Ordered fence here, came with a broken latch. They wouldn't replace the latch unless we brought it in. Showed photos and video and they made us pay for another one.

The original purchase went very well. They were quick to estimate and gather the supplies I needed.However, my project got cancelled, and I needed to return everything. I was aware of their restocking fee (10% for less than $200, and 15% for more than $200). However.... they arbitrarily close their office to the public for company training meetings. No customer service those days. They were looking at me through the locked doors, and would not come help me. I was not happy to have a wasted trip just because they didn't want to help me that day, so I left a 1 star review.I went back later, and they were very helpful to give me the 85% refund, and they felt bad that they had to keep 15% for restocking. Again very helpful, so I updated this review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Wow, what an amazing company to work with. From start to finish, every employee I came into contact with was incredibly kind and professional. They are timely, accurate and did everything just as they said they would. Even the installers were easy to communicate with and finished the job quickly and exactly as I wanted!

Mountain States Fence installed a Jerith ornamental aluminum fence to close off our yard with three gates. Great workmanship. 4 years later the fence looks and works well. On time, fast installation.
