Easy to maneuver and figure out. Help was pretty easy to find, and the cashier was fast, efficient, and friendly. Even made conversation while scanning our things. They have lots of self checkoutswhich everyone seems to be complaining about, but that has nothjng to do with the employees. Most places have them, and they can be convenient, although I too prefer to go to a cashier.Anyway, there were 3 cashiers ready to help us check out. No wait at all. There were a couple of fancy displays set up that were pretty impressive for a Walmart. I'd shop here again.

Worst car service in the world. I waited in line for about 40 minutes, and then they told me that they could not remove the oil filter and would not be able to service my car. They didn't even apologize. Across the road at another service center they changed my oil and filter in 20 minutes

no change at the self check out machines. The associate that was in customer service was helpful but was not able to find somebody to unlock a register to get the $.86 that they owed me. I told them to just forget about it and I'm gone will never shop here again!

This Walmart is awesome, it has tons of vegan options, many we have never seen back home. Unmeat has so many products out that we didn't expect to see here. I wish they had Quorn (vegetarian, not vegan) but I'm used to not seeing that in Walmarts back home. Lovely helpful staff, well kept, they were closing early for Christmas and you can tell the place is run well because they were closing one door and politely let us know. I used to work at Walmart and I appreciate how they value their employees. Thanks guys!

I met a great man yesterday he was probably the best employee at this store ive never had a great experience in this Richfield location my experience was amazing thanks to Jimmy in automotive he answered all my questions and kept his word as to how quick my car would be done he personaly changed the oil and had it done in 15 minutes normally I wait a hour or more he was quick professional and even helped me in the store to find items I needed and showed me where the items were he was great the best worker I think he knows how to treat customers and gas great customer service thank you Jimmy for all your help and keep up the good work I hope your boss realizes how great you are I will go back again as long as Jimmy is there to help.

Certain things are always miss stocked or not stocked at all. I wish there were more registers open with cashiers. It miss the friendly people. There was a cashier this last time that was joking with our kids and made a great memory for them and us. He made it a great grocery run. I do not like the new flooring. I use a cane and it was so slick I almost fell.

Hard to find things - nobody is ever in their department ! So if you need help in sporting goods you have to gp electronics and then after paging they try to help but they don't know anything helpfu! There is never anyone at fitting room - they page and page..... No show and nobody will help you there Walmarts customer service has really gotten bad!

Nice little Walmart. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Sometimes, a few items will be out of stock, but that's become common place in our supply chain.

This location is the worst place to work for trust me I know I work there do not work for coach deb Neilson. She targets people to make there lifes miserable she will find reasons to be little you and get you fired she told me in front of another person that I was not worth a raise cause I wanted to better my self and move departments she told me I was not worth the time or money that I was worthless and no good I was told I was not worth a 2 dollar raise and she would make sure I wouldn't transfer that night i went to the store manager and filed a complaint nothing was done and since then I've been herrased and targeted by this coach deb she has created a hostile work environment she has told other employees that she dont like me and that she will get me fired she is a bully and needs to be fired she be littles workers and then expects them to work hard for her if corporate dont step in then a lawsuit is in order as employees we should be treated with respect and not targeted by a supervisor and if we as employees said anything to the supervisor like what was said to me I would have been fired I was told im worthless and no good and that it would be a waist of time to be trained in a new department and that I wasn't worth the time or a raise and that she would never sighn off on it this is the person walmart has working as a coach in ogp which is online grocery she shouldn't have a job she should be fired for how she treats people and how she has created a hostile work environment she even told me she enjoys being the way she is and she holds her self highly as a bully and other employees get treated poorly they need to stand up and not be afraid to let corporate know what is going on im not afraid I followed the chain of command nothing was taken care of and im still being harassed and targeted by this coach deb i do hope corporate reads this because she needs to be investigated i have witnesses who herd her be little me and harass me oh and this coach deb also told me I was not allowed to help customers when asked i said well im not made that way if a customer needs help im gunna help we are in retail and customer service is important she said its not allowed that im saposed to ignore people not help and pick orders and refuse to help customers this is probably why this location has such bad reviews and no five star rating because of supervisors like coach deb but I can say I still help customers because to me they come first there the reason I have a job in retail but im sure after this review I'll be targeted and harassed more by coach deb or even fired.im just a single father trying to raise my daughter and I just wanted to move departments to better my self to be able to provide for my child and all I get at work is herrased and threatened and be littled and targeted by coach deb.

