What’s the point of opening the store at 7 AM but not opening the pharmacy until 9 AM? Wasted my time. Also the amount of negative reviews for this store is incredibly concerning! I definitely will not be using this Pharmacy. I’d be one thing if it was just a few bad reviews but it is bad review after bad review and they are consistent on how poor the pharmacy staff treats people. Your employee staff attitudes are reflection of how they’re treated by their leadership, and it appears the leadership for this place is pretty terrible. For example, not once as a representative from Walgreens responded to any review whether negative or positive like most companies do. That at least shows someone from the company is reading these reviews and taking them serious. I’d say it’s pretty apparent they don’t care. So why use a company that has no interest in improving themselves? That question is as much for Walgreens as it is for anybody else reading this. If they can’t treat their employees even half decent then sure as hell aren’t going to treat consumers any better.

The pharmacy manager is rude on the phone with me almost every time I speak to her. She's obviously impatient, and completely indifferent to my needs. When I ask for an estimated time of completion, she refuses to give one. She doesn't treat my son or my roommate that way. Only me.A pharmacy should be a safe place where patients can feel heard and treated with dignity & respect. Yet this woman treats me with utter contempt.I've just had it. I've been taking it for years to avoid the appearance of "pharmacy shopping" which can be interpreted badly by doctors. But I don't deserve this kind of treatment. I spend over $34,000 a year at that place. I have paperwork to prove that. But nobody deserves to be shamed, humiliated or hurt by this kind of unprofessional conduct. No matter how much money they spend. This woman needs to be reprimanded. Her name is Rebecca.

Pharmacy lady giving me attitude, whining to the Pharmacist that I didn’t use the proper language to describe my wife’s prescription was available to fill. That’s not my job to figure out whether something can be filled or not right now, it’s hers. Pharmacist is awesome. The lady is unprofessional and rude.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Drive through is always closed - don’t botherEmployees are very rude! Obviously hate their job. I heard them talking bad about customers and come close to violating HIPAA laws.If you go, plan on a day trip. They are slow and customers are not the priority!You have other choices - stay away from this place!Walgreens, you gotta do better. Just the basics would be nice.

This place has gone downhill dramatically. Pharmacy people used to be nice and considerate and eager to please your needs. Now you're lucky if you can even get your prescription on the day that you're supposed to. It's always different from what it says online it'll say ready online and you'll go in and they have no idea why it says that and it's not ready totally incompetent. And also totally inconsistent. They tell one person 15 or 20 minutes and tell me 45, which I believe is because I told her I wanted to wait for it they usually do the exact opposite of what you want. Then i get home and they text me its done, 20 mins after they said 45 so i could have waited. TOTALLY INCONSISTENT AND INCONVIENENT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME....I LOST COUNT

They need to learn to communicate. Had an appointment for 9:45am, I waited until 10:30 for them to tell me that they can't help me cause the system is down. Which caused me to also miss creating another appointment elsewhere in a timely fashion. Thanks for wasting 2+hrs of my life

Kourtlyn at the Walgreens on 9th East and 5540 South helped me so much today. Earlier I went into the store to pick up a prescription for my pet and that Pharmacy Rep couldn't find the prescription. I was told that my notification that the prescription had been filled was wrong. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able get my prescription filled and my pet really struggles without it.Then I called and got Kourtlyn. She found my prescription right away and assured me that I would be able to pick it up. Because of her I was able to get the prescription for my pet and it honestly made my day. I really appreciate the good Customer Service she provided.

If only there were a -10 category! I wish the corporate Walgreens would help the pore performing stores. Prescription ready on Sat (they said). Monday at 11:00am, guess what not ready! Two stops before noon commitment gosh Walgreens taking 30 minutes to count 30 pills.

Really like their rewards club. This location is nice because it is much roomier than most Walgreens. Nice selection of my staples. Also a good variety of seasonal and novelty items. Really like the Dollar aisle. Their in store brand of Nice soda is pretty good. Some of the employees are really nice like the elderly gentleman. He is very helpful when things aren’t on the shelves. He takes the time to go in the back and find it for you.

Pharmacy Review while waiting and waiting for a prescription. Ever since this location changed from Rite-Aid to Walgreens the customer service at pharmacy continues to deteriorate. The acquisition was supposedly going to result in the customer savings. Immediately corporate Walgreens drastically reduced the pharmacy hours and cut-back on staff. There are long waits even for called-in prescriptions. The staff seems totally demoralized as demonstrated by their negative attitude. The staff is constantly changing.

Worst pharmacy I’ve used in the valley. It’s taken over two weeks to fill prescriptions they allegedly have “ordered every single night” but also “only take a few days to arrive” so why is it that it’s been over two weeks?Was told in person today by a staff member my meds will be in tomorrow. Yeah right. They were ordered the first week of this month yet still no news. They even CANCELLED my prescriptions because it had taken them so long and they never managed to fill them.Receptionist tonight hung up on us after waiting over twenty minutes on hold and never tried to call us back, just left it at hanging up on us and we were lucky we managed to get off hold before they closed after calling back. She was condescending when I asked about moving my meds to a different location and no help at all.

Sometimes they are on and you can get your prescription and sometimes they are way off and you may not be able to get what they tell you they've filled. Good luck! (Try optim rx if it's a regular prescription.)

The pharmacy staff were condescending and rude regarding medicine that was out of stock. It seems the workers are understaffed and overworked which is a pity. Save your time/days-worth of patience and choose literally any other pharmacy (other than the Walgreen’s on 900 E and 4500 S) — better yet, just steer clear of Walgreen’s. Tough crowd.

Pharmacy is severely understaffed. It took two weeks and three phone calls to get a prescription filled. Lighten their load and go somewhere else, especially if you want to actually get your medicine.

