This is a bigger Smith's that pretty much have everything you need in a grocery store and more. The setup is like Harmon's or even better where inside, they have a bakery, pharmacy, furniture, kitchenware, small appliances and even a wide array of clothing and sporting options. They also have flowers and plants, Starbucks coffee shop and a Utah Jazz Team store too. The store is clean and well organized. Huge parking lot.

This is one of the nicest Smiths stores I have ever shopped at! They have a large produce department, sushi bar, pizza counter, seafood bar, bakery, deli, Starbucks coffee shop, department store. One stop shopping practically! The store is clean, nicely laid out and the employees are friendly!

RACIST STAFF, these people have a massive problem with profiling Black people and it’s happened more than once. Old white woman at self checkout harassing my gf while scanning her bagels and accusing her of stealing. She was counting her bagels and looking through her bags. Another worker had to come check her attitude, and after she had scanned everything the old lady was still breathing down her neck until her card went through.You can “talk” to people like this, but it’s not going to fix her behavior. Employees like this simply shouldn’t be working in customer service. Period.

One of the things I like about this particular grocery store is how CLEAN the store is! Their employees are always so helpful and I go out of my way to shop here and pass 3 other grocery chains to come here. I like the layout of the store and that they have a VETERAN parking stall! Haha. It’s like Lowe’s, they offer a parking spot for Veterans. 🏼Also, I like this store when they put eggs and milk up front so when you’re in a hurry, you can grab those really quick!

This has been and always will be my favorite Smiths. It has everything you need and more. It is very nice, clean, and has a selection of flowers, clothes, toys, deli, your usual groceries, and even a star bucks.

I was a recent victim of fraud. The store manager was incredibly dismissive and had me call a company called Black Hawk. That company said because he didn’t try and cancel the gift cards immediately time was lost and the cards had already be cleared out.He clearly did not care about the customer.Based on all the one star reviews it seems to be a theme at this store.

I see this kind of scam more and more with smith.I have a membership card, but still when I take discount products on the cashier the prices is double higher. It took couple boxes of the blueberries and left it on the cashier as they not $3.88 but $6.49 it’s so said that they hope customer will not check there receipts.They wasting our time. Looking for another store to buy groceries from.

Terrible selection if products. In many cases, they only carry one brand of a product when every other Smith's carry 4 or 5 brands and they are much smaller than the Canyon Rim store.

the pharmacy pharmacist with long dirty blind hair treated me unfairly, poorly as soon as she noticed one of my medications. judgmental.I did not deserve that treatment when I come to this or another pharmacy. I don't regiment this pharmacy. if you do go don't take it personally if this " medical professional" treats you badly, it's not you.sorry you have to go through this. I suggest a different pharmacy.

Destini was so helpful! I asked for an item I couldn’t find and instead of them just telling me where to go, she actually walked me there and stood with me to make sure I had the right item. Thank you Destini!

I now despise this Smith's as it's part of a growing trend among the chain to put up entry gates.You may think, "but it's preventing retail theft". Except it doesn't. Kroger has a strict no touch/ no chase policy for shoplifting. Anyone walking out with an entire cart worth of stuff are not going to be stopped and can just walk out through the self-checkout. Studies have shown that receipt checks and barriers like these do not prevent retail theft at all and only inconvenience honest shoppers while making corporate feel good about "doing something"That means all it does is treat every single person walking into the store like a possible thief. While also slowing down your entrance and being only "security theater". As a minority in Utah who already feels subtly unwelcome and suspect so many places just for not being white. The last thing I want is hostile architecture treating me like a would be thief the second I walk into a store.It is such a hostile change and disrespectful to their actual customers. That I've shifted my prescriptions away from this location and only shop here when I forget they've installed the pointless devices and I'm instantly filled with regret for coming here the second I see the accusatory metal impediments.If you want me to be a customer. Treat me like a customer instead of a thief and apparent employee by leaving only self-checkout open sometimes with my manager (the register voice) yelling at me for apparently doing my "not job" wrong by placing an "unexpected item in the bagging area" aka the thing I just scanned but it's too slow to recognize.If you want to lower your retail theft don't have self-checkout. Because studies have shown that is one thing that actually does increase retail theft. And moving back to a human manning a check stand will decrease retail theft.But again, instead of choosing the options that actually reduce retail theft. Kroger will only make choices that inconvenience the "customer" all to save their company like a nickel.

