This is a great hardware store. We love that they carry Benjamin Moore and I love when I forget something it's so close to home. The workers are always so friendly and willing to help.

I worked with Roger on snow shovels on the phone. He was very impatient. After a fair amount of time, I decided on 2 shovels that he kept pushing at me to buy. I had to pay for them and have people in the neighborhood pick them up as I was out of state. He could not take a credit card because their system got hacked. Someone in customer service said over him that I could order on line and pay that way and have them ready at the shop for pick up but I did not know the models of the shovels. I asked him if he would tell me the models or help me find them on line. Roger refused to tell me the models and said I could just find them by picture even though he admitted there were a ton of different models. At that point I said nicely but frustrated, "I'm about ready to give up trying to order these shovels" as it had been about 20 minutes (putting me on hold numerous times). He said, "Good, give up" and CLICK - he hung up on me. Needless to say ACE lost a $79 and and $49 dollar sale of snow shovels and Amazon got the business. If a person doesn't want to be helpful, they should not be on the sales floor to help people. This was my only experience with this store but I do live in the neighborhood and I will avoid it when I come back to town.

We come here from across the valley because their prices beat all others, customer service is awesome 👌 (thanks Deklan and John) and because they let me rock in their camp chairs! They also helped us set up our chainsaw warranty , got it started and going, and went over safety instructions and other items that will double our warranty on the item. Thanks guys. You are soooo awesome!

Very helpful. It’s a real hardware store! Tools, nuts, bolts, screws, nails. Right next to Smith’s Grocery Store.Ordered a shed from them; it had a defective part. The owner of the store came to my house, and picked it up. He was full of apologies. He had a new shed for us very quickly and helped assemble it. This is good service.There is much to be said for Home Depot, but Harris Ace is the best!

The Ace Hardware in Cottonwood Heights has been a great addition in the past year or so. We especially like their selection of Traegar Grill accessories. They have the best deal on pellets. Typically there is a sale where it makes each bag a few dollars less than Home Depot prices.And I you are looking for Yeti products this is your place. They have so many!

I used to live near this location and I miss it. Our Sandy ACE is nothing compared to this location. Whenever I’d visit the employees were SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection, organized, and good stock availability.

Very easy to locate and there is ample free parking. The folks working in at this Ace Hardware know the business of hardware and the tools, tips and tricks to make your project a success. Do not waste your time at the big box store hunting for what you need. Simply bring in the old part or a phot of it and some measurements these folks will tell you what it is, if they have it and will walk you to it in the store. I they do not have it in stock they will let you know which other ACE has it. Great people, great services, and great support for all your home improvement and repair projects.

I purchased a leaf blower from Brighton Point Ace Hardware. After a couple of months it didn't work so well. I brought it back to John and Jed at Ace. I had a very short turnaround time and they stopped what they were doing, diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day. And if that wasn't enough, John the owner delivered it to my house that afternoon.Exceptional service and a business that goes the extra mile for customer support (rare).I can't thank you guys enough!

Great store and great people. I have a family member in Oklahoma that surprised me with a new smoker for my birthday. John, the owner of this particular Ace location, helped them organize the entire thing and delivered the smoker to my house himself. He was also super helpful in setting everything up and even shared a few secret recipes. I can't recommend John and his staff enough, and I will go to them exclusively for all my tools/hardware and outdoor living needs.

Came in asking for a glass drilling bit The kid at the front said here are drill bits not sure which ones going to drill glass you’ll have to look! And went back to doing whatever job he had! As a customer coming into the store instead of just ordering it on Amazon I expect to be shown where the exact item is and I want to ask questions! just telling me what isle it’s on Doesn’t help me! Please train your employee knowledge better

Love this Ace. Always friendly and it feels like 'Cheers' when you walk in. Metric nuts and bolt selection is great and have plenty of the random one off hardware items you need in the shop. For as 'small' of a shop as it is, it feels like a better selection than the big boxes. I shop here weekly and always walk out with more than planned. Awesome place!

I really want to give a 5 star rating but I can’t based on principle. I was looking at lodge cast iron on the web and thought about buying a cast iron griddle to go with my lodge collection. A link to my local ACE Hardware came up. I shop this ACE quite frequently as it is more convenient than Home Depot although mostly more expensive. This would have been an impulse buy and I thought the $21.98 advertised price was reasonable. I try to shop locally to support my neighbors so rather than ordering online I decided to go to my favorite ACE. I selected the Lodge griddle and took it up to the register. It rang up at $23.99. I let the young man know that the price advertised was $2 cheaper and showed him my phone. He proceeds to tell me that I should have ordered it on-line! WHAT? I am being told to do my business on line rather than support my local brick and mortar? I thought I was doing my local ACE a favor by visiting their store which by the way employs this young man. The world is crazy and this backwards thinking is going to ruin the local economy and make the Jeff Bezos of the world even more rich! No thank you! I will now be supporting a different ACE in Cottonwood Heights. So long Harris! I have supported you for years now. I guess Mr. Neiderhouser wins because I am now shopping there.

Just have to give a shout out to Ace Brighton Pointe for being super amazing and delivering soooo many bags of bark to my house today! I messaged them on Facebook several days ago, and was finally ready to order today, so I called at 12:30pm today, and by 2:30pm they delivered. Such nice people, and great customer service all around! Please support them.

Friendly staff and plenty of about everything you could need. Aisles are a little tight for trying to keep distance but they had register spacing and employees wore masks. The employee helping me went above and beyond to help me locate a part that had limited stock
