes and the clerk was on her personal cell phone having a personal conversation in what sounded to be like a Hindi language (not that a language other than English is offensive to me) and the clerk saw me and kept talking on her phone. She would look up and hold her finger up at me to tell me to wait and then she would keep laughing on her phone. I waited 10 minutes for her to wait on me then once she waited on me she she answered her phone again while I was paying and disappeared before I could even get my receipt. I’ve gone to this store multiple times prior and the clerk was a man and he’s always been very polite and attentive. I’m not one to complain and I’m usually a very patient person but when I’m a paying customer in an establishment I expected to be treated with respect. This will likely be the last time I find myself at this 7-11.

TC is an awesome employee! He has a great personality and is always so helpful and cheerful when I come in. He is very personable and makes you feel so welcome whenever I walk through the door. You need moor employees like him!

I was helped by an amazing red head woman. Not sure of her name . The store looked spectacular. It's the cleanest and neatest store I have ever seen. She went above and beyond in her job in every way. She needs to get a pramotion and a raise for she is one of the best employees that you will EVER see.

Teach the new people how to ring up Kratom. I have recovered from a truamatic 3 story drop to the ground & shattered my heel & 2 other bones including my sacrum, (back pelvis bone) & I walk to my favorite 711 for pain relief kratom. Well I walked there tonight 2 miles & the new guy didn't know how. It wasn't his fault but I then walked two miles back home. 4 mile walk with zero kratom for pain relief

Every time I come to this seven 11 on 86s and 13 East no matter who works they auto pass so I’m not able to add my rewards and earn points. I finally said something, no longer doing points, I’m not allowed to put my phone number anymore, both ladies stood there and the older blonde woman said no we’re not and went off rambling which I didn’t want to hear. Check ur cameras which I know you have due to other employees in the past being helpful. Not liking the service here lately and not getting my points. Guess I need to go to the new one down the hill. Smh

I am a driver and every day I buy in this store. But I realized that regularly when I needed to use the restroom, has a notice: out of order. I think that it is not truly out of other. It’s just because they don’t want the customers use it.

Went for a job interview at this location and the manager ripped my head off because her empolyee told her I said ice cup when I had a slurpee cup I wanted to make sure I had enough before I bought it. Next I went in there the manager said I'm not allowed in the store I even over paid for the slurpee I "stole" that day that the manager confronted me. The empolyee even see me walk out the door with the slurpee because I said thanks hun. She could have stopped me at anytime. I work at gas station and the fact their freaking out over a .45 cent drink in reality is more offending then her saying she was gonna call the cops on me over it. People don't go here.

Got 6 of the taquitos off the rollers and they all taste like a mix of hand sanitizer with cleaning chemicals. Couldn't even gag them down and had to throw them all away.

The day crew is awesome. At night they deny food service after midnight. They're literally 24 hours, I've never had 7 eleven refuse me service just because its after midnight, but this one does now suddenly apparently.

I used to love stoping by here and now I will go anywhere else if I can. The store and most specifically, the employees have gona downhill over the years and over the last year or so it's gotten painful. The staff are rude, the store is filthy and now they don't even have gas pumps.

I have to say this is by far the best 711!! The owners are so friendly they make sure to say hello to every person that walks in. Its funny to watch people caught off guard by a simple hello from the staff.
