This place is wonderful!!! I take my dogs in about every 5-6 weeks and they do such a great job with both of them! Their prices are reasonable and fair. Be aware you need to pay cash or check. They don’t accept cards.

They did such a good job on my little George. We went very first thing in the morning. He had a bad experience a few years ago at a big box grooming place and I was too scared to take him again, until his uneven haircuts I was giving him started to get to me. Pet Boutique said he didn't cry at all, so I'm guessing the other place was rough with him. George seemed normal afterwards so I can tell it was a good experience for him!

What a fantastic find. This place took my beloved 13 yr old boarder collie in asap to fix the tragedy that petsmart caused. They treated her so kind and gentle and my furbaby came home looking fabulous. Even though they couldn't undo what petsmart did. They were able to make it look better. A great place for older dogs for certain. Definitely going back again.

I have been here twice now. The people are always amazing and nice and great with my dogs. Granted I only do the nails and ear cleaning here but you can tell the staff love their jobs and care for the animals that are there. I have pitbulls and they have always been welcome here which is amazing becuase my boys are amazing dogs. My Jr boy though doesn't like his nails clipped at all which is why I have them do it. I have found my groomers and maybe one day they will actually get to wash my dogs but for now my wife mostly, and myself wash our own puppers.

Our bichon frise dog desperately needed a groom and his regular groomer was booked out for another 7 weeks. I saw the sign and decided to call these guys to check availability. They got my Tuck in within a week on a date and time that worked perfect for our busy schedules. In the 10 years we have had Tuck this is by far the absolute best groom he’s ever had!!!! He looks adorable, smells amazing and his coat is super soft. The customer service was spot on and they took amazing care of our baby boy. This is absolutely our new groomer. I’ve already booked his next appointment. We won’t be taking Tuck anywhere BUT here from now on! Highly recommend!!

I took my almost 11 month old here today for the first time. She needed a nail trim and her face to be trimmed. She has a large case of separation anxiety since she has been raised during covid quarantine and hasn't had a chance to be socialized. She is a bit spoiled and does not like to do what she isn't comfortable with.I took her to be groomed to another shop before and it was not a success.I was around the corner where my sweet baby couldn't see me today and I could hear them. They were so patient with her and did an amazing job. They had to sissor her face but they gave me a tip to help her get acclimated to clippers for the future.I LOVE THIS SHOP. I will be back every six weeks to keep up with my terrier baby's nails and facial hair. We might even be able to leave her to get groomed one day! I saw another Lasha type dog get picked up while I was there and her cut was super cute! They are awesome.

Our 13-month old Shih Tzu is a handful. We had taken her to three previous groomers who could not get the job done because she was so wiggly and full of energy. There was one groomer who could love her through it and they went out of business. So we went here at Petsmart‘s suggestion. They had her in and out quickly, charged less than our other groomers and did a superb job. Thank you. Our experience was good.

They are always able to get me in same day as long as I call before 9am. My dog is a jerk (hates to be groomed) and they still welcome him with a smile. If your pup needs a bath and a haircut this is a great place. They prefer cash over credit card. Be sure to leave a tip. These groomers work hard ❤️

Kathy, the owner has great staff, fun, polite, great with all the animals and pets. My dog is very difficult to groom but Kathy always seems to get him done!!!!!

I have an 18 year old dog and I use to take him to petsmart in layton. The last time I took him to petsmart they shaved half his face and said they couldn't do him anymore and recommended The Pet Botique. I'm glad they did because they charged a fortune. Now I'm bringing my other dog in a couple weeks from now . They gained a customer and highly recommend this company.Thanks guys for a great job and friendly staff.

I took my border collie/golden mix for his first grooming since adopting him and he looks great! It was our first time going to a professional and it was worth every penny. My Chihuahua had really long nails and has always been extremely nervous about groomers and vets. I called and they said I could just bring her in that morning. They clipped her nails no problem and only charged $5. They were very gentle and did a great job!

My Golden Retriever is almost 6 and he's never been professionally groomed. I've always done it myself. I finally got sick of the clean up and decided I'd try out the professional grooming thing. Pet Boutique was responsive and when they quoted me the price for the full shabang, I couldn't believe what a great price it was (way cheaper than petsmart). After it was all said and done, Pet Boutique did an incredible job on my dog! They made him feel comfortable and he left happy! Worth every penny. I will definitely be going back!

I have a husky who has long and think hair. He’s also a pain in the butt when it comes to me trying to groom him. Took him here and they took such great care of him. They were able to get down to his thick undercoat. Very reasonable pricing! Picked up my boy and he looks so handsome!

