It’s a such a bonding experience for us to bathe Watson here every 6-8 weeks. Not to mention, the treats are out of this world 💜 Always support small and local 🐾

This is hands down the best dog wash in town. I've been coming to them since before they moved locations because the customer service was exceptional and the facilities were always clean. I gladly stayed with them in their new location for the same reasons. There is always a clean tub, they constantly vacuum the blow drying areas, and everyone is so friendly. Everything is reasonably priced as well.

I have never been to a DIY dogwash before today. The employees were so kind and loving with me and my rambunctious 9 month old bundle of energy and my other dog who thinks he is a bad A... most of the time. It was a workout, that's for sure! But I definitely recommend PawPaw's Dogwash & Boutique! See you again soon!!💙

This is by far the best option for grooming. Way more convenient and affordable sending my dog to a groomer. Additionally the shampoos and care products they offer are natural and good for sensitive skin.My dog is clean- smells awesome and is super soft. Will be returning they also have an adorable boutique for pet supplies.

We love this place! Our German shepherd doesn’t typically love baths but she enjoys Paw Paw’s! It’s now a weekly ritual after a Millcreek Canyon hike. :)

The absolute best place for any dog owner to not only washer their dog but source the best feed and treats for their furry friends. Love the welcoming atmosphere and phenomenally sourced products they sell. No one beats Paw Paw’s. 😊

All equipment is very well organized and easy to used.Temperature of water is set just perfect.My dog is bathed comfortably after visiting Bonneville Salt Flats.Staffs are friendly. Retail section has lots of high quality pet food selection.I highly recommend this place!

After our original wash spot moved and was no longer offering self-service dog washing, we struggled to find a clean, friendly place to take our dogs (Husky and Pitbull). When we found this place it was like a breath of fresh air (literally). They are very clean and it has never smelled bad in the several times we have come in. They are very accommodating and usually have spare leashes if you ever forget one. They have stairs to help pups into the tubs and drying tables. They also have chairs for little helpers (kids) to sit and wait/watch. They offer single and double-sided tubs for you to choose from along with complimentary brushes. They also offer different shampoos/conditioners depending on your fur baby's needs. Finally one of my favorite things is a mesh curtain on each drying table that helps prevent all the fur from blowing around the shop. For my two dogs (weighing in at about 55lbs. each) they are considered "medium" and it costs me about 35 dollars total. My favorite place and even though it's a bit of a drive I don't think I'll go elsewhere.

I have 2 cats, one is super picky. Every time I’ve been in, I’ve had someone take time to help me find the right food for my cats based off of them being picky and the nutrients I want them to have. The picky cat now eats his food every day, it’s a miracle!They are so helpful and friendly and I won’t go anywhere else. Plus they have a loyalty program that saves you quite a bit of money in the long run and you’re supporting local when you shop here.

This place is totally worth it! Not having to clean up my bathroom alone was worth the price! But it comes with everything you’ll need during your pets bath! Staff is friendly and helpful! I went on a Sunday and there was a bit of a wait. I was fine with it but the front desk person let me know Sunday is their busy day and most chaotic. Which was good to know.

The staff was very knowledgeable and patient as I asked many questions.( A young man with short dark hair, whose name I don't recall.)I found some higher quality kibble at nearly the same price as the advertised brands that I have been told many times are not exactly healthy options. I was given some samples to experiment with, and I found some CBD treats for different uses. I chose the hip/joint formula for my 8 year young dog. His favorite from our last visit, is by far, the raw hide alternative, twist sticks. Roughly $1 a piece, and worth every cent as he clearly enjoys the bone like treat!

My dogs and I love Paw Paw's! Their self service dog wash is clean, convenient and affordable. They provide everything you need to bathe your dogs. Including shampoo, conditioner, clean towels, blow drying stations and even an apron, to keep you from having a bath too. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

Chanel had a great time getting a bath at PawPaws. Everything was clean and nicely set up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shampoo and conditioner was great. Chanel is always fussy but this set up made it way easier. The blow dryers were awesome. Set up well to keep social distancing while having time out with our fur baby!

My dog got sick while I was on my road trip that took me through Salt Lake City, UT. I needed a place to wash him since I was staying in a hotel. I found this place and with the high ratings, I figured I would try it out. I was not overly impressed. First, it is a bit hidden and the parking lot is very small. I opted to use the table type bath instead of the tub. I’ve listed out the pros and cons with my experience at the Paw Paw's Self Serve Dog Wash:Pros:1. Bath Types: They have either tubs or table type bath shapes.2. Privacy: There are walls that separate the bathes so you don’t worry about your dog seeing another dog.3. Extra Supplies: There is a shelf that is easily accessible with extra towels, brushes, etc that was helpful instead of having to wait for a worker to come around again to ask for the extra supplies.Cons:1. Leash Too Short: The restraining leash is incredibly short, so I ended up not using it because it was difficult for my dog and I to maneuver to get him completely washed.2. Hose is Loud: My dog is a bit skittish, so with the hose and holder both being metal it made a loud scraping noise every time I had to use the hose.3. No Consistent Water Pressure: There is no consistent “on” option for the water. My hand started cramping shortly after trying to keep the water going at a constant rate. If pressed all the way down, it was too much water pressure, so trying to keep the happy medium was very difficult.4. Equipment: There was a metal ring around the hose, which I initially thought was the “consistent water” option, but when I put it around the handle, it was the “all the way on” which the water pressure was way too hard. So, I ended up using the ring to help hold the hose up and away from my dog when it wasn’t being used.I have used multiple self serve dog wash places and this is the only one that I have felt that it would have been easier to wash him at home (or in the hotel room) instead.

Love this place! The staff are SO friendly. There are several options to choose from as far as shampoo/conditioner goes. They also sell a large selection of pet products, and foods that aren't full of fillers and other ingredients known to harm your pet's health. My dogs don't mind baths, so this is always a great "bonding experience" for us to spend more time together instead of dropping them off at a groomer.10/10 recommend, there's nowhere else I'd rather go.

I took my dog here and was super impressed by how clean and organized this place is and how friendly the staff are! There are shelfs to hold your items, aprons to keep you dry, huge sized tubs, and a very roomy drying station. I've read some complaints about the shampoo being diluted, but it's not like the staff try to hide it. They tell you upfront that it's diluted to help make rinsing the dog easier and they encourage you to use the whole bottle. I am definitely coming back here!

I've been buying my dogs food here for years now, my last dog who passed and my two pups now. There's nowhere to find better food or treats, and pet care stuff than here. The wash is also always cleaned and is so convenient to use, the aprons they have for you to wear are a nice touch. If you're still feeding food from a big box store do yourself and your pup a favor and come in and chat.

Place is awesome. But the vibe there is not very warm and welcoming. I'll be going back, for the record. But the customer service feels shaky. I went in and the guy assumed that because I have a husky, I was going to disrupt all the other customers because my dog would be barking. He literally reminded me like 4 times that I would be asked to leave if my dog barked too much. So ya, just needs some work on those silly interactions before I give them a better review.

I love their tubs! I have a large dog and the style of tub they offer makes washing her so much easier! The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. This is a great independent pet nutrition center I encourage everyone to support!