Not a star rating high enough to even come close to how incredible the employees are at this smiths. I recently had a procedure on my back where I can’t bend, lift, or twist and need help with literally everything and it’s so frustrating. Megan, I feel so bad I didn’t get the name of the cashier and one of the managers that went above and beyond to help me get heavy things in my cart and then helped me out to my car. Thankful to know I have support going to my local grocery store. Can’t thank you though.

Note to My fellow Corn dog eaters, the “Fiesta” corn dogs at the deli have Jalapeños and are a bit spicy , I can handle it but it was not what I thought I was buying ....The paper package does not say JalapeñoSmiths can do a better job by labeling these better or having the deli staff inform customers when purchasing

Honestly…get Apple Pay. It’s 2022. Had to leave because forgot wallet. Been a long time since a grocery store so with no Apple Pay. Seems like Smith’s has problems with credit card companies on a regular basis.

I constantly have issues with items not ringing up at correct prices at this store. Keep your eyes peeled at checkout. Digital coupons and antiquated card membership program is required for most items for normal pricing. This place is the opposite of a hassle-free shopping experience. Tap-to-pay and ApplePay are not supported.

I went to Smith’s at 11:03 PM when their website said they were open until 12 AM. There were two cronies at the door who told me that the store was closed. When I reminded them that the website said they were open until 12 AM, they told me that was only small stores and not market places. That’s a lie. Because the website for the store on 3300 S. said it was open until 12 AM. That was the location I was At. And you can’t just close because you want to.😡😡 I would not recommend them to anyone

For how large the store is, every time we go there's a fairly common item on our list that they don't have. Like pretty much every grocery store nowadays, they're grossly overpriced. Blame their ever raising prices on suppliers while simultaneously reporting record profits. Typical price gouging.

Will likely never shop here again. Purchased some cherries half were bruised so bad they were not edible. Seems like they mixed a bag of bad ones with a good bag and then gave you a good price to sell faster. Spent $120 most of which was fresh fruit and vegetables. So I had a lot of stuff in my basket. Went to check out and all the lines had 3 or 4 people waiting so did self check out. All and all a nightmare experience. Tried to call and let the manager know about my experience but the phone just and rang. Thought person to person discussion would have been nicer than wtiting a bad review for all to see

Their smiles are so warm and beautiful, their service attitude is so serious and attentive, so caring about customers, this gentleman's name is Brad, this lady's name is Jackie, please remember their wonderful service! If one happens to choose the wrong product and it happens to be of the same category, brand and price why must a customer wait over 10 min in line to have it replaced? It could improve by having it done at the self-checkout.However the staff here are very attentive and it really shows.

This used to be my go-to grocery store. Used to be.The last five times I've been in here, I have been overcharged for items - items that clearly stated they were on clearance were charged full price. Each time I've had to wait in line at the customer service kiosk and dispute it, which takes an extra 10 minutes. I shouldn't have to do that. It's apparent that they don't link up their clearance prices with whatever system they use at check-out and it ends up being a total pain as a customer.I have regularly had multiple items that I purchased left out of my bags/cart after bagging. I have to come back and get the item after getting home and realizing I never got it in my bags.Their prices are a lot higher than other stores, and usually the items that I want are not in stock and aren't restocked for quite a while.The bulk section is a mess, never has pens to write down the PRU codes, and a good chunk of the time, the bins are empty. I think it was two months before they restocked the oats.Their produce is good and most of the time their deals are as well, but only when they honor the prices and have them in stock.

pick up service is a great option for people that are sick or not able to walk!. Well, I would just ask that you have fruit that is actul eatable and RIPE. NO one enjoys paying for fruit that is green and NEVER taste good. This is a problem with your produce. Your staff is nice but I quite sure they wouldn't eat the fruit green! Your online ordering is NEVER correct I order and double check the cart it is all their and then items mysterly disappear...EVERTIME> And then I get the order and and says it was not requested. Totally not correct. Or they say your are out of it. However, I go into the store and it is clear as day several like 50 packages. Get it together, it is NOt that hard. Do you have a manager double check the receipt with the order request?? Can you staff READ ?? Maybe due an aptitude test with your staff.Instata cart is worse.. Sharing is caring MANAGMENT.

While my daughter was shopping she was profiled and harassed by an employee. I called to speak with a manager and he explained that they are having issues with kids making a mess in their store. His response was to further stereotype and justify the unacceptable treatment. I understand the frustrations of retail. However, this does not excuse the poor customer service and the treatment my daughter and her friends received!!

Pick up is such a life changer for those with challenging abilities, it’s been a game changer for me. I can swing by after work and still make dinner. Also Jack is absolutely amazing, always sweet and smiling. Thank you to the pickup crew especially.
