I am often shocked at the prices of the Richfield DI. Often times you find things that are just below cost of brand new items. For instance, today they had this 2 gallon bag of legos for $100. Really?!?! Y’all got it for free. The greed is unreal, and seems to be getting worse and worse. It’s sad. Someone who might need to stretch their funds a little further to give their kids a good Christmas could never afford to give them Legos coming from the DI. Often times they sell, broken or faulty items and their clothing prices are not any better.

Pricing is inconsistent. What if - hear me out - you just said hardbacks $2, paperbacks $1, kids 50 cents. I've had books in the same series priced differently....Also the clothes are overpriced - I can find pants for my kids for the same price at Walmart and they're new.Otherwise, nice, well organized. Worth a drop in once or twice a year.

What has DI become? It's basically a reselling company trying to be eBay.....this use to be a great place for lower income people to find great deals on quality stuff that was donated for free.....now they just look items up on eBay and reselling sites and try to get the highest dollar possible for items. Now it prices out low income people trying to make side income to feed their families. The church again proves it's only out for financial gain!! All about the Benjamins baby!!! $$$

Not a bad store but some of the prices are questionable. I've never seen a thrift store that gets free donations charge so much for some things. If I can find it cheaper on eBay, that's an issue. They need to understand they are a thrift store that gets donations. Not a pawn shop or an antique store. It's honestly cheaper to buy things from online vendors unless you want something that's broken or incomplete.

I actually work there. The customers and the workers are nice. And the prices at the DI are okay to buy

This is a great place for clothing and knick knacks and is very clean and organized. However, sometimes the clothing seems overpriced. Paying $10.00 for a small woman's sweatshirt that isn't even name brand is kind of outrageous imo. You got it for free. I don't think inflating the prices does your community justice just because prices are going up everywhere else. You could sell 2 sweatshirts for $5 each and that will help move merch and help your community.

I love shopping at the DI. but there price's are Ridiculous. It's donated. My grandma went in there today to buy some pants for her $20.00 that's not right. You all need to go back down on your price.

I love the DI and hope more people start to thrift so less items go to waste. If you know what you are looking for you can find some high quality, useful items! You are not going to find something useful to you every time you visit, but that is just something that comes with thrifting.

I live in Richfield Utah.. I didn't make alot of money and our DI made it so I could have some very nice stuff. Then my son was killed, my world crashed, I spend so much time running so i don't have to deal, it's too much loss.. I go to our Deseret Industries Thrift store.. they know about my son, they are kind, the customers are so kind , I tell them about my son and what a kind young man he is, I shop, make friends.. the employees are so awesome, they are one of my few safe places and I now have more cookie scoops than Walmart. I'm so very thankful for what they have done for me. They even make me laugh, all know my name.. I even started some of my other friends going with me.. you never know what treasures you'll find.

You’re sure to find sweet deals at this DI. We once found a Gordon Hayward jeresy for $5. At the time it was a steal, now we can’t donate back. Anyway, there is roaring inventory. The outdoor stuff is outdoors. Clothing is in the front and DVDs are in the back. Anything else you may, but probably don’t need is in the middle. I like to check the CDs and the toy sections.

I like the place but when me and my cousin we're testing the frisbees to see which one we liked to guy was creepily staring at me, so I walked away and we kept staring. He followed me and told us to quit. We left and decided to take out business elsewhere