They are not careful with their products and they sell damaged items. I went there after I got home from a long day at work to buy me some beverages for the night and I got home and opened the box and had a smashed and punctured can inside. This has been the most disappointing trip to Walmart I have ever had. Hopefully someone else’s day has been good. Good day to you. Because mine was not

Do not like self check out!!! I have medical concerns with my hands. It hard enough to fill the cart, then do it again!!!!You're not paying me to be a cashier/checker!!!!I do everything not to go to Walmart. With no customer service? I can go somewhere else!

It's a great place to get what you need. The checkout lines are always reasonable unless it's a holiday weekend.This store is services a large portion of central Utah's population. It is overall clean and it's stocked well enough that you can take care of any immediate shopping needs. The curbside pickup is a dream for large shopping orders. There aren't many human cashier's and I'm great with that. I can't remember the last time I needed a cashier. If you need someone else to ring up and bag your items you most likely secretly hate your life so you want to yell at a stranger who's providing a service. Or you have an actual need that only a human can help you happily with.

Everytime I go into a Walmart I cringe and this one wasn't really much different. It was clean enough for that had mostly everything I needed, but then getting up to the check out everything turned. The woman I had must have been the slowest check out person with zero personality I've ever seen. I retired so I'm not really in a hurry, yet my ice-cream is melting as I watched her check two people out in front of me. When it was my turn it felt like I was dealing with the machine. Hopefully she was just in training, but if so you would hope that somebody would be there actually training her? Next time I'll do the self-checkout.

I guess I shouldn't took a picture but my trip to Walmart sucked big time it's like 3 people in the holocaust store working it was a Sunday but still I didn't have enough people they had no check outs then open nobody you could call for help there's nobody around there's nobody around who's the worst ever I've had a Walmart don't walk around I had a bad background if I nobody helped you reach anything you're getting in for you pretty much everything comes to the chicken stand to sign up on a beer on beer I'm 56 years old And I couldn't go through the check outs stand Sylvia to come around there's 3 in the whole store thank you all of it the worst of ever did you have more check outstands and you stop owning the self serves c*** I like To get served when I go to Walmart and get the friendly service you don't have that no more

People in departments are ignorant and uneducated in there field and definitely need more training. I talked to 4 different people on one simple product and everyone was trying to force me to buy a product that was exactly the opposite of what i needed. Also the self checkout n lack of real cashiers is ridiculous 😒

I FEEL THE SELF CHECKOUT DEAL IS A JOKE , AND WILL STOP SHOPPING THERE IF THATS ALL YOU OFFER. I DON'T GET PAID TO LOOK UP MY PRODUCE ITEMS. AND REARRANGING EVERYTHING MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO RUN IN AND OUT WHEN YOUR IN A HURRY. I KNOW THAT'S YOUR WAY OF GETTING PEOPLE TO SPEND MORE TIME AND MONEY. NOT REALLY IMPRESSED WITH YOU ANYMORE.

If I could give a negative star review I would but the lowest is one star unfortunately. We got our oil changed at this Walmart and had problems and strange noises as soon as we got the car back and about 100-200 miles later the engine blew and they refused to even help with the repair. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET IT!

I went to customer service to receive some money and the line took a little longer then expected tho ik sending money takes time I felt bad for the employee that she was the only one at customer service when it was finally my turn despite helping tons of people before she still had a good attitude I'd give her a 5 but despite the service I realized that when she needed a supervisor she had to text them witch took up more time although other customers may think they r on their personal phone their not but I've realized some employees seem down due to the lack of helping hands I mean texting each other nah they need walkie-talkies for a more perfeshionale experience for the customer when I called at 6 am it took 20 minutes to realize no one answered and all I wanted is to ask a question oh well but main thing is be more professional walmart
