Serious stocking issues at this location. They had all the changeable broom & mop heads, but no handles/broom sticks! When I asked an employee where they were located, she apologized and said they hadn't received any in their stock shipments! She didn't know when they were coming either. Weird to send a store a shipment of broom & mop heads without the handles they require to be functional...... I've learned that Dollar Trees vary considerably by location, and some get the good stock whereas others only get the bare minimum. FYI this isn't a Dollar Tree Plus, just basic Dollar Tree with everything $1.25, none of the big size cleaning products or premium stuff that is $3 or $5.

This store doesn't deserve the 1 star. Worst experience ever. Some older man yelled at my daughter and myself telling us to leave the box's alone and not to open them. Well we didn't open not one box.. When my daughter told him we weren't opening boxes. He walked away then there was a open box of ribbon we pulled it close to look at the ribbon he came unto the aisle and yelled do not open boxes. She proceeded to tell him he didn't have to yell and we did not open a box.He said well you don't need to be in here. So yeah we left . I have never been treated like this before. And yes I am contacting corporate.

Although this is a clean and organized location, the employees were rude. The sign clearly says that the store closes at 9 PM. When I got there at 8:20 PM, they made an announcement that they were closing in 20 minutes and at 8:30 PM, another announcement said they were closing in 10 minutes. When I got to the ash register at 8:35 PM, the cashier yelled at everyone who came into the store and told them that they were closing. I asked why they were closing when the door said 9 PM and she gave me a snarky response about how everything else around them closes at 5, so they can do what they want so not everyone comes to them. For one, it didn't make any sense and she was just rude. The other employee was just standing there and the cashier told her to go lock the doors so no one else came in and would let her go home. As I was leaving at 8:40 PM the other employee was gathering carts in the parking lot and telling everyone around that the store was closed and no one could come in. I was shocked at how rude they were.

This is the worst dollar store in the Salt Lake Valley. If I were you I would make the extra minutes to a different location. Every single time I have been to this location to get decorations for a certain holiday (mind you this has been like a month before the actual holiday is) they are already setting up for the next holiday! If I go to a different dollar tree this is not the same case. And then the last 3-4 times I've been, I go to walk up to the door and there is somebody standing there saying they are closed! It's literally 6 pm and your hours say you close at 9! This location is literally 2 minutes from my house but I will definitely make the drive to somewhere else.

This store's hours were updated 2 weeks prior to me even looking it up online. I got there and there was a sign on the door stating that they were only open from 9-5! I was shocked. I know many stores are open different hours, because of the pandemic, but I cannot help but wonder if they could have changed their hours online as well. I was just really frustrated because I was attempting to find some cheap crafting things from some posts I had found online....and you never know what you will find at any one Dollar Tree store.

To bad I had to give this place a star at all. I just left there and the cashier was in his cell phone in the middle of a transaction. I had to ask him if the register was waiting for him just so he would look. I walked our to my car and called to talk to a manager. The phone rang at least 10 times before I hung up. Clearly customer service isn't a priority here.

I visited this store yesterday.It was not a good experience.There were two young girls in the checkout line is front of me. One of them was not wearing a mask. I asked her where her mask was and she said that she didn't have one.When I reached checkout woman, I mentioned that the girl should have been required to wear a mask. She said that masks are not required in the store.I don't know if the child or other customers without masks are infected, but it is possible and puts anyone who enters the store at higher risk of being infected with COVID-19.It is a dangerous situation and I will not shop at that store again. I recommend that you avoid it also!

Most hideously disgusting restroom I have ever been in. That includes public subway stations in Chicago and New York City. I never have high expectations of bathrooms for Dollar Trees but come on, when someone smears their own feces all over the toilet to the point where you can see their literal handprints, that's a mess you cannot ignore. But it was crusty. And not fresh. Probably been days and days since the restroom was cleaned last. Public health crisis.

We came on to do a 400 dollar order and we were assisted by Ting. This man was very thoughtful helpful and efficient. Our order was huge and he didn't complain at all. Set us up with boxes and everything. This man is a great employee.

Every time we go to this location lately it has not been stocked at all just a bunch of bare shelves and boxes stacked everywhere and always one or two employees working they hire but don't let u work more than 10hrs a week that's lame! This location sucks!!! Miss my family Dollar on 855 s state still at least we had customers filled with colors and life when they came, shopped, paid, left, and return shopped too. Miss u Stephanie! Hope all is well at the store!

SURPRISE!Be aware that these guys just raised all their prices 25% more. That's way more than the national inflation average. Without previous notice. They are also underperforming opening for less hours a day. Sometimes you come and they are completely closed in braid daylight.

This store was filthy & looked like a tornado had just passed through! Floors were dirty, aisles were a mess, everything was out of place & rummaged through! Also the person in charge whether he was the manager or assistant manager did not care at all that there was a huge long line! He walked away from his one clerk dealing with hostile customers in that huge line!! I will not go back to this store unless it is under new management & cleaned up!! I went in on a Wed. afternoon at 2:30 pm. Sorely disappointed by my experience in this store yesterday.

This Dollar Tree is probably the worst Dollar Tree I've been in. The shelves are practically bare because everything is sitting on the floor In boxes. I don't think you'd be able to find anything in this store. And they have 1 cashier most is the time and so you have to keep waiting In line. Go to the Dollar Tree on 33rd south and 1300 east. It's a lot nicer

Absolutely the worst store! Shelves never stocked. Isles full of boxes and fire hazards. The staff lazy and unprofessional!Was just in there tonight with my children only to leave because the store manager thought it was funny to use vulgar language and swearing while at the register for his amusement!Seriously this place looks feels and sounds like High school kids would run it better instead of the middle age adults with IQs lower than 5th graders!

Went to this location today and needed to void a few items out cashier was very rude about it and had to get a manger to help I let the manager know of my dissatisfaction with his cashiers customer service. I than let him know I wouldn’t be returning. He than proceeded to tell me not to as well. Very dissatisfied with this before today I would always come to this location. I have had multiple bad experiences almost ever time I go. Highly don’t recommend this location because of bad attitudes and empty shelves.

My wife just returned from the dollar store on 4716 s highland dr, Holladay, Utah 84117The cashier was displaying COVID symptoms and collapsed from lack of breath. The manager told my wife to NOT call 911 and not to remain to render assistance to the employee.
