We did love using this! It took 12 minutes to wash our leonberger. We didn’t have time to dry, I wounded paid for more time but other people were waiting and staring us down. Used our last minute to clean up the best we could.

Honestly good place to wash our Great Pyrenees. Will come back if Petco's self washes are busy. Would like to see the head of the hose have different functions, like shower or cone. Dryer is also cold, which never fully dried our dog. Had to swipe the card twice to fully clean and "dry" our dog. If yall had an option between small, medium, and large dog, with set times for each, that would be better. I liked the space it gave, and the sliding door to air out the place. If I see any of these changes I'll up the review to 5 stars.

This idea for a self service wash is brilliant! This has made life with hairy shedding dogs so much easier! The wash booth is fully enclosed. There is a raised tub and rubber mats with a floor drain so that large dogs can be bathed while standing on the floor. Also rings to tether your dogs leash frees up your hands. The dogs seem pretty comfortable and don't get stressed out by any of it.It works like a car wash 12 minutes for 12 dollars. There is a control panel to dispense shampoo choice of oat, tearless or flea soap, conditioner, rinse and disinfectant. Plus a vacuum and blow dryer. The water is warm with good pressure.12 minutes is just enough time if you plan it out beforehand. Sometimes clients are rude and leave a mess but most people are respectful and the wash is well cared for.Now if they would only put one in Plain City!

Never coming back...this place will only work for non double coated dogs or small dogs that need a quick rinse.$1 a minute is absolutely ridiculous!Who can wash their dog in 12 minutes let alone have time to dry... there is no leash to hold them in the tub and the handle is slippery and awkwardly heavy.

Went to wash my dog here today, and the card reader wasn't working. I just went and got cash inside the gas station. I was happy to see that the last person actually cleaned up. Especially with that dog sickness going around killing dogs.

It is convenient. However the person before me clearly did not do their due diligence to sanitize and clean up after themselves so I had to use some of my paid for time to clean up before I could start. Dryer is too weak to dry my dog efficiently. The warning beeping is excessively loud for the tiny building. The tub is slanted in a weird way so my dog had a hard time standing in it. It almost better just to use the floor except for part of the reason I wanted to try it was the raised tub to save my back. The hose attachment is heavy and awkward .I will probably just continue to wash my dogs at home.

Easy to use, my dog smelled great, the blow dryer has ample power to dry my fluffy newfy. He liked the bath and it was easy for him to hop up. I had a little trouble getting all his hair off the walls, if the wash hose was a bit longer it would be easier but I know not many people will have the same problem, my dog sheds a ton when he’s bathed.

Used for the first time, washing station worked really well I enjoyed that. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the blow dryer had cold air. I have a doodle doodle and he has a lot of fur/hair and after putting $20 in he was still soaking wet. Came home and spent another 25 to 30 minutes. Blow drying him. Yes, I did dry him off before with a towel to prepping for the blow dryer. Other than that it was clean. Everything worked well easy to use. For the blow dry, this reason I can only give three stars. Maybe suggestion put some warmth to the blow dryer. Or have another option for blow drying dogs with a lot of hair/fur.

I was able to bathe both of my dogs in one go! I love this concept and my dogs were calm through the whole process. They both climbed right up in the tub no need for the tie downs! This means they were comfortable! Huge Bonus. Tub height makes it so much easier on my back.Perfect amount of space and $10 for 12 minutes works well, I did add an additional 15 minutes (Dirty Dogs)!!!Products are decent quality too, my dogs are clean, soft and fresh. The vacuum & dryer options, both worked well and got them almost dry. Next time I may add a few minutes more just to get them completely dry. I did use the last 3 or 4 minutes of time to wash and sanitize and rinse everything down for the next guest. Overall the unit was clean, oh and it also has a gated sliding door which was great to hold one for me while I bathed the other. Inside temp was nice especially since it was 98* outside! This is great go to for in between professional grooming. The one thing that could have been better, the people before us did not rinse their dog hair from the floor and they didn’t use the tub, just washed them on floor. (Perhaps their babies were not down with the tub - happens) I didn’t want to waste my paid time to wash down their hair but…My dogs don’t shed much so it seemed like a massive amount of hair to us!Thank you Bowser bath - we will be visiting again soon. Now if only you could come to the North Ogden area too ~ that would be awesome!!!!
