Tired of having to buy a new bird feeder every year or every other year because they rust or crack? I was! At Wild Birds you can buy a feeder that will last for years. One that you can actually wash for our feathered friends.

After trying to navigate through all of the different feeders online, I was happy to discover a local shop that would know exactly what I would need for the birds in my yard.As soon as I walked in I knew I had found the right place. The staff was friendly and helpful even though I may not look like a typical bird nerd. ;)I told them the types of birds that I was seeing and what I was hoping to attract and they helped me find the perfect feeder.I left with my arms full of two feeders and enough feed to last the winter.Honestly, I can't wait to come back. It was a great experience.Thank you!

Everything you need to feed wild birds. I bought my wife a pole and bird seed shaped like an owl. We enjoy watching the birds. However, I think my older neighbor enjoys it more, which makes my wife happy. Great staff with ideas to help manage and maintain the feeders. Discounts for members and regular customers. We had fun looking at all the different feeders, feed, books and different accessories. A fun store for us and if momma is happy so am I.

They are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The merchandise is excellent quality and there is a wide variety of bird necessities to choose from, as well as extras that are related to enjoying birds. I love the resident cats! I love this store! Feeding the birds is a joy for our family and Wild Birds Unlimited in Holladay makes us and the birds happy.

Service here is excellent! Bought bark butter bits and an acorn shaped feeder online because the store ran a promotion for these items and ran out of stock. I was able to have the items shipped directly to their store so I didn’t have to pay for shipping and could still get the promotion deal. They called me to tell me there was a shipping delay and kept me updated as they were awaiting my purchase’s arrival. Sunday afternoon I found a bag from them containing my purchased items sitting on my front porch. They hand delivered my order!! What a nice surprise and their gesture saved me a trip to their store. Remarkable customer service. Thank you!

I love this store! The people are so friendly and so are their two cute cats. I placed an order last night online. I didn’t feel like going out in the cold so I checked delivery thinking UPS would deliver next week sometime. To my surprise, the order was hand-delivered with a nice note written on the receipt. Who does that these days? Well, WBU of Holladay does. I will be a loyal customer forever. Thanks to Max who delivered my order. I really love this place (and so do my hungry birds!)

Friendly staff were so helpful to me & my partner. They helped us pick out a feeder and feed that would best suit us (we had no idea which to go with since we’re new to birding and the area). We have birds already visiting our backyard! Loved meeting the store kitty as well 😻

Best bird supply store I've seen in Utah! My parents and my family and I get everything we need here. The products are of excellent quality, the employees are respectful and knowledgeable, the prices are great, and the location is easy to access only 8 minutes from my work where I can grab what I need on my way home. I love to be able to get what I need within minutes and be able to see it in person and have professionals guide me to the exact product I need - so much better than shopping blind at some random distant online store, waiting 8-10 days for it, only to have it show up damaged or be the wrong product for the birds I'm trying to attract or not be the product I thought I selected on that website. Shopping locally is a much better experience. I highly recommend Wild Birds Unlimited of Salt Lake City!

Several years ago my husband and I walked in to this store total novices to be greeted by knowledgeable staff and quality products. If we wanted to attract a certain bird, they knew what we needed. If we were attracting the big birds and scaring away the little ones, they knew what to do. They helped us pick out the best feeders and food for our yard and even coached us through a rat situation.Thanks to Summer and the rest of the wonderful staff at Wild Birds Unlimited, we now have a backyard full of birds and hummingbirds that demand to be fed all the time! This forces us to visit the store every few weeks to pet the store cats and stock up on the bird food we are constantly running out of.If you want to buy good quality bird food, learn how to attract winged wildlife to your yard, and most importantly, have quality feeders that won’t fall apart after a few months: THIS IS THE ONLY STORE YOU NEED. And don’t forget to scratch the kitties on their little chins!

I ordered 3, 20-lb bags of bird food 5 Feb 2021. Requested shipment to home, bird food delivered to our doorstep before noon, same day! I was beyond surprised, it was snowing all day. It's between 30-40 miles one way. Did not expect to receive shipment until next week. Shipment time showed 1-5 days. Cannot thank you enough for such exceptional customer service! My husband said bird food came from Layton bird store. I informed him it was Wild Birds Unlimited in Murray, Utah! My son LOVES birds! He has a lot of health issues and so his "therapy" is "birding"....whenever he has extra money he wants to spend it on the birds!! Today he begged me to buy some more stuff and we did it on line. THEY BROUGHT IT TO OUR HOUSE within the hour!!! I couldn't believe it!!! I thought we were going to have to wait the weekend and have UPS bring it. The customer service is INCREDIBLE!!! I am so impressed with this company and the owners!! I can't tell you how meaningful that was to have it hand delivered to our home!! My money will continue to come here!! (ok I will come to see the kitties too ;)

They have items for those just interested in casual backyard feeding to the full blown birdwatching enthusiast. They are not pressure sellers, just wish to share their love and interest in birding. Everything you could possibly want for the outdoor bird lover! This trip I only needed some additive to keep our hummingbird feeder fresh to keep the little guys from getting sick. I've also bought a nice feeder tube and a cage to go over it from them. The feeder is guaranteed for life and the cage keeps the pigeons and doves from eating all the seed while allowing the finches, sparrows and chickadees inside to eat. If you like feeding any kind of outside birds, this is the store for you!

I stopped there this afternoon to pick up some birdseed. This is the first year that I've actually put out a bird feeder and I'm not really sure what I was doing. Summer was fantastic! She helped me learn about a bunch of my options and what would be the best for my area and the birds that I have as well as the birds I would like to attract. She was very personable and I can't wait to go back and learn more and get more products for my patio. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Love shopping at this store. I alway learn a few things each time I visit. I started coming here because it’s just a few doors away from my chiropractor, best ever, Dr. Mark Gunn, in Holladay. So I frequent this WBU store regularly. I agree with the other reviews that the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t shop anywhere else for my wild bird needs. It’s become a fun hobby.

Went to a presentation today given by Kelli, the owner and learned so much. What a great value to be able to buy quality products for the birds and also get a helpful education. The topic was about "Solving problems of bird feeding". The photos were terrific, the slides were very professional and the presentation first rate. I highly recommend all bird enthusiasts to do yourself a favor and make a visit to Wild Birds Unlimited in Holladay and benefit from the goods and services provided by this savvy staff.

I'm so happy I found this store. An excellent selection of bird feeders and specialty feeds and everything in between. I immediately loved the staff. I finally found a place that understands my nuthatch addiction (and jays and juncos and chickadees and woodpeckers) . I cannot wait to come back.

This place is awesome. The people that work here are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There wasn't anything they couldn't tell us! They have a wide selection for not only birds, but also squirrels.As a side note, dogs are not welcome here. They have two cats, one of which is very aggressive towards dogs. They are great with kids and though!!

Wasn't thrilled with the lady that was at the register. I felt as if she was talking down to me and I didn't know what I was doing. When I was well aware of how to use the products. I will definitely have to think about giving them further business as this was my first impression of this store.