Pharmacy is painfully slow. My prescription was called in the previous day and when I went to pick it up had to wait with only one other customer for 45 minutes. Seems excessive just to pick up some eye drops that had been called in the day before.

Do Not go to the pharmacy! Poor customer service. Took terribly long to make prescriptions when I had already called them in before. Head pharmacist was not familiar with where things were and pharm tech was moving extra slow while customers piled up behind me. I will not be back go to your local smith pharmacy. They are quicker and have more than two people working at a time.

The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist, Rebecca, were all very helpful and friendly when I went in for my Covid booster. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful when I asked where I could find a particular product. Will be bringing my kids in to have her give them the booster shot & flu shots as well!

Worst pharmacy in the valley!! And I am a doctor! If i can’t get good service from these people, good luck to the average layman. I have had horrible experiences with a COLD, UNCARING pharmacist named Rebecca. Twice i’ve had a run-in with her. First she miss filled a prescription I had personally written for a patient, dispensing the incorrect amount. I tried to give feedback to Walgreens but nobody ever called me to pursue it. They really don’t care. Then today I found in a prescription for paxlovid for a Covid patient and five hours later they still hadn’t filled the prescription because they said they couldn’t find the patient’s phone number. Even though the patient has been there multiple times. Did it occur them maybe to call me back and tell me there was a problem? No, of course not. Because neither Rebecca nor the staff will really go the extra mile. It’s time to find another pharmacy. And shame on Walgreens, a large healthcare corporation, for allowing this horrible care to persist.L. William Lauro MD

Sherilynn and Cosette were anything but helpful at the pharmacy, I arrived at 9:54 when the store closes at 10 and the light was already shut off to the Walgreens sign, I walked in and the cashier lady said they were closed. My physician called the pharmacy to ask for a RX to be filled and personally talked to the pharmacist and she HUNG UP ON HIM. Shame on you, Sherilynn the pharmacist and shame on this Walgreens store. They do not put their customers first during their operating hours.

These guys were so rude to me. I have never had to add money on a bank card and i had 500 cash total and there was a fee of 4.95. So 495.05 is what i would deposit. They couldnt understand. Chad called for manager and saidi was fighting with him saying i had 520. Not true. How hard is it to understand. Then the manager said 480 was all i had as she dropped $20 on the floor and a line was getting longer and longer. Then they said i told them wrong . What the heck. I ended up leaving so angry i was in tears. I said id never come again and chad at the register said "ok". I just finished getting a lazor treatment on my face and it was bright read and looked a bit of a hot mess and i feel they treated me like pure trash. I have a new shirt on with the holes, my jeans have a couple frayed holes, (its the style) bright read face looking sunburned. And tall boots. So i feel i was mistreated. I am a supervisor for cvs and should of waited to do ir there. Ruins your day when people are so mean.

WELL I Do Not Agree I Have Been Coming To This Location Since It Was Rite- Aid And I Have to say this is the reason why I followed them into Walgreens as some of the people from Rite- Aid Worked There ! And I Drive More To Get There As I Moved And They Are Good People There Is So Much Going On With Covid And People Should Understand As Well As Not Alot Of People Wanted To Work ! I Have Never Had A Problem With Rebecca She Helps Me With Kindness ! Some Have To Be Kind And Have Respect For What They Do It's Been Busy With Shots , Refilling ECT. They Text Me When My Prescription Is Done ! Then I Pick It Up ! You Have To Remember Covid Has Changed Alot Of Businesses ! We Are Lucky To Have A Good Pharmacy That Does Care ! Well other than trying to send me to the ER with seizures due to incorrect label directions on a narcotic, I'm sure this place is great. I was discharged from the hospital and dropped off my paper prescriptions to be picked up later that afternoon. They filled the narcotic with the instruction to take ELEVEN every 4 hours. Cool, cool. Good thing I was of sound mind after major surgery and wasn't elderly, young, or otherwise naive about medicine. I tried calling them several times to report this, but they never answer their phones. I'm sure the state pharmacy board will, however.

This review is for their photo department. I ordered framed canvases from them. They were done in a few hours and they were so perfect and professional! The girl that helped me was so nice. I couldn't be happier. I wish I knew the girls name.

Photo center is horrible. Customer service is horrendous. Ordered photos from here and they came out very saturated and looked nothing like the finished product online nor like the professional photos that were taken. I tried seeing how we could fix the invitations and was told several different things of why it’s my fault. First it was “the way I sent the photos” then it was bc it was on card stock then it was bc the invitations were double sided and then it was bc the photos were “edited that way” which clearly they are not! I showed them the picture of how it should look and regardless it was not their fault in any way and there was no way to just order new invitations w the corrected color (not Saturated). Do not waste your time or money here. Worst customer service ever.

I went in just to see if they had any availability for a booster shot, HUGE MISTAKE! The female pharmacist with the short brown hair was so rude, unprofessional and yelled at me. DON'T give this Walgreen's your business, go somewhere else. I'm sorry I inconvenienced them. I will make sure to get immunized SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

We get our film cameras developed here and constantly have problems. We never hear when our photos are done, have gotten someone else’s photos, and the last time we went in to get our photos they claimed there was no record of us even bringing the film in. Get your film developed somewhere else, this place struggles in that department.

Absolute worst pharmacy you can go to in slc. The staff is extremely rude, never have prescriptions filled on time. Prepare to be treated like a bag of trash if you choose to use this pharmacy

If there's no one in the store and no one has come in, they are allowed to close at 11:55pm.There is a kiosk where you connect the your phone or other device to upload photos to our system, then the staff presses print at their station and assembles them.If you are picking up photos, often theres only the cashier working the photo station so stand in line and your last name is all thats needed. 😊Pharmacy hours: 7am-10pm 7 days a week, excluding major holidays.