This was my first time going to Pet boutique and not only do they rush every person but none of the employees seem to have love for the animals they are grooming. When you check in as a new client they have you sign a contract saying that if your dog gets hurt in anyway it’s not their fault. I wasn’t too worried since a good friend of mine recommended them. After I picked up my dog she had red bumps all down her spine. At first I thought it was razor burn from being shaved but a few days later I took her to the vet because the sores became infected. She was diagnosed with a staph infection. This tells me that pet boutique does not property sanitize their tools. I will not be going back and I felt ethically inclined to leave a review to not only warn others but to remind the employees how important it is to sanitize when taking care of our fur babies.

We have been going here for almost 3 years. Today I took my two dogs in. When I dropped them off, the staff was not friendly at all. I came back to pick them up, a younger blonde girl didn’t say hi or anything when I walked in the door, she just said “your last name?” It was really sad because there used to be a blonde short haired older lady. That seemed to be the owner that was very nice and good at cutting. My dogs haircuts this time weren’t perfect. But the customer service I got really ruined my experience.

They blinded my Yorkie. They used the clipper straight across his face. The worst thing is that didn't even tell me he was injured. I didn't find out about his eye until the following Monday. He was just laying there with out any energy. So I checked him out and seen his eye. I took him to the vet and he stitched his eye closed, it was way to late to save his sight. I went next door to the Pet Boutique to see what happened, the owner was the one who cut my dogs hair that Friday. She told me to never bring my dog back there, because he was acting like he was having a seizure. I said that's because your clippers cut his eye ,you could see the clipper marks in his eye. I was furious because they were trying to blame him. But she was standing there not paying attention because she was talking to her daughter. So even if the vet is next door they aren't going to use them. That woman is a danger to a lot of animals.

These people pretty much ignored the pic I showed them and just shaved my doodle completely down . He looks hideous, he's uneven and they shaved his butt too close so now it's irritated and he's constantly licking himself. He also has been acting afraid since I picked him up.they traumatized him somehow . The owner claimed that he was very difficult and it took 2-3 people to hold him down to cut him . She said 2 at first then 3 so which was it . Also I told her I will not pay for the haircut and I want my money back so I went in today to get it and they were rude and unprofessional. Pretty much arguing with me and then she got my fiancés phone number saying " my husband is not happy and he will be calling you "... is that a threat ? Your husband is mad because you messed my dogs hair up?y dog is groomed at home and does amazing , as well as other groomers . Not sure why she had such issues but my gut feeling tells me they hurt my dog somehow because he is terrified ! I'll never go here again and you should not either

My truthful detailed review is continually blocked even though it does not violate google terms. Maybe this will go through, although it will not be detailed. BEWARE. I would give negative stars if I could. I asked for my cat to have a trim on her back only - no trim on her tail or legs. She was returned to me with 1/4 inch fur and was shaved all over including her tail. It is winter and now she can not go outside. I felt they did not listen. It felt like they just wanted everyone in and out as fast as possible.

Don't ever take your dog here. This place is dirty and disgusting they dog clean after each dog they are all using the same scissors and blade from dog to dog without cleaning them. My dogs hair is cut so uneven that she looks ridiculous. They didn't even take the time to make sure they cut all her hair. She is a license and register service animal. Very well behaved never had any issues at any groomer that I have taken her too. Also watching one of the groomers almost poke out a dogs eye with scissors cause she is trying to cut 2 dogs at once. But Shelly is the owner at Pet Boutique and she is extremely rude and shouldn't be owning a business. If u want to have you dog catch fleas or something else by all means go here. If you love you animal take them else where. It's not worth the risk. They are also not checking for rabies tags or registration. Which they should for their customers protection and all the animals they treat. Because they did such a horrible job now I have to take her elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down for the cleaniness. It's horrifying how careless they are. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

In and out with efficiency. My dogs look great and it didn't drain my savings. Anyone with poodle mixes will understand. Pet Boutique is now my groomer of choice.

I asked them to shave my dog and they did. I like that the facility is right next to the vet Center so if something goes wrong then help is right next door. Plus it is probably more medically safe for the dogs then something like at Petco. They do have a wheelchair-accessible entrance but I had to make almost a 10 point turn to turn my Mobility Scooter around and leave.

They don't pay attention to what dog they are cutting we took our mini poodle in today told them not to cut the tail or ears when I went and picked her up her tail was shaved off. They said that they got her mixed up with another dog that came in after us. All they would do is give me $3.00 off a 36.00 dollar hair cut. It was ridiculous. I'm never bringing our dogs here again.
